I love this place, this is my second review and I am just back to say that they are still on top of their game. We have 2 cats, and wanted them to be seen - just a routine check-up though one cat has a bit of a bump on the leg. They were a little over a week out on routine appointments, but as I mentioned the bump they made room earlier to have just him seen next day (it was just a slightly swollen lymph node). I really appreciate that they keep opening to take care of more urgent cases instead of stuffing their schedule to the top. Very little wait time, everyone is super friendly and absolutely amazing with our cats. I like that they don't have a lot of turnover and you see the same friendly faces - to me a good sign that they treat their employees well and have decent compensation - I don't like places with high employee turnover. Highly recommended!

I've been going to Cottonwood for a few years now, off and on. Initially I just used them for my dog's surgery, but since he's now blown both his CCLs, they're officially his primary care as well. They understand him being a giant scaredy cat and they're okay with him needing more time to adjust than most dogs. I appreciate all their hard work and am so thankful that they're willing to work with him!

I appreciate how kind & caring everyone is at Cottonwood. They have done an exceptional job of keeping everyone safe while providing their usual great care during this pandemic. Dr. Clare is the best!

The amazing folks at cottonwood have always provided the very best care for the fur and feather members of our family. Genuinely nice and caring staff are always there to assist us with both routine and urgent matters. Their prices are extremely fair as well.

When I adopted my puppy, he’s first owners suggested me coming here, and I am so glad I did the team is very friendly, and professional. Also they take the time to explain everything to you and are very kind/truthful when you have a questions.

The best vet I have ever been to! They are so dedicated and passionate about caring for your dog, and truly listen to any concerns you have. Unfortunately, I moved, but I truly considered driving 3 hours for an appointment because of how great they are.

New to the area and picked this Vet clinical because it's close. I'm a veterinary technician and we gave our booster shots to our puppies when they were born but since a vet didn't do it he wouldn't take my word and pushed the shots again at $$$$. Then when I needed to come back 2 weeks later for the influenza booster I asked for a vet tech to do the booster. They don't allow their vet techs to give shots (isn't that what they went to school for?). Instead the DVM walk into the room gives the booster shot (that cost them $6) and charges me for a Dr's visit and $46 for the booster shot for a total of $75. Avoid this place as they give veterinary clinical a bad name over charging for everything. Since I'm new to the area I called other vet clinics in the area and they allow the vet techs to give shots and their fee's are more reasonable. Shop around for your veterinarian because there all human and some of them will take advantage of you and over charge, which only results in pet owners not wanting to take their pets to the veterinarian.

Our 11-month old poodle puppy was vomiting for 24 hours and they squeezed her in first thing in the morning. After finding out she ate a rock and would need surgery, they took care of it immediately. Dr. Cinzori and staff - especially Jackie and Becky - were so kind and caring and helped ease my concerns. So thankful for their exceptional team.

A great reliable vet for not only our routine visits but emergencies too! Such friendly staff, and very informative! Thanks for all you have done, and continue to do for Blaislee!

I've been going here with my pets for the past 10+ years! Always extremely friendly staff, that have a genuine compassion for your pets! They've been great with both my past dogs, and my current cats. Highly highly recommend!

My wife took our cat in today to get her shot. She asked for the shot and if they could just check her for anything since our cat was starting to cough. What my wife got was a condescending vet who was very happy to insinuate that we abuse our cat. She charged us for the check without telling us the result. And whatever the vet did to our cat, she could not get out fast enough. Strange things happen behind closed doors. Before our cat went in, she enjoyed our family car rides, cuddled with us every night and loved getting groomed. After we got her back, she hides behind the entertainment center so no one can see her, she never wants to go outside anymore, and she claws and scratches when we try to spend any sort of quality time with her. Unfortunate to say, but i A: highly recommend not going here B: wonder what kind of people actually work there and C: will not be returning for obvious reasons.

My puppy was having some eye issues, and they were kind enough to squeeze him in the next morning first thing (even though they were backed up into June). They also discovered he had an ear infection, something I didn't even notice. For the eye medicine and ear medicine it was extremely affordable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Great staff including the veterinarians. I only wish some of the prices, especially meds were cheaper.

Absolutely do NOT recommend. Will not allow even a single owner to be present during a pet’s euthanization. I completely understand not allowing owners inside the building during other appointments due to COVID, but for an exception to not be made for such an appointment is downright appalling.

We've been going here for almost 20 years now. I'd neve even.r consider going anywhere else. The vets, vet techs and the receptionist are all great people and you can tell that everyone of them care and want the very best for your pet. The best clinic around. Hands down.

With new covid rules and regulation the simple act of taking our new puppy to the vet has been horrible. We waited an extra 35 min car for scheduled appointment. Was told to make follow up appointment to bring puppies stool sample- something she said she could have done at this visit. ???? I have 2 small children & a puppy. We’re in the car- waiting is to be expected sure, but I’m just not impressed with the new way of things. However, Staff was pleasant and the vet was really nice.

Very poor communication. I was not told when I made an appointment for my new puppy of their policy to not let anyone in with their pet. I was totally not prepared for this and was extremely disappointed. Especially when I called another veterinarian and they do allow one person with a mask. Needless to say I will not be back.

I had to put my cat down due to aggression. I was in awe of how well the staff handled the situation. They all made me feel so much better about the situation. The doctors and staff were happy to answer any questions I had and they did it with such care. I can’t imagine every going to a different vet ever again.

Not as expensive as I anticipated and I felt like my cat was truly cared for. He came out wrapped in a blanket and it made my heart feel warm.

Last week I accompanied a friend of mine to this office to say goodbye to his beloved Pooh Kitty for the last time. Everyone in this office showed great empathy over the situation and were doing whatever they could for us to make the experience as least traumatic as possible. They let us stay with Pooh Kitty to say our goodbyes as long as we needed, even though their office was closing. I am so grateful to everyone working here for making this as easy as possible. From the kindnesses that was shown that I do believe I have found a new veterinarian for my own furchild. Thanks you all, from the bottlm of my heart.
