Very disappointed with Grooming services. I was told my dog was ready for pick up and he was still a bit damp but he was literally wet. I paid to much money to have to go home and dry him myself. 10$ off wasn't enough for the services you pay someone else to do????

Great store for your pet with a wide variety of pet items from food to beds and toys. Much cheaper then the local pet shop however since the pandemic prices are definitely higher.

It was very nice , clean, organized, and helpful.

The staff here are very knowledgeable of the products that they sell. Most shelves are stocked, the only issue that I've run into is with my brand of dog food they never know when it's going to be in and how many they're going to be getting, distributors during this trying time are not being able to keep up, it's not the fault of the store but of the distributor. I highly recommend that you take a walk down these aisles to find your favorite pet brand.

Smaller store but has most of what you're looking for. It's nice they have cats for adoption in the store. You like to see where your donations go.

This is a GREAT PetSmart. My new go-to one in Michigan. I've been there a few times now. I purchased an item recently that was marked down and needed another one. Unfortunately, it was no longer available; however, Joel went above and beyond to help me out. And thankfully, during his inventory search came across the item I was looking for still marked down. AWESOME!! The store is clean, well-stocked and staff is friendly and helpful!! Unlike many businesses nowadays where employees run to another aisle when they see customer coming toward them. Total best experience.

This place has the best selection of any pet stores around, in my opinion. I love the deals they offer, and they have very friendly and personable staff! Joey, one of their employees, is super awesome, funny and personable. You can tell he works very hard for the customer to feel valued and taken care of. I also LOVE how they put pronouns on their name tags!!

I Love Their Grooming Department & Staff. I Took My Baby Lucy There To Be Groomed By Tamara & She Did An Outstanding Job. She Was Patient With My Baby Due To The Fact That Lucy Can Be Very Anxious Which Hasn’t Went Well With Other Groomers. Tamara Did An Excellent Job With Her Face & Nails Were Perfect. I Will Most Definitely Be Returning To Tamara For My Next Grooming Appointment.

Horrible service! Booked an appointment a month out then the lady didn’t show up that day so my appointment got pushed for another two weeks, showed up again in two weeks and they wanted to push it again! Very unreliable and costs to much for such poor service

Their shelves are clean and well sorted. They have more variety, but the troy store has more discount than Royal oak.
