Been w/ Dr. Jackson and Team for about 5 years - 2 dogs and 2 cats during this time. Professional, compassionate, friendly and efficient are a few adjectives I would use to describe this Team. I trust Harborfront Hospital with my fur-babies!

My Chihuahua just had major dental surgery. Doctor Moore took a great amount of time to explain everything and help us decide how to handle many broken teeth. He had to remove quite a few teeth and performed one root canal to save a molar. He also gave us very detailed instructions on how to perform daily dental care to save the teeth she still has. We are very happy with the care we received and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Moore and his staff did a wonderful job with my dog, including very through exam and explanation of treatment needs, pros and cons and reasons for treatment. Lots of information and take home materials. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend. My dog needed a root canal and other dental needs. Very happy dog and dog mom. :)

We were visiting our cottage when our poor Frenchton, Louis, became sick. Dr. Jackson immediately worked him into her already full schedule and took great care of him. The staff was so kind and friendly. If we lived here full time, this would be our vet!!!

Wonderful. Our dachshund was in allot of pain and we called several vets in the area and no one could see us. Harborfront squeezed us in same day we called. Very caring staff. Loved the dr. Will be our permanent vet from now one.

Dr. Moore did surgery on my Yorkie Rays fractured jaw on March 9th 2021. May 25th 2021 he had surgery to remove the wires. Hes doing well and hoping in the next 1-2 weeks he can FINALLY get the cone off after almost 3 months. 3 months of pure liquid food he will be happy to eat soft food again soon and I will be happy too. All the staff have been great. They have answered all my questions and concerns. Return my phone calls and calls to check on Ray after his surgeries. Dr Moore is a very nice vet. Calls and explains everything and keeps you updated on everything. Im very happy with the care that Ray has received from Dr Moore and the entire Staff. Special thanks to Mary Ann she helped me out so much in the beginning when I called about Ray coming there for surgery. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She made me feel very good about bringing Ray there to have his surgery. It was a very expensive surgery but was way cheaper than any other place. Plus my fur baby is so worth it. I traveled 2 hours out of town to take him to Dr Moore but Im very happy I did. Ray is doing very well. Thanks to the entire staff and Dr Moore.

My dog cracked an important tooth and I’m so glad I scheduled him at Harborfront! As a dentist myself, I had a lot of questions/ concerns about my dog needing a root canal. Dr. Moore was very detailed and knowledgeable, I was so impressed! Dr. Moore called multiple times to discuss options and explain everything. The cost to save the tooth with a root canal was very comparable to getting an extraction at my usual vet clinic, and definitely worth it to improve the quality of life of my dog. I have taken away all hard bones from my dog and appreciate the recommendations given by the clinic to prevent tooth problems in the future. Thanks Harborfront!

Best animal doc around and helped the whole family get through a bad time

Our vet referred to these guys for an oral surgery for our 7 month old Golden Retriever and they did a great job. They're super friendly and you can tell they love your pet. They called me twice the next week just to follow up, I even talked to the Vet himself which is uncommon these days. I highly recommend this place for your fur children ????

Dr. Moore and all of the staff that we interacted with were fantastic! I felt so comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care. I was kept informed throughout the day about his condition and Dr. Moore was very thorough and answered all of the questions I had. He was obviously taken care of and I couldn’t be more grateful or appreciative. 10/10 would recommend. #worththedrive

Dr Jim went above and beyond to help a friend’s dog with a complicated oral/maxilofacial ailment. Their baby is on the mend!

Had to go here for an emergency visit. This clinic made our experience very safe and efficient. Caring doctors, and amazing transparency and communication throughout. Our dog recovered and healed correctly and didn't seem to have any trauma or hesitation to go back inside. Intake nurses and staff all very friendly, Jim Moore is great at the dental work, and not a snake oil salesmen like some other places. He informed us rather than doing an expensive procedure that was possibly observed he'd rather wait a few months to see if it was even necessary. I highly recommend this site to anyone who needs any sort of canine dental procedures done.

My cat was at the end of her life. She was suffering and in pain. I was struggling on where to take her because 5 places I called were not able to get me in until the following week. Harborfront was able to get her in with in the hour. They talked me through the process and we're extremely professional. They also help me decide what to do after death and had several options. Thanks for helping myself and my cat through this difficult part of being a pet owner.

I lost my dog 3 weeks ago to kidney failure. I can not say enough about Dr. Jackson and the wonderful staff. They are truly a compassionate group. If you want a place that will help you through good times and bad ...look no further. I would highly recommend them

I was referred to this clinic from my vet for my 9 week old puppy for dental concerns. Both the staff and Dr. Moore were very pleasant to work with. Dr. Moore called (no one allowed in the office due to covid) after he examined my puppy to let me know what he found and what we should do moving forward. I would highly recommend this clinic.

This is the best place for animals, EVER! I don’t need to mention anyone specifically because everyone has been wonderful to me and my dog, Scotty! They clearly love animals and love what they do. Thank you for being so wonderful to my Scotty!
