Normally ive never had a issue with this vet until recently. My fur baby had passed so I call for a cremation. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and told me prices of the cremation. I had another animal cremated before through them no problem but this time has made me so upset I will NEVER take my animals there NOR will I tell friends to go here. They never explained to me that if my fur baby was cremated with other animals that we would not be getting his ashes back. I was upset and very much confused because when I called to take him in the girl NEVER ONCE told me we would not be getting him back. How do I explain to my child that the vet they trusted won't be giving us our baby back. Worst vet ever

Nothing bad to say the doctors do the best they can but it's just hard to schedule when you schedule you have a schedule at least 4 months out or maybe 6 And if they don't have no opening and if you're a dog sick or you're a cat you have to go somewhere else

Let me start of by saying The vet, Trina, is great and does everything she can to make sure your pups are healthy and taken care of. I addition to having reasonable prices. — My issue is with the vet techs and the front desk. They honestly seemed super nice at first and always got my pups in when they needed emergency exams. But recently they just got rude and messy. Enough to the point where I’m changing vets completely cause it’s not worth the stress of them making my dogs and myself uncomfortable for a good vet. There’s other options.

Typically, I love this practice. However, I took my dog in to have a simple skin tag removed. They wanted to charge me over $1,200. To me, this is unacceptable. I took my pet home and removed the skin tag myself. They were trying to put in all sorts of hidden costs like chest x-rays and all sorts of other things I had nothing to do with a minor dermal procedure. Although, my pets will still be going here for their usual checkups, I simply cannot recommend them for any sort of surgical procedues until they balance their prices out and stop trying to pass on costs to their patients in order to recuperate money from the pandemic.

It's okay I guess, So today my Dog has an appt. Of course 10 minutes early, after sitting for 25/ 30 minutes I'm done, my Dog is crying and I'm fed up, I see ppl walking in and out and my dog is still sitting Everytime I come it's along wait. So the lady on the phone almost got cussed out, but instead of you phone lady trying to undermining me...how about you ppl stop over booking. I switch my dog vet for convenience, what was I thinking. Also theirs a young man that works there, that's not the friendliest so that concerns me for my Dog, this dude has attitude all over his face

Dr Duncan is an absolute treasure, and we love all of the staff! They're amazing with our fur babies (and us) from our senior cat to our kitten. Caring, compassionate, gentle, and wonderful at addressing questions and concerns.

A great clean facility friendly staff That care about the Fur babies what more can You ask for the only downside is the extremely long wait but due to the pricing app is pricing and one of the few places in the area that's accepting new Fur babies It is understandable I do highly recommend this place it's only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is the weight but again that's understandable

Husband has taken his dog here since birth, 3 years now. When COVID started dog started to growl at people in facemasks, which makes sense because they cannot see your face to know your intentions...but the vet's solution was to label him anxious and require TWO different drugs to calm/sedate him for an appointment. Our dog was so high he would barely move, wouldn't eat, just slept for the entire next day after an appointment, and the Vet still was unable to do something as simple as draw blood. Vet actually recommended full sedation for a blood draw! All over a facemask that they also refused to even take off, despite the fact that husband and I are fully vaccinated! This vet practice is an absolute uncaring joke, only in it to make money and doesn't even understand basic dog behavior. Do NOT go to them unless you want to drug your animals for simple services and deal with uncaring staff.

We had a gut wrenching experience here. We had to have our dog Piper put to sleep. He had a reaction to the sedative and started yelping, his eyes bulged out and he tossed his head side to side. Finally the vet tech came in and went to get the vet. The vet started to put Piper sleep then. Had to try 4 needle needle sticks before he was gone. Didn't even say she was sorry. When they carried his casket out they dropped him. Needless to say it was the worst way to say goodbye to our best friend ???? ????.

I've only been coming here since the curbside service for covid has been implemented. My 10-yr old scottie has always been incredibly nervous at vets and groomers, but she is so comfortable here! She never shakes anymore, and the people who take her to and from the car have always been so good to her.

In the 11 years they have been seeing our dog, there has never been a problem or issue.

My vet. And I am probably biased. Dr.Duncan has a true care for u and your pet and it shows.

Efficient, caring and knowledgeable. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Anderson was very gentle with our dog and took all the time necessary to explain treatment options

Great place, good service, but pricey.

One of the best places that I've ever taken my dogs. They truly care about our pups, and our pups feel it too. The last checkup my dog Buddy usually has some separation anxiety if I'm not around, but everyone said that he was great, which means he was at ease there. Unfortunately we had to move, so we will miss the staff and doctors here greatly. You will not regret taking your pets here!

Emergency couldnt even bother to look at my dog

My cat hates to ride in the car...so he was very stressed by the time we arrived at the vet's. They were great with him!!!!

Best care and great staff that will go out of their way to make sure your pet gets the care it needs. They've gone above and beyond for mine multiple times.

Very cordial staff. The place is clean. The vet is friendly and caring. Although our dog is shy, and she gets very nervous. The staff and vet is very friendly, caring patient, and knowledgeable.

Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price.

I love how polite the staff are and the procing is very affordable. Every appointment has been done in the time frame I was told. I wouldn't take my 2 pets anywhere else!
