Our vet uses this company and we're over the moon with the quality of the urn and the paw print tile we received. We had to let our boy go yesterday (1/10) and we weren't expecting to get his ashes back for a few days, maybe even a week so imagine our surprise to be able to bring him home today (1/11). We may not go through the same vet for our next dog but we will for sure remember this experience when the time should come.

I want to take a moment and share how wonderful you all are. We suddenly lost our fur baby at home and I couldn't imagine a better experience. From my first call, the compassion was evident. Hope assisted with the paperwork this morning, and that young woman is amazing. I wish I could have afforded the top package with all the works, but I was treated like I did. My Daisy passed away on 12.20.2021. My vet euthanized her and gave the body to faithful companions. In honor of Daisy and her memory, I would like to thank these individuals for their respect and kindness. They gave me her paw print and little urn that says ‘Daisy’. When I Received her ashes I could still smell her scent… thank you, everyone. I believe Daisy’s body was in great hands and care. Thank you for giving me a piece of her- something I can remember for the rest of my life.

In our time of sorrow and grief Faithful Companion went above and beyond for our private cremation services. My children and I are grateful, thankful and happy with how you carried out our final wishes for our cat. Bliss to everyone involved. ❤️❤️❤️

I was visiting from North Carolina. When my 19 yr old Chihuahua passed my mom was referred to them. Mike was so wonderful and compassionate and answered questions and so so caring. I am grateful to them. Pricing was comfortable(especially since we were travelling). Thank you for bringing extra comfort to myself and my family and giving me peace of mind about my baby girl.

When I Lost my Great Dane 3 days ago, unexpectedly to bloat I was devastated. I called them 10 mins before closing. They waited for me to get there. They were kind and professional. Her ashes were back home in less than 24 hours. The following night I had to put my English Mastiff to sleep do to seizures. Once again they came through. They made every attempt to make the process as easy as possible. They gave me the option to say my last good bye and that meant more then they will ever know. It was worth the drive.

My Great Pyrenees died unexpectedly last night. My son found them for us at 1am. When I called this morning I was greeted with compassion and professionalism. They had someone out in 2 hours to take him. I am grateful for their service so far as this has been absolutely devastating to our family. Unfortunately, I have a senior dog who doesn't have much time left and I will be using them again...but fortunate I now have this resource.

Faithful Companion is an amazing, compassionate business whose employees clearly put their heart into their work. My partner and I missed the delivery driver dropping off our cat's ashes by less than ten minutes, so we called Faithful Companion and the driver actually turned around and delivered Teddy Bear's ashes to us within about 30 minutes of us calling. That driver is truly a hero to us, and Faithful Companion has our forever gratitude for their respect and helpfulness. As well, the small wooden urn we received Teddy's ashes in is of wonderful quality and clearly made with love and Teddy's memory in mind. Thank you to the driver who turned around for us, and thank you Faithful Companion for your respect and care in this difficult time for us.

When our 12 year old dog Moose passed at home, we could've chose services closer to home, but we went with our vets recommendation and are so glad we did. All of the employees of Faithful Companion were extremely compassionate and professional. I was able to spend as much time as needed saying my final goodbye and Moose was handled with care and respect. Moose was returned home to us the very next day again by a very compassionate employee who made the situation more comforting. We cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service.

Unfortunately, I have had to visit here more than once due to having so many animals pass over the last few years. They have always been absolutely perfect at helping us grieve our pet and celebrate them in a way we see fit without any pressure. They are also the lowest price around and with this kind of exceptional service, it is a rare occurrence. We prefer to bring our pet here rather than have the vet do it. I feel it is like having a funeral for your pet and really aids in the grieving process. Then they deliver back.. Anyway, I would recommend them to everyone!!!

My beloved friend (Cooper), of 15 years passed a few weeks ago. I entrusted Faithful Companion to handle Cooper’s aftercare. I cannot express enough, the outpour of empathy and compassion Faithful expressed. I truly encountered two of the most kind and compassionate individuals I have ever met. Those being, Patti and Dan! Patti sat with me, expressed her condolences and support. Her patience and kindness will never be forgotten. Dan was just as wonderful. He allowed me to stay with Cooper as long as I needed. Dan was gentle with Cooper as he laid him in his final “bed”. He spoke to me with a compassion and kindness in his voice that I will always remember. It is heartbreaking times like this when individuals such as Patti and Dan are so appreciated. And, I am positive they have the same kindness and compassion in their everyday lives! Last night I lost my beloved Westie, Bentlee Bear, as any pet owner knows, it’s undoubtedly one of the hardest days of your life. Faithful Companion did a wonderful job with his remains, the container is beautiful. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been so caring and understanding. My beloved 17 year old cat, Garfield, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge recently. I highly recommend Faithful Companion because the staff wholeheartedly understands and allows you to grieve. They are less expensive than veterinarians and the price includes- private viewing, casket, choice of disposition - communal or private, burial of ashes, open 7 days per week, optional paw print, choice of jewelry and urns. Amazing place to say goodbye!!

I highly recommend Faithful Companions to take care of your pet at the worst time imaginable. There is no way to avoid the pain a pet owner goes through when they have to say goodbye to their beloved pet. All anyone can do is try to make the process just a little better, if at all possible and that is what Faithful Companions does. My precious dog’s remains were hand delivered to me the day after his passing. He was euthanized at home by Lap of Love and taken to Faithful Companions immediately. On a Sunday no less, and a wonderful Faithful Companions representative handed me his remains the very next day. I am glad that my precious boy is home. It offers a little bit of comfort.

Nothing but pure excellence. In a dark moment for my family on July 4th, Faithful Companion was there, even at almost midnight! The compassion and care my dearest puppy and my family received from the moment the phone was answered until she was delivered back to me was more than I could ask for. Attentive, flexible, and quite affordable. Thank you so very much for talking care of Thor with dignity and honor, and the beautiful, detailed paw print. You all have made this chapter a bit easier to bear. If ever I need to help another fur parent in crisis, I will definitely recommend.

During one of the hardest days of my life I felt great comfort here. Dan is just amazing and took such great care of us. We stayed with our Bella right up until the end and the level of care and comfort we received was well beyond expectation. I'm soo glad we came here and cant say enough about how great this place is.
