People are great here and treat your pets like their own. I had a terminally ill cat and they were so sensitive to our needs and helped out anyway they could. So many places nickel and dime you and are expensive on top of that. North hills isn't like that.

I take my ferrets here and the staff and doctors are great. Maybe the best place for ferrets in the Detroit area.

Receptionist is very rude. New to the area and I was trying to schedule an appointment for my puppy because this seems like a great place based on reviews. Apparently they’re completely booked for the foreseeable future and are not taking any new clients??? Lol which is fine. But I was very kind and the lady was completely rude for no reason.

Great service! They will try their best to accommodate us when we need an appointment. The entire staff is gentle and caring with my animals. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have helped us keep our “babies” healthy and comfortable for the past 5 years. They listen to our concerns and they offer suggestions without being pushy.

They got our ferret in fast for an implant, and at a fraction of the cost our normal local vet was charging. They were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Far from us, but worth the drive for sure.

The best. Whenever I've ever had a emergency with my dogs they've always fit me in! Everyone is so nice and caring. Both Dr. Tenenzapf and Dr. Carmona are great at what they do. Would recommend to anyone.
