Vet has been great with my anxiety riddled dog (we go there for anxiety meds). I like that it's no appointment needed and they only charge around $15 for a recheck, there's usually a $10 off coupon, and so far there's always been a coupon on the receipt for a free small bag of food. When we were on vacation in FL we were able to walk in to get her seen to get flea meds prescribed and it was nice that she was already in the system (we didn't realize fleas are a major issue in FL). I'd go to a regular vet for any major issues but for simple things like heartworm, flea meds, and anxiety meds this is a great option!

Also do not take a big dog here. Took my Great Dane here and automatically put a muzzle on her, which is fine, no big deal. Then had the audacity to just let her bash her head on the cabinet and bleed from her tongue and really didn’t seem to care.

The only positive thing I can say about this is that they have reasonable hours. Other than that, there is nothing good here. They are not good with animals. They overcharge. I $30 for my dogs nails to get trimmed and they literally took off the teeny tiny tip of my dogs nails.She will need her nails cut again in about two days. It’s a joke. On top of all of that, they act like they are doing you a favor when you are paying them to perform a service. They are not happy to see any animals in their clinic. Do not go here.

The lady vet was very rude and treated us like we were bothering her.. and she was upset that a 13 week Chihuahua puppy was scared and squirming.. If she can't handle a puppy, I feel bad for adult dogs ... -100 stars if I could Veterinarian Donna Wyman. You ask me to call and no-one answers the phone.. Waited on hold for more than a half of an hour..

I’ve taken in 5 of our dogs for heart worm tests and regular vaccines. The Tech was so polite, gentle with the dogs. She explained everything to me clearly. We had the same vet each time. She was great. I was in and out quickly. And I thought their pricing was good.

Depends on what vet you get for how your experience will go. One vet is nice and the other is rude and acts like you're a terrible pet owner. I won't be back.

My dog went for a vaccine, and ended up injured because they don't know how to handle animals.

Do not go to this vet. The vet is rude and ignorant. I took my dog in for a rabies shot and they wouldn’t let me hold him to keep him calm. The vet had to be in the center of the room and wouldn’t budge demanding he be dragged to her when he was scared and resisting. He ended up hitting his head on their sharp counter and slit his head wide open. The vet was rudely commenting about taking him to regular vet and threatened “he was one heart beat away from being sent away”

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The vet misdiagnosed my cat and now the rest of my cats are sick. They would do nothing other than offer me $10 which is nothing compared to vet costs. DO NOT go here, they won't take care of you or your pet.
