Been taking my dogs there for about 20 years now they're fair and effective prices seem to be in line with everyone else and they deliver when they say

They take care of our puppies and really care about their care.

They have a great, and caring staff. But their pet services are way too expensive for me. If they had some kind of payment plan for people with low incomes, such as people on disability, I would come back for their vet services.

My dog was paralyzed and after 2 days my dog got up and started walking again... Thanks to auburn animal hospital in my book you are the God's.....God bless you all

Love everything about this office. Friendly staff amazing vet. My dog loves it too.... I am adding to the original review. My dog became paralysed overnight I contacted them when they opened they got us in the office within the hour. Thanks to quick response from front desk, vet and vet techs my dog is walking, running back to her old self. I can't repay them with words for they lack the true gratitude... They are true hero's...

Wonderful vet office, the staff is welcoming and provided me with everything I needed to help my kitty feel better at a fair price. 5/5 would pet Frank again!

Great place to take animals

I asked to have records sent over for my son's dog to our new vet in Flushing. Riverside never received them.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The veterinarian is genuinely interested in the health of my dog.

I just called and made our first appointment yesterday. The staff seemed very friendly, were easy to get in contact with, and they had an opening to get my 3 cats in next week for their skin and dental issues! This was so refreshing since many of the other offices I called either are booked out past March or aren't accepting new patients at this time and our past vet just closed down unexpectedly. I'm looking forward to getting my fur babies taken care of and have confidence in the quality of service as I was recommended this clinic by the local emergency vet hospital that I trust and have been going to for years. I'll make sure to provide an update once our first visit takes place! ☺️

Love this place, they take the time to talk to you about your pets condition.

My experience is that I thought they were decent but a little pricey and I said I would go back but I have CHANGED MY MIND. Reason being I've spent too much already $800+ and two antibiotics later, shampoo, allergy medicine, etc. and my dog is not better. THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. I bought Seresto collars for both my dogs and was charged $76.00 a piece. I found out that at 1800pet meds you can buy them for $83.49 for BOTH and free shipping. You can always find medicine CHEAPER someplace else. IF you buy from this place you are being extremely over charged. THEN ON TOP OF THAT My dog has needed medicine for quite some time now, I've been on crutches for 3 weeks and have 3 more to go and couldn't get him in because of pandemic. You would think during this pandemic they would try to help people out who can't get in the office or make it easier for them to get cheaper medication for there animals but THEY WON'T. that tells me they are not there for your animals or for you. What a shame. So disappointing. Since then I have taken my dog into Banfield Hospital and he is getting better. They have an amazing team there and you can get insurance on your dog dirt cheap and I have already saved $ with Insurance over $600+. Best place ever.

No complaints..they were fast thorough and the price was great!

I avoided going here because I was hearing they were overpriced. Well my cat had an injury and I decided since it's right across the road I would try anyway. I'm glad I did because for what they did (office visit, x-ray and medicine) it seemed to me to be a better price then the other places I went before. I also did get the more expensive medicine that worked well while he was there. Thank you for being there for us. Kitty of mew thanks you too!

They've used to be fairly priced... now They have upped their prices! They gave me an estimate for dental and pull 1 tooth for $866.00

The Vet there is very nice. She said she could tell my dog adored me. I knew that, but she is the first person to tell me so.

They are super close to my house this is the reason I choose them, I will say they are nice and quick to get an appointment , which is another reason I go there , but the cost is soooooo much more than other vets. $300 for 1 antibiotic and 2 steroid shots and 2 visits .. little much if you ask me.

Auburn Animal Hospital is the best!!!! Not only do they take care of your pets, but they thoroughly explain everything to you. Everyone in the office is wonderful and pleasant. You will not find a better vet office. Thank you so much for all you have done for us. Batman, Cherby, Dexter and Morgan thank you as well.
