Our Golden Retriever puppy Jack goes here and we've had a very positive experience with the staff. They're very professional, personable, and they take the time to follow up with you after your visits to make sure everything you came in for was taken care of completely. Whole heartedly recommend this clinic for your dog's care.

Lovely ppl and great care

Our cat has been a patient of Colonial Veterinary Clinic for many years. Our experiences have always been wonderful and the service there is top-notch. I cannot see us ever using another veterinary office!

The doctors and staff at Colonial Vet Clinic are simply the best. They all are very kind, compassionate, informative and personable. They take the time to answer your questions and explain things thoroughly. If you have a sick pet, they will do follow up calls daily to check on them and you. You are paying a little higher for the visits, but it is wrapped up in the quality and custom care that you receive. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.

These people explain everything they do before and during the vet visits. Then after your appointment, THEY CALL YOU to check on your pet and listen some more. Name a human doctor's office that does that. They put my doctor's office to shame - I'm just a number to them. At least I found a great place that cares about my dogs and birds! You also don't wait an hour to see the vet - they come right out to take my dog in.

New puppy mom here ????????‍♀️, I highly recommend this clinic. The team and doctors are fantastic and really care about your concerns and listen. Stacey and Dr. Low were a huge help today. Our pup was not doing well and Stacey took the time to write all of my concerns, she made sure to call me back and was able to get us an appointment same day. Dr. Low personally called me (all the doctors do which is fantastic) and took the time to fully explain everything and answer all my questions. Even though I could not go in the clinic I knew our pup was in good hands.

They are very caring. I have two German Shepherds. Most people are scared of. They are just big teddy bears. Colonial vet takes very good care of them. I have had some tramatic experiences with my dogs. They helped me every step of the way. Kris the vet tech there is wonderful with animals.

Awesome, down-to-earth staff is easy to talk to. Only place I trust with my dog.

I was lucky enough to get hooked up with this Vet !!!!! I can finally quit searching !! The staff couldn't have been kinder to my baby boy and the doctors so knowledgeable....I can't thank them all enough.....if your searching for a Vet....definitely give them a try !!!

Colonial Vet Main St . Awesome staff, Great Caring staff, I wouldn't go anywhere else called with emergency bring them right in. Told the dogs pile in let's go to the vet they jumped right in the car off we went they loved there treats as we left the vet our dogs Passed before Dr. Hott retired. . Thank you All at Colonial vet made us feel like family.

Very friendly staff, they cared for Ava as a kitten through her shots and vaccines (she now works with me at Ohio State's veterinary hospital) and they take excellent care of my parents senior dogs!

I was very pleased with my kitten's care and with the social distancing protocol. I drive 50 miles round trip to see Dr. Walker. While we couldn't meet face to face, she was very personable on the phone. ????????????

The best experience I have had with a vet. Very caring. I have a senior cat with cancer. The vet discussed all my options and was very supportive. They called to check on him after his appointment. Also an affordable vet.

The doctors and staff are amazing-they go above and beyond to work with you, remember you when you come in, and are so kind. My dog developed a fear of the scale and they worked with him and I for 20 minutes to make him comfortable, it was truly incredible. I can't recommend them enough!

Thank you to your kind staff for allowing the “Doberman gang” to come inside of your facility to cool off, use the restroom and get some water for the dogs after the 4th of July parade today. I know we all (plus the pups) appreciate it very much!

While I have to say everyone was friendly, when you are spending $72 for an exam fee (which is HIGH compared to most vets around here. Emergency vets are usually $80, whereas most non emergency exam fees are $38-$50...), it was upsetting that they thought I was in for vaccinations. I understand they may have gotten confused, but please read your patience's chart prior to entering the room. The other thing that was a little off putting, was there were no vet techs on staff, just a couple vet assistance. The vet wanted to do a tear test on my dog, which I agreed to. She then asked the vet assistance if she was comfortable doing it, to which she didn't sound too convincing, said "yeah sure...I've done it before I think". NOT very reassuring. While they were doing the tear test, my dog struggled more than normal, and the way the vet assistant was pushing it into her eye, it just made you feel uneasy because you could tell she also wasn't comfortable doing it. I am pretty certain the results were not accurate, which is upsetting after having to pay an additional $55 for this test. While I don't believe this vet clinic is bad, I would say I would never go there again. The cost of the exam fee is VERY high, and after my experience, not worth it. When you pay a premium, I would expect a premium experience. I always want to give 5 stars, however, they lost a star from not knowing what I was in there for, and another star for the lack of smoothness of the entire vet exam/visit.

We love Colonial Vet. Everyone there is wonderful and so caring. They are extreamly knowledgeable and our beagles actually like going to their vet appointments. They are reasonably priced and are honest when it comes to what is really needed for your pet (they don’t push for unnecessary procedures like another vets office we went to). When we needed a last minut kennel because our regular one closed their doors they were more than accommodating and treated our dogs like family. They only kennel for clients and it costs about the same as every other overnight boarding.
