The entire staff is wonderful and caring. We have 4 cats and a dog so we are there at least a couple times a year and they have always been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They are equally great at dealing with cats and dogs and all the animals enjoy their visits because they are given lots of love and attention by the staff.

Doctor Lynn, you are the actual reason I decided to continue giving Blue cross my business. My last visit didn’t feel very ‘ warm or welcomed ‘ but after today and the amazing care and service Doctor Lynn provided, I can now say that I feel good about bringing my animals here which I love so much. My fiancé I left the vet last week saying, “I can’t believe taking Bernie (our cat) to the a vet is such a positive experience”. It’s literally a fond memory we have. We take pictures and leave smiling, and even if we ever get less than good news at the vet, we leave feeling better because we know that he’s going to be taken care of in the best way possible. They are extremely thorough and investigate our concerns fully. I trust their opinions completely. I love when they call to check on him when we are nervous about his health. We are so grateful to have everyone at Blue Cross because we know they love Bernie as much as we do. We recommend them to everyone we know.

Dr. Sharma is the best Veterinarian I've ever had. He really cares and goes out of his way to see my dog is well cared for and that she is well treated. I've had other vets before but I'll never go anywhere else again. I don't trust anyone like I trust Blue Cross Animal Hospital.

highly recommend this wonderful vet. we had to put down our dear cat due to cancer and the staff here couldn’t have been more kind, caring, and respectful throughout the entire experience. they truly made us feel like family in the level of care and comfort they provided during this really tough time.

I have been bringing my cat here for about 7 years and have never had a bad experience. I am always given a detailed breakdown of the cost before any tests/procedures are done. My cat was sick earlier this week and they were able to get her in within 2 hours. The front desk staff and techs are also great. Always friendly and always provides a follow up call to check in.

Our dog was bitten by another dog late in the day. Despite closing in a few minutes we called Blue Cross Animal Hospital and they said they would stay open for us. We were not even patients. We are so grateful to the doctors and staff for taking us in and taking care of our dog. Thank you.

I had a very traumatic experience with my dog becoming septic recently. His longtime vet had retired. The new vet couldn't see him for weeks. Although Blue Cross could not see him right away, they did have the soonest availability. My dog passed away before he could be seen. The compassionate staff at Blue Cross helped guide me through the next steps of what needed to be done. I will be taking my next pet to Blue Cross after I heal from this traumatic loss. Update 11/4/21 We have a rescued Chihuahua that we're adopting. His first visit was great. The staff was professional and friendly. The facility clean and well maintained. They took time to listen and get to know me and my new pet.

This is the best vet office I've ever been to. The doctor answered all of my questions, provided a very complete exam, and prescribed a course of treatment for my beloved kitty in under 24 hours. She was calm and reassuring, while not sugarcoating anything. I cannot recommend enough.

Dr Gonzalez helped with my dogs and rescue dogs when he was at another vet hospital. We are going to move our dogs to his new location. His is very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. He even went above and beyond for a foster dog that had IMT. He determined the pharmacy wasn't dispensing my dogs meds as prescribed, causing her platelets to drop tremendously. He really cares about your animals.

Our dog was sick and they got us in within 3 hours. We were told we may have a bit of a wait but I was pleased that we walked in and were immediately greeted by Dr. Gonzalez. Our big guy struggles at the vet and their team worked together to make him comfortable. We will certainly be back.

Blue Cross Animal Hospital always provides my furry family members with the best care possible and I recommend would and do recommend them to everyone I know!

Wonderful care for my very sick kitty.

The doctor at this place can blow it!! Paid $170 for a flea medicine a shot and medicine that was sent home with us.. all the medicine did was make my cat drowsy.. he didn’t bother really looking at my cat. He Was standing across from me basically shaming me the whole time.. and charged me a fecal sample fee when he didn’t even touch my cat to take a sample.. I would basically like a refund. Because the emergency vet did more than Mister “dr.” Gonzalez.

The staff and service at Blue Cross is always amazing! You guys do a great job of fitting us into the schedule and on many occasions even same day. I can also tell that you guys keep the pet's health the top priority, its not about charging the client for services they don't need, and you always empower us to make decisions on the treatments given to the pet. Thank you for being great!

Dr. Sharma is kind, responsive, brilliant and wonderful. He looks for the reason for problems and doesn’t just focus on the symptoms. I never feel like I get ripped off financially by him as he also reviews all services and charges before completing them. He is also an intuitive and wise vet. We recently moved and drove 1.5 hours back to him as he was able to solve a problem with our dog in 2 minutes that several other vets had not been able to figure out. Dr. Sharma and Blue Cross is worth every penny.

Dr. Sharma and the team at Blue Cross Animal Hospital have taken incredible care of my two pups over the years. The doctors are incredible thorough and know my pets very well at this point. The love that they have for my pets is visible. They always call to check on my pet after having been seen. They've helped me navigate some serious ailments including back problems and pancreatitis for my doxie, arthritis and a torn ACL for my beagle mix and many other things. My parents have also started coming to Blue Cross with their doxies. I know a lot of people get super concerned about price, but unfortunately veterinary care isn't cheap, period.Their prices are more than reasonable in comparison to what other veterinary offices charge. They make sure to share price quotes before doing anything and provide options to do what they can to make the cost more affordable to different budgets. I have many experiences where they recommended we not do something due to price vs need and they've never pushed unnecessary treatments or options.

My family has always had very positive experiences with this vet clinic and we’ve been customers for about 8 years . I brought all of my family animals as well as strays that I have found out on the streets that has needed help. Most recently our geriatric dog, Juneau, needed help for an emergency visit and we thought he may be dying, and Dr. Gonzalez showed true compassion. He walked out to our car and probably talked to us for at least 30 minutes about what may or may not be happening with her 12.5 year old dog that has kidney disease. His love for animals and compassion for families is remarkable. I hope he sticks around at the clinic! My family recently moved to Clarkston, but it was his care that reminds us that we want to continue driving to this clinic and using blue cross animal hospital. Obviously we love Dr. Sharma as well! This place is really great for your loved animals and fur family members. I’d recommend this team in a heartbeat.

Love the staff here. My two huskies Nova and Bolt come here for their routine care. Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Sharma both do a fantastic job in keeping me informed about my dog’s care.

After calling 14 places to get an appointment for my cat that wasn't eating, I finally called here and boy am I glad I did. The staff was so friendly and helpful! They were able to bring us in and were so compassionate. They had very good covid protocol. They had excellent communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this place!
