I have been taking my dog to see his favorite doctor, Dr. Sayles for years. We love him. Dr. Jones is taking over the care. We are getting to know her. We appreciate her knowledge and explanation. All of the staff are always friendly and responsive to our needs. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to VetSelect for almost 12 years. They have treated my two dogs since they were puppies and from the very beginning they have made us feel like we are family. The front staff is kind and goes out of their way to be helpful. VetSelect consistently goes over treatment options and they NEVER try to encourage unnecessary expenses!!! VetSelect is also very connected with the Veterinarian community and will refer to any specialist your pet may need. Both of my dogs have chronic health issues and Dr. Sayles has always put them on a treatment plan that has kept them healthy. One of my dogs has a rare condition, Adrenal X disease. Dr. Sayles spent a great deal of is own time researching various resources to find the best therapy to treat the effects of the disease. He consulted with cutting edge Veterinary schools and found natural supplements that has saved us hundreds of dollars over time but most importantly, has reversed the symptoms for my fur baby. I also have to give a shout out to Lindsey for all the love and special care she gives us!

We love VetSelect of Novi! All of the staff is friendly, professional, and the office is clean. They love all animals like their own and always put your pet first. Our dog is excited when we pull into the parking lot and walk in!

Love the COVID-19 protocols; consider making this permanent as an option to us. (After everything is safe.)

Great doctors, but essentially impossible to get an appointment, even for just a nail trim. Very disappointed. Will need to find another vet.

Phone staff friendly and knowledgeable. Tech support loving to the patients. Dr sayles was friendly , knowledgeable, experienced, explained procedures well , made me feel comfortable that he was performing surgery, my daughter has a lot of faith in this practice, so when we moved close to the vet select hospital. We joined their pet club. Max is home now doing the best he can for his age. Thank you to Dr Jones who usually takes care of Max's health.
