My cat has had a lot of digestive problems and they were quite knowledgeable and very professional in helping me identify and suggest the right course of actions to take to help my cat.

I had adopted an older dog last May and was having issues with separation anxiety. The staff was very helpful and listened to my concerns. The vet was very patient and listened and answered all my questions. The vet also prescribed meds for the anxiety and it is like I have a different dog. I am so relieved. If this couldn’t be resolved, I knew I wouldn’t be able to keep the dog. Thank you!! I have been back several times with different issues and everyone is always helpful. At a wellness checkup about a year later, the vet was very positive and was glad the anxiety medications were working at such a low dose. My dog hurt herself and they saw her that day. Everyone was nice and helpful.y dog got some anti-inflammatory meds and was like her old self that night.

I have two dogs that see Clark’s often due to various allergy issues. Things that are important to me is punctuality, solution oriented, and a caring atmosphere. They know my dogs and they get me in and out in a timely manner. Every vet I have personally met with was satisfactory to me and my pets. The only draw back is the cost in my opinion, they do like to do extra testing and charge for EVERYTHING. But you do get what you pay for here, and they do care.

My dog hurt her foot playing and she was bleeding badly. I wrapped it up and called the vet. They got her in right away, gave me detailed information and did a minor surgery right away to repair damage. Took very good care of my girl.

We were loyal customers for several years with our two dogs, even used them for boarding a few times, but when my 11 year old chocolate lab had an emergency and could hardly move they couldn’t see him. They were open, they just couldn’t fit my dog in. If you can’t count on your vet during an emergency, what good are they? They lost us as customers for sure…

Staff is always available to answer questions by phone. I never feel rushed and appointments are timely. My pets are treated appropriately and services recommended are necessary and pricing is always transparent.

We had an issue pop up with our dog, they got us in the same day we called. We were so happy and relieved that we got answers and treatment so fast!!

My husband and I love Dr. Armstrong, she’s been taking care of my cat Doom for a couple years now. I always feel understood and heard when I talk to her and she’s great at helping me understand the medical side of things without making me feel dumb. When we go out of town, we always board him here too because we know he’s in great hands. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful as well. Doom is kind of a special needs kitty too, and I can confidently say that without the medical team here he wouldn’t be with us today.

Thanks to our vet of 19 years, Clarke Animal hospital who we’ve had Paw Plans on both of our labs (basically health ins for pets) kicks you in the teeth. A quick office visit, ear cleaning and meds which they were booked out for over a month turns to this…… Something as minor as an ear infection (yeast infection) Very easily treatable can’t get you in right away. We were told to look for another vet or wait to be seen by them turns from mild to severe in a matter of a couple days. Both my labs have had ear infections in the past, something all labs get and we treat right away. Kai must have been scratching while we were at work and scratched his neck raw in one day. Just a small spot the size of a dime. We cleaned and treated it turns to this overnight waiting to see another vet scheduled the next day. Now he has a major infection in his neck, twice to the new vet in one week. They shaved and cleaned his neck and may need surgery if it doesn’t improve by this Friday. He’s on high dose oral and topical antibiotics right now. Hopefully this starts healing fast or he’s under the knife to remove the infected skin on his neck. Thanks so much Clarke, we trusted you for years with our labs. No longer, you’ve lost our business forever.

We had an emergency with our dog and Dr Thayer took care of it in between his other appointments. He did not make us feel like bad pet owners and his treatment was very practical and reasonable. Our dog is now 100% again!
