Wish they were a general vet! Went here for my dogs ear infection and they took such amazing care of him!!

Great customer service and they provide excellent care for my pets, rainbow and Goldie.

Unfortunately, today I had a bad experience with this clinic. I have been 3 times with my new kitten and had GREAT care from the techs and veterinarian. This time, however, was not the case. I made an appt yesterday for an upper respiratory problem for the same kitten at 3:50. I wanted to move it up because she was just miserable - very lethargic, etc. I tried calling multiple times after 10am to try to move it up but no answer. So, I just went online, paid and moved it up to 12:05. A woman, Kelly, called me and told me because she is getting worse, I might have to go to emergency clinic. I was irritated because I was told they see upper respiratory when I called the day before. She just said the vet might not want to see her and she would have to find out. I was upset of course because I would of just done this in first place. I called emergency vet and they told me it’s very rare that it’s critical and that they had 2-4 hour wait at the time. I called preventative vet back and I asked her to please define “minor upper respiratory issues.” She couldn’t. I told her I would be there at 12:15 (this was at 10:30am) because I didn’t want her to suffer longer if she didn’t have to and wait the 2-4 hours in a parking lot. She told me “if I kept getting an attitude with her, they wouldn’t see me.” I said I’d see her at 12:05 and hung up. I don’t have time for childish games and this isn’t about me or her, my baby is sick. I show up on time, and she says she canceled my appt because “she’s the owner and can do that.” Looked her up, she is indeed a co-founder and fiancé of the veterinarian. Long story short, I’m waiting at the emergency vet now for who knows how long because “I got an attitude.” I had an attitude because I got a phone call telling me I might not be seen and couldn’t tell me what was considered “minor.” That’s all I wanted. I wanted to help my animal, and I don’t have time to play phone tag. Im rambling and I shouldn’t of gotten so upset but it was very disappointing. I know they’re a low cost clinic, but I don’t need to be treated like garbage and wasted 2 hours of wait time without sending a cancellation notice. I kept checking my email to make sure it was still on - so I know that was done on purpose. Again, the other staff was amazing but I will never be back or recommending them like I was before because of my interactions with Kelly.

Dr. Merced is great, friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff were not only polite, but genuinely happy. Great experience. I feel like I found a treasure.

All of the vet techs were so friendly and sweet with our puppy when she went for vaccines. It was very fast and inexpensive, and open to anyone.

What a great place! I took my barn cat for his shots. The staff is amazing and they really love animals. This is an excellent idea. It's become horribly expensive to see a vet and this will encourage people to take care of their pets.

Longest wait ever almost 3 hours

They were very warm and welcoming from the moment we entered! They took such great care of my two kittens and we will definitely be back! I was more nervous than my kittens and the staff really relaxed my concerns with their answers to ALL my questions!

Price and employees were nice.

I was there a few months back and couldn't have waited more than 30 minutes. Was impressed with the care and the low prices. Yesterday I placed an order for heartworm and flea/tick meds thru their online pharmacy. One of the meds I ordered was incorrect for my dog's size and they caught it! Not sure if it was Dr. Dimaris Merced-Maldonado or an assistant but WOW! Now THAT is impressive!!!! My Mojo and I thank you so very much. I will never go anywhere else for my pets' vaccines. So happy I found out about this clinic!!!

Very affordable. Staff and Dr. Were amazing. Even tho my car didn't take well to being in a new place. Highly recommend.

We were able to get in right away and they were very friendly. The hours are convenient especially with my work schedule.

Puppy package helpful for first time dog owners

Very friendly over the phone for appointments. Read the e-mail sent to you prior to your appointment and followw directions, including watching theur video on the FB page and you'll be fine. It clearly states appointments run late. My appointment was at 6:30 and I wasn't seen until 7:30 but at least I was prepared for that with a podcast and a book bc their e-mail was clear about wait times. Cannot beat the price to care for your furry friends so I didn't mind the wait.

They treated Mister and I so we'll. I love this place. Great for the community. Donate people ????

I was able to get my puppies shots including the boosters for under a hundred bucks. That's one happy pup. This place was super kind to my pup and I did appreciate that.

Glad these ppl have come to our town. Lost my vet before pandemic started and hadn't found one yet, just a few weeks ago notice my baby was having issues with his hind quarters. Then a friend told me about this new pet clinic, so I looked them up. I made an appointment. Even though I knew it wasn't going to be good news. They made me feel a little calm even though I was a wreck. The doc was great but he gave me a few options and that helped me feel better. I have opitions just got to be able to get money for blood work I will be back. Ty to the ppl that helped me and made me feel at ease.

It was my Chihuahuas first time to the vet, and they were so patient and gentle with him.
