Everyone here has always been so sweet! You can tell they love working with our babies and that makes me feel great. I brought my dog in for his grooming and they knew exactly how to clean him up without me even giving much detail! It took them only about 3 hours which is great because I know how busy they get! My little man came out so excited and looking so handsome! I definitely recommend them for their grooming services!!

Great place for my Morkie. She loves the hotel when I go golfing. They also do a wonderful grooming and nail clip. Simply the BEST!

I can’t say enough good things about Bark-A-Bout. Our labradoodle just had his first day at daycare and loved being able see what he was doing on the live cams. He will definitely be back soon and we are eager to begin training classes as well!

Wow. My dog hates her nails clipped. She also hates car rides. So upon arrival for her nail appointment, she was already full of anxiety. She’s always given difficulty, to the point of her last vet prescribing her anxiety pills prior to appointments. Today, however, the tech and handler had her in and out in minutes. Their ability to make her comfortable and still get the job done is phenomenal! The tech was also very professional and explained “the why” along with the advise for her next appointment. I’m so excited to have found an affordable place with great staff and amazing tech and handler. It’s a relief to see my pup come out perky, yet not traumatized. Recommend 100%.

Warm and welcoming place, and very nice aquatic area. Fast and easy check in for swimming. Our dogs had a great time! Excellent value. We look forward to the next visit.

We have been taking our girl to Bark-A-Bout since she was 10 months old; she just turned 10 years old. The hardest part of being a pet owner is worrying about who will take care of them when we travel. Bark-A-Bout takes all of that stress away. And best of all as “Cocoa” ages they have geriatric suites to accommodate those needs as well. Thank You to all of the Owners and Staff for having such a great facility for all of us pet owners! ????

Today was the first day of my dog ​​Luigi and the attention received from the moment I made the appointment, during the moment of taking Luigi, receiving the tour and explanations of how the daycare works until the moment of picking up Luigi, the staff was very friendly and professional. I bring my dogs there all the time to have there nails trimmed. I also had my dogs stay while we were on vacation. They were very good with them, specially one of my dogs who had a problem being away from me.

From the phone call to reserve the pool until we left was OUTSTANDING! I’ll be back for sure and will highly recommend to my fellow dog lovers!

Everything was fine until, one of the employees came in and then left when she realized I was in the room and my dig was swimming. Then she burst in saying she hated to interrupt but she and the sprinkler guy need to walk around the side of the pool. I told be I had 10 mins left ans that my dog is very protective of me and it was not a good idea and they should wait until I was done.

I have been taking dogs to this place for over 13 years. The old manager Sarah was so friendly as all staff. You really felt they cared. Over last three years, staff keeps changing and not for better. I find answering phones and st time of pick up, sparky ladies.My dogs had scratches on face without any info until picking up. I used to refer family and friends and have several that joined but they also see significant change of the overall quality while pricing continues to increase while no added value. On top of price increases they ask for tips on every transaction. I will discontinue to rave about this place and cease bringing my dog to daycare or boarding. Highly Disappointed as once was Suburb. Wrong staff!!!@

They made my dog’s meet and greet an incredible experience for both of us! I was so anxious to leave her but she had the best time. The staff was great to work with and kept me informed with a glowing report card. I can’t wait to take her back! Update: my baby girl has been going 2 days a week for a year now. She still gets so excited and I love the socialization she gets from seeing her fur friends. The staff is amazing and fun!

This was our second time boarding at Bark-a-bout and I am very happy with the service and care. Both stays were for a week and Bentley our Cavachon loved it. I was nervous leaving him because he suffers separation anxiety but the staff made him feel at home and took time for some personal attention which he loved. Highly recommend!!!

We took our 2 1year old basset hounds here for a meet and greet. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Everyone was friendly and professional. There is plenty of play space and the dogs seemed very happy and relaxed. After the day was done and we picked them up Rachel took time with us to let us know how they did. Our furry babies were happy to see us and in great moods. We plan to book time for day care as well as for our vacation needs. Thank you for taking great care of our Furry Babies!

First time there and I was really impressed. The place is clean, and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful and most importantly, our dog had a great time! We watched her throughout the day on the webcam-so we could see for ourselves. Highly recommend.
