I am incredibly grateful to Kris, Melanie, and Dr. Buchanan. My cat had an issue with her eye and they managed to get me in that same week. During the appointment, Dr. Buchanan even took the time to discuss the cost of each item/test so I could afford to find out what was going on with my cat. Also, Kris and Melanie were incredibly patient and understanding (and kept me in good spirits) when I was attempting to apply for/use CareCredit. They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate all of their help :).

I'd have given them five stars, however, as soon as you sign up for an account on their web site, your information is immediately sold off to third parties, and you start receiving spam emails. Lots of them. . I find this type of business practice inexcusable and bordering on unethical. On the flip side, they treated my dog with amazing compassion and patience, for which I'm very grateful. My dog is a rescue who had a rough start in life, so he's shy and scared of other people, and requires lots of understanding in that regard. The staff was amazing, friendly, compassionate, and understanding. The Dr was even more so. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. The front office staff have been wonderful on helping get records, providing answers to my questions.

The staff here is nothing short of fantastic! Please keep in mind my first experience is during the covid19 pandemic so I have not gone inside the building. Took our family cat as a first time patient and start to finish and I mean from making the appointment to when walking through the door getting home the staff was nothing but friendly, caring, and willing to LISTEN TO EVERYTHING we had concerns about and did not make us feel awkward for having questions or even repeated questions. Recommend to everyone for sure!!!!

I can't really say much about them interacting with my puppy as I had to wait outside due to COVID restrictions. They seemed nice on the phone. The vet did call and explain the vaccinations received and when we should come back. I thought they were expensive though. $231 for an exam & vaccinations for my puppy. I don't recall paying that much for my previous puppy, but I didn't really have a choice. I may or may not go back. We'll see.

I'm very picky when it comes to my vets, I've tried several and I can't say enough about how professional and caring the staff is! my fearful dog was a bit of a challenge and they took him on and gave me wonderful recommendations to try and help with his anxiety! very glad to have gotten seen at this location!

My dog has frequent issues and is terrified of the vet. They are so good with her and you can tell they love caring for animals. Highly recommend! They also do payment plans if you've fallen on hard times.

I had been a regular here for quite some time. I have found that some of the most routine procedures were rather pricey. Today, I called because a piece of q tip got stuck in my dog's ear while cleaning and they told me to take him to ER because he would have to be sedated. First off, I don't understand why this would require sedation. Second off, what type of animal hospital doesn't have the means to sedate a dog. I looked in his ear with a flashlight and could see it , realizing that it could easily be removed with the proper equipment. I called another local vet. They got me a quick appointment and quoted me $45 for the exam. By the time I got there, apparently he had shaken the q tip piece out. They took him in, scoped his ears, and brought him back out, explaining that there was nothing in his ears. No charge. I can only imagine what a ER visit would cost. I will certainly be switching vets.

They care about your pet ! And follow up.

I have had close to a 20 year valued relationship with VCA Beech Road with 3 cats. I trust them with the care of my fur buddies.

I was glad to be able to bring my kitty ???? in to be checked out and microchipped. The Covid check in went smoothly. I pulled in to a numbered space and called as directed. Was pleasantly greeted. I was able to hand off my furbaby. They took so much care with him, and overexceeded both the time taken and price given . I'm so happy and will be bringing my furbaby back.

Very nice staff, I was super impressed because my dog had an issue with his pawb on Thursday and Dr. Anderson called that Friday to check on him and let me know they were closed for the weekend and was doing a follow up. It meant so much to me she genuinely cared. I really like this place and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. They were fast and efficient with their diagnosis. My Jojo had internal issues and they narrowed it down quick. They were honest about what it could be, gave me options and did what they could to treat the immediate problem while suggesting the best diet, vaccinations and healthy options moving forward.

We all love our pets.we found VCA vets . they not only care for your pet. They treat there customers very well. This is the most pleasant .friendly caring place ive ever been to. letting you know your pet is important, to them. Thank you VCA VETS

Dr. Anderson is the best! Well that is what I believed for over 13 years. My heart is heavy and I am so angry to learn that the $518 we paid to have our dog neutered and tested for heart worm is double what other vets in the area charge for the same services. And the routine thyroid bloodwork that has to be sent to the MSU Vet clinic costs 15-30% more at VCA than at other area vet clinics. In all the years, it never seemed like it was about the money at VCA, but now it feels like that is all it is about...upselling services and inflating charges. We will not be returning.

They got me in quick and everyone was wonderful.

I switched from a veterinarian in Livonia that I was with since I was a kid for many reasons. VCA was a fantastic find! Fair prices and great care of the pets and the owners. The entire staff has been great to work with.

Can I just say from Rhine I checked in to the time they gave my pupper back to me I had an amazing experience. I just transferred from California back to my small town home in Redford and the Dr held nothing back and warned about the environmental change my puppy would/ may experience. He had a FREE first visit. Even left with a ball (blue which is his favorite color like the rest of his toys ) and goodie bag. I’m excited that found my puppy a new vet that shows him just as much love as I do. Yes prices may be high but you get what you pay for. There is no price on the health of my dog. SEE YOU GUYS NEXT TIME !!!!

I called to get my female dog a appointment, but they couldn't see me because their attending Vet is allergic to non spaded female dogs, I couldn't believe it, lmao, or maybe she wanted off early on a Friday,
