They make my life so easy! Note: you can book reservations up 48 hrs in advance… They go above and beyond for me EVERYTIME, and I’ve only been there a handful time

My dog loves it there, comes home happy and calm.

I have been taking our 6 month old standard poodle for the last month to this facility. I love seeing how excited she gets when we start to walk up to the door for her drop off to daycare. The first time I picked her up she didn’t want to leave, that tells me a whole lot. They are reliable responsive professional and I have been quite satisfied with their fees…I will continue to take my pup there.

They took amazing care of our dog. Will use their services again.

I've used this boarding location and it's been AWFUL the last 2 times. I'm told they get hours of playtime and socializing; yet every time I check the cameras, my dogs are inside their kennel. I'm providing no reasoning so this will be the last time I ever use them. I have zero trust in this staff and will not be taking my dogs here anymore. Paying $75 a night is not worth it.

Very clean and well run, employees really enjoy there job and it shows. The report card is a nice touch.

My Bernadoodle is happy to come to daycare! He is very rambunctious but the staff are understanding and love dogs. I know my dog is safe and well cared for. I could not ask for more— so so grateful I found this place! I also have boarded him twice- both positive experiences.

Our Pup loves going to daycare! Everyone is so nice and you can peak in on your pup whenever you like.

My dog Max loves it here! I could tell when I picked him up that he was exercised and pooped out and ready to nap. Everyone is so nice and you can tell highly experienced with dogs. So nice to be able to travel in peace knowing that my best friend stays here safe and sound.

We have been bringing our dogs, Captain & Lucky, to All American Pet Resort for the past 5 years. They LOVE it & we do too! The staff is so great & they always take such good care of them!

It is obvious the employees love dogs, and that my pup was given lots of attention. This has been my best experience with boarding a pet out of at least 10 other places in multiple states. I highly recommend their services!

We boarded our Berner for a 5 day stay and we were very happy with this location. Mind you we typically board her at the Rochester location but we loved Royal Oak as well!

Love this place and more important our Golden Retriever "Drum" does too!! He is happy when he arrives and happy and tired when he leaves. Kind and considerate staff!! Thanks!

Our pup is the best critic of this facility. She loves it there! We feel very confident that she is well cared for while under their supervision.

With all the amazing reviews we were really excited about this place but unfortunately this place failed our 12 week old puppy. He was left at 8-8:15am for an all day assessment, we wanted our puppy to able to socialize with other puppies and not be afraid. We were also excited that we would be able to see him on the webcams. Unfortunately I watch my puppy be locked in one of the dog cages for 3 and a half hours, wasn't let out to use the bathroom, not interaction with him, nothing... with other large adult dogs in cages around him barking. I could tell he was scared but I tried to give it a chance. I finally called and advised them I had been watching for over 3 hours and they put me on hold to go get a Supervisor. While I was on hold I watched them finally get him out of the cage. It was sad to see they had to coach him out because he was so scared probably traumatized. Then I was automatically sent to voicemail... at that moment I decided to go pick up my puppy. When I arrived he was so happy to see me and pulling towards the door to leave. The Supervisor attempted to tell me how good he did but he was a little afraid initially I stopped her mid sentence and advised her that is not true because I watched him sit in a cage alone for 3 and half hours. She attempted to backtrack her words by saying "I believe he did good"... smh and they still charged me $23. Yes I paid $23 to have my 12 week puppy sit in a cage and ignored. This place is clearly understaffed with too many dogs to care for at once maybe that's the issue here... unfortunately I have no desire to come back. I can say the place didn't smell and seemed clean but that's about it.

They seemed to really care for the dogs.

Domino loves to come to All American Pet Resort. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Definitely wouldn’t trust taking him any other place.

We boarded our dog at this facility after almost 2 years during which the dog was used to her entire family working from home. We were worried about separation anxiety. However she seemed to enjoy herself due to the attention and caring she received from the staff.

Every time Maggie comes to stay, she walks through the door and everybody says, "Maggie's here!" She always likes coming to the Resort. If she didn't I'd know that things weren't good. On her last day, she generally gets a "spa day:" where she gets bathed, brushed, and blown dry. She feels so pretty and smells so good. If I'm going to have fun traveling, my girl should have fun too. And I get to watch her on the cameras in the playrooms. It makes me feel good that she's having fun.

My dog came back with kennel cough from this place. It may be expected but I had to.take my dog to her vet and spent more money for cure.

They take great care of our paraplegic dog.

It was our first time sending our 6 month old Lab to the All American Pet Resort. Everyone was so nice, caring and supportize. He had a great time and we loved the experience.Thank you everyone for treating our puppy like your own!

Friendly Staff: Carrie is always very attentive to the changing needs of our 2 beagle puppies... As Moose & Rocky grow and develop, Carrie continues to help us find the "best fit" for their socializing time with other dogs. Great Grooming: Every time we have the pups' nails trimmed, they look super-spiffy! Happy Pups: We consistently see happy wagging tails, as our boys enter and exit from their stays.

The staff is always polite. Harlee loves it here and I know he's in good hands when I take him there for daycare or boarding.

Thank you to everyone at All American Pet Resort - Royal Oak for consistently providing Barney with the best of care! We have utilized their boarding, grooming, and day care services for the past 6 years and could not be more satisfied. Barney is always treated with kindness and respect and loves his two and four-legged friends there!

This was the first time we left our 1 year old miniature golden doodle. She ended up in a cage with a camera, which was somewhat nice to see her, but also made it a little difficult to 'assure' she was getting out to play/walk. I honestly never saw anyone come and get her, and she was never gone from her kennel when I checked in. She is a very social dog, and I realize I am a first time puppy mom, so I would only say that I 'trust' she got the attention we signed up for and were assured she would get.....we will try this resort out again.
