We love Northland, they take good care of our 5 year old doodle from when he was born. They handle and educate us with every concern.

Pinkie (and her brother, Goo) shows up here and makes everybody smile. They actually care about our Babies.

They have always been so amazing with our animals! So caring and understanding, and never trying to just "upsell" you things!

All of the staff are so friendly and genuinely love their jobs and care about their patients. The care that our fur babies have recieved there has been amazing, when we got bad news about one of our dogs they were sympathetic and made sure to answer any and all questions all while assuring us that we were not and could never ask to many questions. They will welcome you with open arms and your fut baby will walk in with a wagging tail and happy because they will know they are going to be getting spoiled when they walk in!

Wanted to charge me over $500 for radiographs...I don’t mind spending money on my dogs, especially for their health and well being. But it’s costs less to get X-rays/radio graphs on my horses, and I have spent thousands of dollars on my horses. Not to mention how they handled my dog, I know we are not allowed in because of COVID but they handled my dog horribly and muzzled her, she was terrified when I took her out. Was hands down the worst experience I have had with a veterinarian.

Everything was great. Loved that a new approach was taken to ease Luma's apprehension with her vaccines. Whipped cream sounds like the answer!

NAH does a great job of providing gold-standard care while understanding the needs of the client. I feel like a partner in the care of my pets and trust them with all of my veterinary care needs.

Dr Banks and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I have gone there fr 15 years with 2 dogs and a cat. I will never go anywhere else. They are compassionate and caring. Never have had a bad experience. Love them all.

I've been going to this vet for almost two years no (before COVID too). So far I've only had to bring my dog in for routine appointments. The woman who answers the phone is always very professional, nice, and helpful. My dog loves the vets and the techs. They do a great job with giving him his shots and trimming his nails. Before COVID when I would be in with him at the appointments, the vets would always answer all of my questions and were very thorough. Now with COVID they have a drop-off system that is careful and well thought out. I appreciate their level of care!

We've been coming to Northland Animal hospital since 2014 I believe it's been awhile. They always go above and beyond and they aren't too pricey. I recently got a new puppy named Tibalt and today was his first appointment and they were wonderful and even sent me with a goodie bag. You guys are awesome well worth the drive from Grand Rapids. Thank you guys he will definitely enjoy the goodies. And we will always be apart of the NAH family ????????????

Everything you want in a veterinary clinic. My dog is missing his life long buddy, who died just prior to Christmas and the doctor really helped with many suggestions to help. They also saved my daughter's Chihuahua's life by removing most of his teeth. He's very old and now acts like a youthful puppy again. If I had to complain about anything, it would be a slightly higher cost, but its worth the life of our four legged loved ones! Sadly, my baby had to be put to sleep.

I have taken my pets to Northland Animal Hospital for I think that it's 18 years. They are always so helpful , compassionate and always treat me and my animals with dignity and respect . Everyone there is so professional and competent and they always listen to my concerns and want to help. Delightful people !

Dr. Condon was so kind and caring on the phone! She was genuinely concerned with Buddy’s welfare and only wanted to do what would be beneficial to keep him comfortable for his last months! I wished we would have found her sooner! We are glad we have her guidance for Buddy’s last months with us.

I took our older lab to a female vet at this facility a few years ago to have her teeth checked. I was shocked when the vet said she needed 12-15 teeth pulled. I took her to another vet for a second opinion and this vet cleaned her teeth and said there was nothing wrong. My lab was fine after that. I highly recommend a second opinion if this place suggests surgery.

My experiences with this office have always been very awesome. They take such good care of my girls and do everything they can to try to help us. I couldn’t be happier with the office staff and the doctors there. I greatly appreciate everything that they have done for me and my girls. And I would 100% recommend them. I fully trust them with my girls. And that takes a lot because of they are my world.

Brought my cats Bruno in to be checked out… What is in my car for just a moment call the phone number they came right out and took Bruno in… I knew it would be a few minutes so I had to run a quick errand… Came back it was but a couple of minutes later… They called me to take care of the payment and everything over the phone we’re extremely polite and courteous worked out great… I feel confident Knowing that they care about the animals that they take care of and each and every animal that the service they do it as if it were their own… Would highly recommend anybody to three animals or any kind of needs to Northland animal Hospital

The doctors and team at Northland Animal Hospital are exceptional - they take time to understand my anxious dog's needs and offer her wonderful care.

We had our 16 month old Golden Retriever neutered at Nortland Animal Hospital and we couldn’t be happier with the care and procedure. The staff was very informative about the procedure and aftercare. We were given adequate information and medication for the aftercare and our dog was back on his feet and acting normal the same day. Almost too good of a recovery as he was ready to get back to his normal playful self before he had time to heal up. I’ve had several dogs over the years and have had all of them spayed or neutered. This has been the best treatment and recovery I’ve seen yet.

Words cant even describe how belittled this place has left me. ive had my dog all his life and at age 7 i switched vets to northland and also adopted another dog. within two check ups for my older dog. one week after his second check up started having bowel problems. after 3 months of testing and diagnostics. i brought tyson to the blue pearl animal hospital... no more than 3 months after i switched tyson to northland i had to put him down. granted both my dogs have lived fully healthy and exciting lives until northland.

Dr Banks is the greatest; he knows so much and always takes a personal interest in his fur baby patients. I can't say enough good about him (and Ben, who has been there such a long time).
