Dr. Desjeunes and her team at RAH went above & beyond for my cuddle bunny, Leo! When Leo was in their care, they showed him love and had compassion for what he was going through. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did to help our sweet bunny Leo during his two abscess surgeries. He is recovering wonderfully and is almost 100% back to his old self. Here is a pic with Leo on the right and his sister Winnie on the left (bonded bunnies❤️).

I trust no one else to see my fur babies (Ferrets, Dogs, Cats)! All the Doctors(Dr. Desjeunes, Dr. First, Dr. Maske, Dr. Sparke) are very passionate about animals and providing the best of care and doing what's right for the animals. The staff is very friendly and reception is welcoming. I've seen a lot of extremely rude and bad pet owners here treat the staff badly which is unfortunate. Be NICE!

We started off seeing Dr. Maske. We had moved from NY and brought our dog in for a checkup right away. The Dr. was very sweet and helpful. Our dog unfortunately passed only weeks later. Dr. Maske sent a handwritten card expressing how sorry he was to hear this and how happy he was to have gotten to meet our dog. It was really lovely and showed he really cared. We got our dog we own now a month or so later and kept going to Roseland for the next 6 years until we just recently moved. We have seen every Dr. in the practice and they are all wonderful and treated our dog with kindness and care. I really can't recommend them enough.

It can be difficult to find a good vet for exotic animals. We are very relieved to have found Dr. Desjeunes. Her knowledge of and compassion for rats is clear in her confident handling, quick thinking, and layman-friendly explanations. We have had one emergency appointment and one regular appointment. Both times, everything went well, and quite quickly. One of our rats has a crooked tooth due to a problem within the jaw. Dr. D was able to trim the overgrown tooth, identify and explain the problem, and lay out a possible long-term plan of action for us, all in one emergency appointment. I sent a follow-up message later with some questions and concerns, and Aubrey left me a voicemail with Dr. D's response, which was very thorough and reassuring. Overall we are very satisfied with Roseland, and will be coming back. Thank you!

My diabetic cat is an existing patient and we had been regulating his insulin over aprox 2 months with regular visits to Roseland. Seemed to be dialed in, but then he stopped eating, has sweet smelling breath and has lost weight. These were the exact symptoms before we started treatment when his glucose was extremely elevated. When I called with concerns about his insulin dose, oh well, too bad it will be weeks before we can see him. THIS IS AN EXISTING DIABETIC PATIENT!!! I'm concerned he will die. I'm trying to regulate his insulin dose now without any glucose test because I guess they are too busy and unconcerned to see him. Thanks a lot, Jennifer, for the suggesting that I can start calling in every morning to see if someone else cancels an appointment. I'm concerned he is going to die, but hey, maybe I'll get lucky and someone will cancel or I just guess a proper insulin dose. I am appalled that a vet would start a cat on insulin treatment and then just abandon him when the dosage needs adjustment. I was satisfied with them prior to this, but the complete indifference shown is just appalling. I hope he makes it. EDIT: The morning after this review was posted I received a call from RAH. They fit me in, saw my cat, and provided excellent service. I am not going to remove this review because it accurately reflects my experience, and I was left in the situation with no medical advice and a diabetic cat that clearly needed veterinary assistance. Perhaps it was only one person that was, in my view, indifferent about the health of one of their existing diabetic patients. Nevertheless, if you are on the receiving end of the indifference from that individual it is still the experience you come away with, and I was still left trying to make sure my good boy lived without any help from my vet. Despite the excellent follow-up, I'm also unsure if the only reason I received a call the following morning was because of the negative review. I did add a star back to my review because of the effort to reach out to me and the genuine concern show by RAH in our subsequent visit.

This place is a revolving door of veterinarians . They only want your money . The techs are rude. Even ypur response is Rude wow !

We love Roseland Animal Hospital! Both our dogs have been taken care of by them and We feel so happy to have chosen them. They are kind, and responsive to our needs and questions and really care for our dog as if it was their own. Highly recommend.

I’m torn with this review. On one hand the vet is terrific, he takes time to discuss options and provide suggestions. I never feel rushed and am always getting my questions answered. The problem I have with Roseland though is their front desk staff are impossible to deal with. I feel like I’m being talked down to often. I’ve had dental surgery that should have been scheduled that wasn’t, I’ve experienced rudeness from them while waiting for an appointment. I never get the sense they actually want to help or care about any of the issues my pet has. It’s unfortunate because the doctor is fabulous, but having to deal with the front desk every time is painful.

2 weeks ago I thought my girl just couldn't have a bowel movement. The quick actions and knowledge of the staff and doctors quickly found that she indeed was dying. They had her in surgery before I left. They saved her life and my heart. Today her staples came out and the cone came off. She is happy and full of energy and I know her sisters are anxiously awaiting her return home! Thank you so much! Your professionalism, respect, and care towards the animals and their owners is far beyond any I have witnessed elsewhere.

I would recommend anybody to take their animals here. My first visit here was because they were still accepting emergency visits during the pandemic. I have an older mastiff that they took good care of. I recently acquired a puppy and decided to take him there as well. They took the time to anwser all of my questions in great detail. They really seem like they love and care about their patients, Thank you guys!

Very understanding of my cat Butch and his needs. Front desk staff very kind, professional and helpful. Hopefully with this medication, Butch can have healthier eyes. I am also glad, that he liked you and the staff. Butch says thank you. As am I. ????????❤️

I was Leary of using RAH based on the reviews I read, but I couldn’t be happier that I chose to keep my appointment! The staff was so friendly and helpful and Dr First was AWESOME! I would totally recommend Roseland to anyone looking for a vet. And they were so reasonably priced. I’m very happy with the service I received! Thank you!

Horrific experience! My friend's dog was in poor condition. The dog was taken to this hospital because it is close to home and he was in a lot of pain. They waited over two hours only to be told to visit the nearest emergency clinic. At what point does the vet remember the oath they took to relieve animals of their suffering!? The staff is rude and callous. They lack any empathy. The dog passed after the hospital turned them away and the family is suffering from the loss as a result. Please do NOT bring your pets here if you want them to receive prompt and effective treatment from professionals. RIP

I would like to thank Dr. D. for her help with Sissy. Sissy is a rescue dog and she came to us with several medical problems. With Dr. D.'s help will we have Sissy back to 100%. I would recommend the clinic to everyone.

I called to schedule a check up for my dog. I told them my dog was very skittish and I told them I’d be more comfortable if I could come in with my dog. They told me they have no problem doing that for skittish animals. 2 months later when I finally get to my appointment, they tell me I can’t come in with my dog. They shouldn’t be telling people that they can come in with their dog if they can’t, I would’ve never scheduled the appointment if they were honest from the beginning. This is terrible customer service, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I've had nothing but positive experiences using Roseland. They are always there when I need them and I'm never disappointed with their services. I love how they are affordable, and yet AAHA accredited. I highly recommend using their services!

Skylr, sleeping peacefully, after a visit with the phenomenal doctors at Roseland Animal Hospital. I am so grateful for all they are doing to keep pets and pet parents happy and healthy in the midst of this pandemic. I highly recommend this staff. They have helped this guy sort through food allergies and they are great with my skittish cats.

Dr. Thomas Maske and the entire staff are beyond the best. Showed love and compassion. We lost our weimaraner to kidney failure and had to put her down unexpectedly. Don't hesitate on this place folks. They are the best.
