Best vet ever in my 64 years. Dr Heidi told me I didn’t need to expose my freaked out senior cat to annual vet visits. She and her techs were so kind to my five year old Border Collie. I’m so glad I found this practice and have great care of my beloved pets.

Dr Heidi and her staff are the nicest.I would recommend West Shore Veterinary to anyone looking for a Vet.

I cannot say enough about this office. Every single staff member we engage with is kind, enthusiastic, encouraging, reassuring.. I have never been so happy with veterinary care as with Dr. Heidi's office. I'd give it more than five stars if Google would let me. I have complete faith in their opinions, experience and level of care.

They love animals with a passion and don’t suggest anything they don’t believe your dog truly needs. My pittie has epilepsy and they have been very informative, kind and thorough. Thank you again :)

First time there myself with my cat I adopted recently from HCW. They were very friendly and gave my Bacon the best care and answered all my questions after he had a dental appointment today that was already scheduled per HCW. He had three teeth removed today so he is resting and recovering.

Dr. Heidi is a true angel, we had to say goodbye to our Mastiff, today. The thoughtfulness and compassion, tempered with love that both Dr Heidi and Ray showed our boy, is the platinum standard that all vets need to achieve. Everything was explained in such a way, his passing was peaceful and dignified. Even though Dr. Heidi has never met our boy, she spoke to him like she had known him all his life, it made our heart smile during the heart ache we were experiencing. You are truly AMAZING.????

I'm so overwhelmed with joy. My dog needs surgery and I've been to 4 other vets and I'm in shock at how much cheaper they are compared to the rest I'll never go to any other vet again .

I have been going here since i got my first dog which is Koa and they really did a good job on every visit that we had. Friendly staffs, Koa loves them and he can’t wait to get out of the car every time we go there. Now i got a new puppy name Nui and his first appointment will be on Monday and I can’t wait for that. Just wanna say, all of them did a great job and even though i got a house here in Muskegon i will drive minutes to come here just for the sake of my babies. Thank you.

They are so kind and help you and your animals with everything. They even let you send pics through email to avoid a trip there and a charge. They truly are the best vet around.

Amazing work with my dog, and the vet tech was very kind, knowledgeable, and very willing to explain what was going on and happy to answer any questions! I've already recommended this place to someone who's moving to the area!

They take good care of my mom's rescue pup (now 5 years old). I'm guessing they pretty much do everything, except boarding.

dr. Heidi and staff treat my dog wonderfully he actually likes going there. he had surgery there last month for a removal of interdigital cyst and the price was fair and she did a great job!

First time being here, had a new puppy for well check. Even tho couldn't go inside (due to Covid), staff were wonderful & caring; also the vet came out & spoke with me in person (as in not just on the phone). So glad to meet Dr. Heidi's & her staff. Conversation, questions, & instructions were great & personable! I will be taking my other two dogs there as well very comfortable, extremely caring!

Only had 1 appointment with Luna Montana our labrador black lab puppy, but mikayla and dr heidi and ray and everyone else has been awesome to us. We had numerous email reminders of our appointment and even a phone call the day before. Our puppy ddid so good with the ladies here and wont hesitate to speak highly of the care and the prices were amazing, they treat you and your puppy like family.
