This clinic has promised prices over the phone and didn’t even close to honor them. When confronted they remove you as a patient for that. Unprofessional and do not care about you as a pet owner nor do they care enough about your pet. If I could give zero stars I would, very unprofessional and lacking empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this office to even my worst enemy ????

Unprofessional and lacking empathy. They quote services over the phone and don’t even close to honor them. When you confront them on this, you are met with rudeness, they will not own up to their mistakes, and then kick your animal out as their patient even though the conversations did not even result in anything yelling or vulgar language. Very saddened to hear of experiences like this happening.

After covid the policy and staff got a lot stricker and a little less friendly but overall they take care of business and I have no complaints.

Dr Dunston come to my car and told me everything he was doing to my dog and explained everything I need to do at home to take of my fur baby. I love the personal care you get here!!!

They were good with both of my dogs both times I have been there. The staff is polite and I even have semi aggressive dogs. I love this place..

Amazing service and good prices

They made putting our beloved animal of 14 years down much less painful than it could have been. The care and concern of the staff/doctor were amazing, and they explained the process in detail so my family and I were prepared for what was to come. They helped make this process more bearable and as private/quick as possible, not to mention as painless as possible for our pup. On a regular basis their prices are more than reasonable and quite affordable. Very highly recommend.

I heard it's a good vet but I couldn't get any appointment at all.

Probably the best, most caring vet staff in Michigan, maybe even the whole Midwest! A few years back, my pup had a unexpected blockage in his bowels and unfortunately didn’t make it. This man seen us on a 15 minute notice when we called and was so kind and understanding. He x-rayed my pup and even went into surgery to try to save him. When he couldn’t, he let us have our last moment with him and put him down. He told us they also do cremation services and we did decided that we wanted to do that. They give you your pets ashes in a nice little tin container along with a clay paw print of them with their name embroidered in gold in the top, and a condolences card signed by the whole staff. After all the effort these wonderful people put in, they only charged me $200 for everything. They understand you don’t want to have to worry about outrageous vet bills during a time when you should be grieving. All in all, this place is a light in the darkness! Amazing and understanding staff, low vet bills and flexible ways to pay. I don’t say this much as I find it kinda cliche but God bless these people! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely loved this, the vet and pet nurses were all so super nice and very friendly with the dogs I brought in. Really caring and gentle and so patient with explaining all the things you need to know about your pets condition, although during quarantine they are not accepting new clients which kinda sucks. But I'm waiting for them to be able to accept new clients again!
