Had such a great experience bringing our puppy here for her first time vet check-up! Dr. Sarah and the entire staff were so knowledgable with our questions/concerns and treated our baby girl Luna like she were their own. The location is really easy to find! Just drive to the front and you will see the entry door. Prices were excellent and we even found a 50% off coupon online for first time visits! Highly recommend.

Walk in vet not by appointment. Went for nail trimming. We have 2 dogs. There staff is always friendly and remembers and ask about each dog as we come in, even if only 1 dog comes in. Because of staffing shortage sometimes its hard see the vet.

Favorite sporting goods store. Grew up shopping at the one in Clare. Now shopping the one in Gaylord. Everyone is friendly and usually has what I need.

I went there for the first time to get Rabies shot for my Pet Dog. They took us in quick, gave all the relevant information and got us out real quick. Great place with very affordable pricing ! I will go to VetIQ as my first stop for any of my PetCare needs.

Staff is great BEWARE OF VET SARAH > WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK unless they get a new vet! Staff is friendly and good at theur job of trying to sell their packages while being ok when customers turn them down so a+ for them! They were understanding with me while I showed with glazed eyes and multiple questions of confusion that I was being overloaded with information and choices. HOWEVER THE VET, DR SARAH LaTendresse HERSELF is why we are never coming back. I came with my 10-12 week old pup saying we were there for his 10-12 week old shots and handed them my medical records to prove it. In my confusion of understanding that "puppy visit 1 package" meant "8 week shots" NOT that it was his first visit, which is what they asked me if I was ok with getting, poor boy got his 8 week shots twice and we had to go back to the vet 2 days later today and now he has to wait for lepto because it has to be same day and I QUOTE THEY EXPLAINED "We know you showed us his medical records [that had the stickers of each vacine he's gotten as proof of getting them] but we always give the puppy visit 1 package to new customers because often those medical records people give us are wrong." When I called the PET IQ number yesterday to get a remiss of the mistake figured out they asked me "did you show them his medical records?" And I said yes and they said "hmm that's weird they gave him a repeat of the 8 week shots then" wow am I appauled by this vet! THANK YOU IQ STAFF for knowing what is supposed to happen and making things right as much as you can (since we still have to be behind on his lepto). PET IQ supervisors reimversed us the parasite screening he didn't need and the vet iq staff gave us a 15 dollar off coupon to do their best of giving us the "first day 50% off" price of the a la carte price we had to pay for his bordatella. With him going camping in 2 weeks that lepto was important tho. I do NOT recommend this place until they get a new vet! Even my husband could tell when we were settling the mistake that the staff was more than willing to do whatever they could and make sure we were happy while he said the vet seemed mad and annoyed. Since pet iq has traveling vets, BEWARE OF DR SARAH LATENDRESSE anywhere!

**update: kittens ear mites returned, clinic will not reimburse or provide new treatment. Everyone at this location was really friendly & genuinely love animals. I took my foster kittens here instead of waiting for a vet appointment because a cat from their colony was FIV positive and I wanted to know soon as possible if they were immune compromised. The kittens had been 21 days in a 30 day quarantine, sealed off from all the other animals. Everyone got their shots, tests & all was well. The kittens returned to quarantine. 4 or 5 days later, the kittens came down with a nasty URI. Since they don’t have contact with the other fosters and no one here has or had an URI this year, I’m going to assume they caught it during their vet visit. I know this can happen and it’s purely an accident, but if you are bringing vulnerable babies in I would highly consider waiting outside and not in the waiting room. The prices for initial shots aren’t bad, if there’s any additional issues that have to be treated you should expect to pay urgent care type prices. Considering this is a walk-in, that’s pretty standard. I don’t think I would bring babies in again, just because of the close contact in the waiting room but adult animals that need shots or boosters quickly—yes.
