Excellent pet hosptial highly recommend..

I've been going to Banfield for awhile now and they've always been a great place to bring my dog for care. They've a nice variety of care plans as well which I can appreciate seeing as how everyone's finances and situations are different.

Had to bring my dog in for what I thought was an emergency, a of the employees were very nice and my dog is okay so awesome sauce ????

Always explained things where I understood. Always treated my babies like babies. Answered my questions and took time to make sure I was understanding the procedure and medication dosage.

I pay almost $50 a month to get my dog seen. Called today to make an appointment for my dog to get a well visit (covered by my plan 2 times a year) and the lady on the phone told me January 11 ????? It’s October 19! I’m not paying for the monthly wellcare anymore. That’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Very pleased with my visit. Dr. Bagwell is excellent and undoubtedly worth the drive. Additionally, I'm happy I was seen promptly and had a quick check out.

This is a great place to bring your pets but be prepared to wait. Calling or dropping off or picking up the waits are astronomical.also stay on top of called in refills. They can get lost in the shuffle.

My dog never fears coming here. She is always treated so well and all of the staff are amazing. They treat my dog as their own.

Asked to get my cat shots to busy taking no more new customers

They charged my credit card 4 times for one medication

Multiple times we needed to get our dog in to be looked at and they were too busy and said we needed to take him to an emergency vet. Why pay the monthly fee when you can never have them examined, when you need. Yes it goes ok when you can schedule 3 months out ( except I'm pretty sure my dog got kennel cough last time he was there) but the monthly plan is a joke. Plus you call one they tell you to call all the others around it is no help we wasted hours today trying to get our dog in, only to still pay somewhere else for the visit and x-rays that should be covered here.

Staff are always friendly. IDK if it is just with Covid, but it is hard to get an appointment to get your pets seen. Appointments are months out.

Very nice staff, expensive but worth it

I booked an online appointment originally and when the day of the appointment came they called me to reschedule (which I had no problem with I understand) so then I talk to an actual person on the phone and she gives me a new date and time and assured me she was sorry for the scheduling error. So I wait another month for the new appointment and what did I get today? A call saying my appointment that the girl at the front desk booked for me ISN'T AVAILABLE AGAIN when I specifically confirmed this date and time with them multiple times now over the phone. The girl I called back to just tell her to cancel gave me an attitude about it being online and said that was the reason it’s unavailable, which is great, EXCEPT this appointment was scheduled over a P H O N E C A L L. Honestly you’re probably better off taking your fur baby to any other vet because even their scheduling system isn’t competent apparently.

I have never posted a review but felt I needed to.my dog passed recently and he was a lifelong patient here.so this isn't just about one particular day but a complete assessment. everyone was always professional and wonderful. consistent!I received a card with the entire staff not just signing the card but each person writing something. hope this helps someone.

They didn't stock the prescription for my dog, Royal Canine. I will be ordering with Chewy next time

Always too busy! Waiting to pick up insulin for my one dog takes a long time. Tried to make an appointment for my other dog who has an ear infection. Can't get one until th14th of May. He's crying because it hurts.

Vets and techs are very friendly!

Treat the dogs here very well. Staff is friendly and caring. Dr is very professional.

Banfield rocks the way they take care of our pets, great prices especially for premium care, and the staff there are perfect in knowledge and information, dr hana actually called me to let me know how my pet was doing, and he gave me all the info in a way I could understand...I would recommend banfield to anyone...

Take my girl Macy to get groomed there every month, Stacey has been her groomer. Macy looks Beautiful everytime and she Loves Stacey.
