Kelly and their office staff provide the worst customer and literally inhibit the care of animals....especially if they are losing the business.

I love this place, they are kind and caring. I know my pet is in the best hands with them.

It's great you get greater right away and they give treats for the dog after their visit and they explain everything to you and the Vet. doctor tells you everything about the dog to and I rate them a 5.

Dr. Stephanie truly knows what she is doing and how to care for animals.. I’ve had a horrible experience with my last veterinarian only wanting to make money instead of taking care of my pet and solving the issue. My pet has seen Dr. Stephanie 4x and I has received the care and resolution he needed. She is a life saver and I couldn’t be more pleased !! The staff is always caring and compassionate.. I would highly recommend Family Pet Health Center to anyone who is looking for quality care!

Best vet I've ever been to for yearly check ups and anything in-between. When a pet is sick they do their absolute best to fit them in ASAP and always provide excellent care. Prices are comparable to anywhere else with reputable care. Also, they are honest. I have a dog with specialized medical issues and if they don't know an answer they're not afraid to say so and to call specialists to find the answers. With regards to a review length I'll stop but the positive appraisals could continue.

I had an appointment for my cat today and can’t say enough good things about our visit. We had Dr. Rock for the second time and he was just so good with her! Her appointment was quick and I’m usually pleasantly surprised about the prices. My husband just took our dog in last week and same thing, they did such a great job! They squeezed us in last minute for both. Thankfully both weren’t serious things and now we have a piece of mind!

The Doctors work you in when needed! The office is always very clean. The entire staff is friendly and caring.

Dr. Rock is very professional and very good with all of our animals. Staff is also polite and professional as well as reasonable pricing. Thank you to everyone at Family Pet Health Center.

We have taken our dogs and cats for 27 years. Love the staff! They're all so good with the animals. It's just a little pricey to go for any reason ????. No insurance like people ????

If you care about your pets, do not take them here. The front desk staff has no knowledge and are extremely rude. They are horrible at their job. They will give you the wrong meds or meds for other peoples pets. They will lose your animals records and test results. The vets will put your pet on meds that require maintenance bloodwork to make sure their livers aren't being damaged. But they won't tell you this, so you don't get the bloodwork and your pet suffers. They charge more for meds then other vets. They will charge you for a visit then tell you after you have paid that your vet wasn't there, so your pet will need to come back in a couple of days to see the right vet and charge you again. This place should be shut down.

Kind and helpful staff. Dr. Rock keeps my aging cats in optimal health. No pressure to go above my personal limits of care.

We've been taking our dogs here for the past few years. Our dogs love the vets and techs, because they're so kind, caring, patient, willing to help, and attentive.

All the staff are so caring and friendly. They make it a very personable experience.

I moved almost an hour away, but I love MFPHC...and so does my 150 lb pup. She gets so excited when I say, "Do you want to go see Dr. Rock?" Whose dog gets excited when they have to go to the vet? Mine, because they are wonderful!

Oh there's not enough great things that I can say about this place. My fur babies have been going here for omg 25 to 30 years and I wouldn't change and go to a different place at all. Dr. Rock and Dr. Stephanie are awesome in so many waa and the staff are great to just to mention a few. Mindy, Lori, Kim, Abby and so on.

As always the staff is caring and compassionate took my kitty there cause he is having potty issues with his urinary tract it came on very suddenly but they were able to get him in without an appointment love the vet there Dr Matthew Rock is the greatest.

These are people who truly love and care for your animals. We drive almost an hour because they are so good to our pets.

Firstly, I took my cat in and Dr. Rock told me he had cancer without having any tests. Not even a year later he died of a blood clot. Second, my mom had to take her dog to the ER, he was doing perfect. Then after she started taking him to the river park vet his health drastically declined. Third, my mom has been taking care of this stray that was wounded. He was getting better by the day but still walked a little funny but she wanted to be "safe" and took him to the vet. He got checked out yesterday and they gave him an antibiotic shot as well as something for ear mites. This morning she woke up to him dead in his own blood and vomit. So screw this vet. Never going back.

I had both of my kittens fixed recently and was so pleased with the level of care they received. Keeping them overnight was a blessing as the could be monitored.
