I love the care and grooming my dog gets at this salon.

AMAZING!! I took my dog here for grooming today for the first time and had the absolute best experience. My dog Henrik has anxiety (which was made worse by an awful experience where he got injured at a prior negligent groomer) and Bingo Pet Salon was so accommodating. They offer an express service so they will never lock my dog up due to his anxiety and he’s in and out within the hour - definitely worth the money and my dog was so happy leaving there (not to mention the groomer did such an awesome job on him and he looked so extra handsome)!! The employees are very kind which is a plus too. :) Will definitely be bringing Henrik back for all his grooming needs in the future!

Bingo is the only place I trust with our little fellas. Our Pom has a thick triple coat that they manage very nicely. Our Pom Terrier mix has great curls that they know how to trim beautifully.

Brian and the staff at the Bingo Salon are great. A truly caring bunch of people.

Like a lot the grooming service for my cavapoo, but the guy on the phone who makes the appointments is rude and not polite, this is why I’m giving them 3 stars otherwise I’ll give them 4, maybe 5.

I took my dog here for 6 years since she was a puppy. Unfortunately they stopped taking my dog due to staffing issues. There were two different groomers that regularly groomed my dog. I guess both of them quit. The whole situation was handled very poorly. Instead of trying to accommodate me, the receptionist said I can try calling one of the people that quit. The whole situation could have been handled better. It's very unfortunate because I didn't want to have to switch groomers, and I think the owner was overwhelmed at the time. However, I never heard from them again. So I guess being a longtime customer that leaves 20-25% tips and doesn’t complain wasn't important to follow up with.

The first time here was fantastic! They hooked my shih tzu up and he's looking amazing and still cute. Would definitely recommend this place, didn't need any shots to get him groomed. Bingo Pet Salon is the perfect place and a great value for the money. This place is just what my shih tzu needed. They were so nice, responsive, and welcoming. They even complemented saying how sweet he is, I loved how available they were too. They are able to groom really matted dogs. Bingo Pet Salon is a life saver for my shih tzu. Really appreciate it.

I am SO glad we were recommended this place!!! My dog has stopped allowing me to trim his nails myself, so I was anxious bringing him to people he doesn't know to do something he is scared of. Helen & Amanda were so incredibly helpful working with me and my dog. He even had a little bit of an accident and everyone was so understanding. We are so grateful and will be back & recommending to others!!

Bingo has always groomed my long haired cat beautifully. I just had him groomed and because of COVID it had been over a year and he was one big matt. He is now a lion ????. Seriously, they treat your pet well and do a fantastic job.

Service is terrible at this place. Dog groomers who upcharge an outrageous amount of money for dogs that they have to actually do work on. Started at $80 for a 50lb Samoyed and after the first visit they charged $100 (without tip) and that is after I had already left and dropped off my dog. Then they called me 20 minutes later to tell me that its going to be $130 or I could come pick up my dog. Then they stopped accepting Samoyeds because they said it takes too long. Dropped my Samoyed off and had back in 3 hours but apparently $130 and a $20 tip for working 3 hours is too much work for these people. $130/3= $43 dollars an hour plus $20 tip. What a joke.

Just one brief visit so far, but great first impression. We needed to have our kitty's claws trimmed. Quick email response from owner, then easy walk-in visit. Staff were kind and competent. Thank you.

We came here on a neighborhood recommendation. What a poor decision to listen! We explained of previous bad experiences with our first dog, discussed how many groomers just shave the dog as it is the easy and simple thing to do. We specifically asked that not be done. We said take off half to less than half the length our puppy had. She should still have 2+ inches of hair after the haircut. What was the end result?? The groomer basically used a 2-guard or 3-guard and gave our puppy a buzz cut. When I saw my puppy, told the groomer this was way off, the response I got was...”Well, it’s only hair, it can grow back”. Really, that is the response you give a customer obviously unhappy. One day later still shocked the owner thought the work done was acceptable and up quality standards.

Best groomer we've been to since our old groomer closed. They are extremely friendly to you and the dogs. They treat them with care and individualize the grooming process for each dog!

Amazing staff that will love your dog almost as much as you do. I have a special needs Frenchie and they were completely attentive to the way she processes how things are and took the extra time to listen to us. Very happy with the staff and how great my pups come back with trimmed nails, brushed out undercoats, and fresh smelling!

Bingo is so wonderful with my pittie Lady who despises getting her nails trimmed. They are so patient and calm and willing to take their time even though she’s very wiggly and very difficult to deal with. Thank you so much for helping us!

My last visit with my dog was a sad one - we wanted to get Casey cleaned up before he passed. The team made him look as handsome as ever and I appreciate the care they took for him, making sure he wasn’t stressed or uncomfortable. I appreciate that my best boy looked so dapper and handsome during his last days with us. Thank you !

Just took my golden retriever here and they did a fabulous job! I’m always worried taking him to a groomer but he came out looking great and a very happy boy. Thank you very much will definitely be back!

I had a really great first experience at Bingo Pet Salon. I dropped off my dog with Brian for a bath and he texted me when she was ready to be picked up. I was extremely satisfied with the service! My dog was clean and happy, and Brian let me know about an issue he noticed on the dog's paw/nails. I thought the price was very fair and the scheduling was convenient. We will definitely be back!

Rude man answered the phone. Won't even go there. He didn't like being questioned about his covid safety and measures they take with anxious dogs.

I know this place does good work because my big cat Onyx let them give him a bath and a haircut.????????

They gave razor burn to our our dog, looked so horrible that we had to take our dog to the Vet. Our vet indicated we should never go back to this groomer, and gave medication to our dog. When we called the Salon back regarding our dog's razor burn, they said it wasn't their fault since our dog was matted. Our dog was not matted, he gets groomed and brushed routinely, and where the razor burn was - the side front leg and chest of our dog has very little hair on chest. The salon owner, was not receptive to trying to fix the issue nor apologizing. We will never support this place of business.

Bingo has good service I liked the way my three dogs were taken care of and boy were they a mess.

First couple times I went here I was blown out of the water with how great they were. I have two cats that get shaved every other year, so my visits are very infrequent. Time before last they shaved off a nipple. Stuff happens, I get that. This time my cat came back with an uneven coat, razor burn in several places, and hadn't received a bath. No bath I understand if they are really busy, but she was a mess and should have received one. I will not be going again.

Absolutely love Bingo. Thank you, Amanda, for your care and skill with our furbaby, Mocha! The new location is beautiful. Definitely covid conscious. As I was picking up Mocha, I overheard Brian (owner) working with other clients with professionalism and patience. Thanks, Bingo. Mocha is afraid to go to the vet, but runs into Bingo happily.
