We changed to Lakeview because our other vet retired. We like personalized service and great care for both our dogs. We received professional and excellent service from all at Lakeview. We are very happy we made the right decision to go to Lakeview.

Thank you ladies for all you do for my baby!! The staff is amazing!! It is very clean inside. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I know my Abbie is taken care of and wouldn't take her anywhere else. Thank you again for all you do!!????

We have been with Lakeview Animal Hospital for years and will continue. Most recently our dog Daisy was found to have hemolytic anemia and one of the techs Chelsea brought her dog in to provide Daisy with a transfusion. They are always honest and upfront. With a now deceased dog one of the Vets had said you will know it’s time- when you can’t find 3 things our dog McKenzie enjoys. And she was correct. Thank you Lakeview Animal Hospital for caring for our family.

We are long time customers of Lakeview. We currently have two dogs and cat. One dog is a stray who found us and wouldn’t let go but it’s been a challenge. Lakeview’s vets and staff have been so supportive and helped us find a trainer who has changed everything.With a lot of work she’s become a great pet but she’s still aggressive when she’s scared and strangers scare her. She’s also terrified when her nails are cut so has to be sedated but sedating her is a challenge.the entire staff has been supportive and wonderful to work with even when it isn’t easy .

I want to thank everyone at this vet. Today was a hard day all together. They got me in and was understanding of my lateness to my dog appointment but still took us in. They talked with me about the issues my dog was having. After having my dog for 14 years and how small he was and what was going on it was decided to put my baby boy down. Everyone was great and helped as much as they could. Thank u for the care and help u all provided me. Also helped with all the private cremation planning. I love this place and recommend ppl to bring ur pets here. Even those it was a hard choice to make for coming to this vet the first time it was the best. Thank u all so much! Mommy going to miss u poochy so much I love u

Wouldn’t take my furbabies anywhere else! They’re professional but caring of you and your pets needs & feelings, ( like we’re not going to do anything to traumatize your pet if not absolutely necessary for their health and well being). Have great communication with the emergency vet ( if ya need to go in the middle of the night like I have) so when I had to bring my baby in to our regular vet for rechecks they already had all the information . Couldn’t ask for a better vet , haven’t met one there I haven’t been totally impressed with. They’re totally honest and upfront . I would highly recommend if your looking for a new vet, or a first time pet owner????

Their team were awesome with my boxers. Very hands on.

My puppy was sick and vomiting white foam many times over several hours and they were able to see her the same day.

I’m not sure who came to get Scout from my car (blue Columbia rain jacket), but, even with masks on, she seemed to sense my anxiety and reassured me you would take good care of Scout. Dr. Christina kept me informed during the day and Nicole gave me the medical explanation of the cause of Scout’s problem that I needed. Thank you Lakeview. I know you are all stretched to the max but, none of you ever show it.

Love the staff at Lakeview Animal Hospital. Super nice and professional. Dr. Christina was so informative and kind. My puppy loved his experience. It was so nice after working all day and taking my puppy here that I did not feel rushed. All of my questions were answered and I was given tons of information on my English Mastiff.

Wouldn’t take Tito anywhere else. Always a very thorough exam and well explained findings.

Terribly ran establishment. They cant set appointments correctly, they don't answer emails, or give the information asked for in emails, they don't communicate with their team AT ALL. It's a wild west show. I'm taking our pets to Schoocraft veterinary from now on. WARNING: Do not go here!

Lakeview Animal Hospital is BY FAR one of the BEST animal hospitals/clinics I have ever come in contact with. Every doctor, every staff member that has seen my baby girl, Athena, has been nothing but kind and compassionate towards her and myself. You can tell they really do care for the animals they serve and I will forever be grateful for the care they give my mini doxie. THIS TEAM IS AWESOME, thank you for all that you do!! :)

AMAZING staff, the best. Our dog is a rescue and was not socialized in her previous life, the staff did an amazing job letting her just be her. Everyone praised her when she made her way to the scale and to her room. The absolute best vets office you could ask for.

