Staff are always polite and helpful. We like this store because they offer selection not always offered at larger chain stores.

They dont have prices on their treats by the register and the cashier gets an attitude because he has to look them up. Poor customer service

Customer service with one male employee was anything but good. The young lady was very pleasant. The male needs customer service classes. Male employee then also tried to overcharge for the mice. If you limit number of mice for people can buy this should be posted. We've been driving 34 miles round tip to this store for over 2 years for snakes food. Sorry to say but we will be looking for a new place to buy mice.

Small shop, but has everything we need. Has that small town personal feel. The crickets we get to feed our bearded dragon are very jumpy and healthy. Good food for our pet.

Took dog for grooming 10am and never called me. I called twice and no answer. I went there at 6 pm and my dog the only one there. She had been in a cage for 8 hours! They never called me to pick up my dog! She was forgotten and left there! I won’t be going back

Second time bringing my dog here to get groomed and will be the last. The first time I was very impressed, they took like 5 hours and did an amazing job with his mats and not getting him too short and listened to what I wanted. However, today the last must just not give a damn, took her 2 hours and he came back looking terrible!! He has dazed burn all over him from them cutting too short. She must have just wanted to do it super fast and get it over with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE THEY TREAT THEM TERRIBLY AND DO NOT DO A GOOD JOB AT GROOMING WHATSOEVER.

I am torn, the small animal section and fish section was less than expected... From the looks of things they are focusing more on pet food... Which I understand being a smaller store. I didn't see the cat room being an available feature but that could be covid related cats and upper respiratory stuff can be a problem. Staff was Friendly and Welcoming. Ferret cage that was on "display" needed some attention in my opinion. Not sure if we will return... But won't write it off yet :)

I stopped by to have my cat's nails clipped. He was extremely feisty this trip, but the staff at the St Joe Paw Mart was great with both of us.
