Jaxon loves going to the Dr. and I know that he's well taken care of. I've been coming here for over 20 years and my boys have always received the best care and attention. If I had to change vets I'd be hard pressed to find another that is as good a fit for my family.

Update: Over the past several months, my dog has had major skin issues (scratching which led to a persistent infection). The entire staff at RVH has been extremely helpful and accommodating to see him healthy again. The vet was able to identify the cause of his itching, and he is now much happier and healthier. I have two cats and a dog that come to RVH. My one cat is terrified of new people (he hides whenever someone is over) and going to the vet has been a scary experience for him. Switching to this vet was the best decision. He was scared going in, but they were so gentle and nice that he was calm and relaxed. He even slept on the ride home.

Dr. Totin and the staff helped to squeeze our sick dog into their very busy schedule. Vet Tech Loren was very helpful and friendly checking in our little buddy. Dr. Totin and Loren communicated with phone calls on the diagnosis and care plan explaining the results and plan very clearly.

I've been coming to this vet for over 15 years! Love the ongoing commitment of the staff!

The veterinary services for our entire family for at least 20 Yrs. That should say enough! Always a great experience, whether routine or those unplanned needs for our "animal" family members.

I have been going to Rochester Veterinary Hospital ever since getting my dog Maverick. They have been so helpful and accommodating. Maverick is my first dog so I ask LOTS of questions and everyone there is always so happy to help. I am so happy we found them!

First visit with my new puppy. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean. Vet was kind and professional. Their operations are very organized with the use of technology where appropriate.

Absolutely hands down the best!! The vet tech was a gem, she is friendly, smiling and caring. Dr. TOBIN gave me all the information about my Penny’s health and elaborated in detail on lab work. I will be referring many to Rochester Vet.

New to the area. First time vist was beyond my expectations! Very professional staff! Especially Crystal! Made me and my dog feel so comfortable, which can be quite challenging at a new clinic! All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered without hesitation and without rushing! Cannot express just how happy I am that we found this place and Dr. Toting! Once again, after 15+ years and counting, we had a great experience at Rochester Vet! My Buster loves the friendly staff, and I’m always grateful for their kind care on the phone or in the clinic. Additionally, I needed to talk to Dr. Haddock further while I was there, to try and understand some new, more complicated issues going on with my parents’ dog. She was so patient and understanding, spending time explaining everything in detail, going over options available and printing up information for us. I really appreciated the advice so I could help my parents understand it all better. What a great place all around! UPDATE Sept. 1, 2021: They have gone above and beyond to help with my new puppy as well. They’re busy but want to help and squeezed us in to take care of the little pup. Thank you!!!

We've been bringing pets here for 12 years. Everything about Rochester Veterinary Hospital is top notch. I'd never bring a pet anywhere else. The admin staff, the techs, the vets are all absolutely amazing! Exceptional! We've worked with every vet and every tech over the years. Every single one is the highest level of skill, professionalism, and kindness.

The staff are so friendly there and they really bond with your pets. My Great Dane always excited pees every-time we get to the door!

The lady who answered the phone was very rude. I need a service not your attitude.

Dr Totin and all the wonderful staff have taken such amazing care of my Daisy may. She had surgery the 27th and every question, concern, worry everything has been addressed. Every person I have spoken knew exactly what dog I was talking about and had a personal experience with her. They followed up today to check on her and to make sure she was ok and doing good. Daisy may is a rescue dog we got 8 years ago. She has anxiety going to places like pet stores and vets because of her experiences prior to the rescue. She felt safe and comfortable with the staff and never even fought to go with them. They spoiled her as much as I do. She has her forever home and now has a forever vet. I cannot state enough how amazing the wonderful group of people working at the Rochester veterinary hospital are!

Dr.Haddock saved our dog's life! She is easy to talk to being a dog lover herself. She takes her time with her patients and answers every question you can possibly have. If it weren't for her we wouldn't have gotten nearly 11 glorious years with our beloved Bull mastiff Sookie. You won't regret entrusting your pet with Dr.Haddock and her staff.

I trust them completely with all of my pet's needs. Recently solved a problem with a bug she had and it cleared up in a day!

Always a great experience. wonderful doctors, very efficient staff that's as nice as can be! Your animal will be well taken care of.

I was SO nervous about getting my dogs teeth cleaned and Crystal the vet tech was so sweet along with Doctor Hicks. Crystal calmed all my fears as I was dropping him off and they let me call throughout the day to see how he was. Crystal even sent me a picture of him and it made me feel loads better. Floyd’s teeth are squeaky clean now and I am so grateful they took such great care of him!

Rochester Veterinary Hospital is the best clinic ever! We started bringing our puppy to Rochester Vet since the reviews were glowing and they're so close to our house, but they were so great, we switched our cat from his long-term vet, and we couldn't be happier! The staff is fantastic -caring, knowledgable, and professional. Highly recommend their Paw Plan package for new puppies especially! Cannot recommend Rochester Vet enough - if I could give them 10 stars, I would! : )