Currently dealing with a dog that needs to be seen (not emergent enough to be in the ER but nevertheless has some newly onset issues that are concerning us) and have been calling for days to get a same day appointment and they have repeatedly not been able to accommodate for us. Seems like they have bit off more than they can chew in terms of the number of clients they have. In the past have also been told to collecting urine/stool samples at home for retesting and told to drop off to the vet and when arriving to drop them off was told by the front desk staff that they wouldn’t accept them (likely because the workers didn’t want to stay any longer). Not sure why they would make us go through the hassle of even doing the test to begin with (except for money). If you want to be able to take on as many clients as you have then you need to be able to keep them all as healthy as possible but you also need to be able to treat them when they need it. We switched our dog from another vet that we had no issues with just had to drive farther to get there but it seems we will have to be making the switch back.

Awesome staff, they explained all the procedures and medications before administering- very reasonable rates too. They took great care of my Rosie. I’m very pleased and definitely a return client. Highly recommend

I have been attending this clinic since they opened, first with my cats and now cats and dogs. The staff is friendly/attentive and the care is fantastic. I am pleased that they given options and recommendations.

I walked in there thinking my cat wasn't going to come home. Turns out the doctors and staff thought the total opposite. Nursing my cat back to health, at home, one baby step at a time. The doctor and staff truly took the time to hear my concerns, they listened. They diagnosed. They medicated. They sent my cat home with me. I couldn't ask for a more loving, caring animal hospital.

Friendly, very reasonable prices, love their animal patients!

This morning I spent a couple hours researching veterinary clinics in my area and decided to try Lakeview. I called to make an appointment as a new customer for having my dog looked at for a UTI. The receptionist told me there were no appointments available today, but I could drop off a urine sample to have checked, and that I should call first thing the next day to hopefully get a "same day" appointment (limited to first come first served). Sounded fine to me. I also filled out the new customer form online and submitted it so they had my information. Drove the sample to the clinic as instructed and called from the parking lot to have someone come take it for testing. The person answering the phone this time was very confused and put me on hold. Came back and said she was sorry to "waste my time", but since I wasn't already a customer, they could not take the sample. And they were not accepting in new customers. I realize there are a lot of things that have changed since COVID but this was nuts. If you're not accepting new customers, then tell me when I call, or post it on your website! The fact one person was able to offer a solution to my request was professional and appreciated. It's unfortunate the other people would not support the first persons' decision and then telling me I'm out of luck was anything but professional. Needless to say I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Changed vets. They've changed a lot, but not for the better.

When I was shopping around for a vet to take my cat to, I was looking for a place with good reviews. I found that with them. They were really good to me and especially good with my cat. She was really good for them. Very informative of what my cat needs and how to treat it. My cat however isn't being so cooperative about taking her meds though. All in all, I definitely recommend Lakeview Animal Hospital for your pets. They know their stuff and are very good with your fur babies.

*UNETHICAL* no star would be better to describe darrell greathouse as a “vet/business owner”. This place is ran as a corporation with a revolving door to see how many visits they can get in a day to get that money. If you choose to not sit ideally by and voice your opinion or dissatisfaction about their customer service expect to not only be told never to come back(no loss there) but that he will talk about you to other local Veterinarians that he is friends with. Sounds like an upstanding person that really cares about animals that come to the clinic for help. Spare yourself the expense and trouble and find a clinic that has knowledgeable and caring staff. You can put a message out asking for me to call but you refuse to take the call making yourselves look even better by the moment. Had the person taken the information I offered yesterday instead of throwing a fit refusing then walking out of the room I wouldn’t have a need to contact you to have you then refuse to speak with me! Do not put people’s personal information when responding. Common sense that your clinic clearly knows nothing about!

Love all the doctors and staff at Lakeview! They do a thorough job, are caring, compassionate and I trust them 110% with my dogs!!!

I can't express enough what a wonderful experience our visit was. Extremely professional, kind and thorough. The staff was so patient and communicative. Ten outta' ten, would recommend. Best vet I have been to yet in my 12 years of pet ownership.

I've been taking my Pet to them for 2 years and have always been very satisfied with the service, very personal.

Awesome! I won’t trust my pets to anyone else. My wife, furry children and I love this place.
