I adopted the cutest little bunny here and I was going to Alaska for a bit and wanted to travel with her but a lot of other vets wouldn't sign a health certificate for Alaska travel for her so I was terrified I couldn't bring her. Anyway Erica and the veterinarian Bridget went above and beyond in figuring out what I needed to be able to take her. I am so stunned by how nice and amazing those two were! I'm speechless! I cannot recommend this place enough!! Thank you Bridget and Erica you are the best!!!!!!

Highly recommend for pets that just need updated shots, spaying, or neutering. Took my two young cats there to have their rabies and distemperment shots. Curbsibe only so when you arrive you call and check in. When they are ready to see your pets they call you to bring them up to the entrance and then again when they are finished and your pet is ready to be picked up.

They are really kind and very accommodating.

Very clean and well organized. I was volunteering. There is no odor and animals all seem well cared for.

Truly appreciate the work the MHS is doing but this location is misleading. Took my 5 y/o daughter here to adopt a dog and was turned away. Was told the location doesn’t do adoptions, yet when you pull in they have a giant sign that says “adoptions.” The management should really take the sign down if this is true. My daughter was super excited only to be let down. Also, please don’t suggest we go to the satellite location in Petco on 59 when we were just there and they literally had no dogs up for adoption.

My daughter and I adopted 2 puppies,sisters, sweet, adorable, loving funny puppies that turned out to be more than either of us could handle. We had to think beyond our own feelings and emotions and do what was in the best interest for the puppies so unfortunately we both ended up surrendering both at different times. The place, from what we could see was beautiful, I surrendered my puppy first and the lady who came out to take care of us was very kind and understanding. I very much appreciated her kindness during an emotionally raw time. My daughter surrendered her puppy last Sat, the lady who came out acted like she wasn't fully engaged, my daughter said she had to get a lil assertive with her and she seemed to snap out of her stupor. Besides that lil oddity the place seems very nice. I do wish we could call and check on them tho, the rule is once you surrender there is no communication after that. Sad but I am 100% sure the puppies were readopted because they are healthy, beautiful and so loving. Thank you for being there RHHS

Gave my chihuahua awesome care .

Extremely rude will not refill cats script without seeing her even though they diagnosed her with a condition that requires the med for life. They can’t get her in for an appointment until November and refuse to give her the medication until they see her. She will die without it.

The staff are always kind, knowledgeable and caring. The wait time is u not too bad

Awesome vets. Friendly and affordable.

Sadly we had to put one of our fur babies down. But I made an appointment and things went well. About as well as it can when you lose a pet. All the associates were compassionate and caring. Thank you.

Great rescue to volunteer and donate. There are some cute trails for dog walking and a large enclosure to play during a walk.

Back in 03/2017 We rescued our Ms louella Beans...aka Bee hee. Very clean shelter.

One can't accompany his/her pet inside, service was fast.

They we're very good with my dog when she got her shots. And the staff was very polite and helpful.

Very rude staff and unprofessional. Receptionist seemed to be having a bad day and let others know of that.

Accept donations of sealed dogfood, really take good care of the animals

Mi humane was great. I waited in my car and they took my dog in. They completed all the shots she needed and tested her so I could start giving her flea and tick stuff so she will stay free of those this summer. They were great!
