I just recently started taking my dog to this vet and I couldn’t be happier. The doctor is great! He takes his time to give true honest feedback and seems to really care about people and their pets. Prior to my pet even being a patient here I had sent some photos through email about an issue that came up. I was expecting a “yes, he needs to come in” but the doctor took the time to respond with a very long, detailed email explaining the options and his recommendation. Overall very pleased.

On a Saturday morning I thought my cat had a urinary tract infection and was calling everywhere to get her San appointment. My own vet has not even called me back. And this office got me in and the care was phenomenal. I highly recommend them.

The care they took with my scared furbaby was awesome & additional help I needed they had np. They were very professional Dr. B. explained everything & answered all my questions, his assistance was amazing too it was overall great experience. I'd definitely recommend them.

Not reasonable. Charged $125. To end the life of my suffering cat, Bob, after choosing not to do blood work on his twin Jay, who died from diabetes earlier that year.

This vet is taking care of my puppy from her 8th week, I took her for vaccinations, regular check ups and spayed her recently here, never been disappointed in any of my visits.

They are very professional and wonderful at the same time. They go above and beyond to make sure my do was taken care.

Dr. Steep is the best! I have several animals but one trouble making golden retriever named Ziggy. We have had many emergency visits for Ziggy over the last few years. Dr. Steep and his staff have always treated our animals with compassion and care. They have gone the extra mile time and time again. I hope with Ziggy's maturity, I will see less of their office, but it's nice to know we have a caring vet we can count on. I wish I could find a personal physician half as good as Dr. Steep!

Amazing place. All the vets and techs are wonderful but Dr. Vernaci is a true gem- caring, compassionate, and always takes the extra step to check in and offer help and support -especially during tough times

I have been using them for over a year and I have truly enjoyed my experience every time. They are friendly, fast, and helpful even though they are incredibly busy (probably because of their great service). One example of how awesome they are is I called to tell them my dog ate an entire thing of chapstick (not the plastic but the inside) and right then and there they went through every ingredient in that specific kind of chapstick to make sure it wouldn’t be toxic to my girl. I highly recommend! ????????

I have never been able to go inside due to Covid, so my review is based on curbside appointments. I have brought my cat here twice now, and each time I have been very impressed. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. I love that the doctor him/herself personally came out and spoke with me about my cat's visit. Prices are very reasonable too!

The vets here are always very friendly and take time to make sure you understand what is going on with your pet. Take all of my pets here and recommend it to friends and family!

I hate this place. I had the worst day of my life at this place. The staff were the most friendly, accommodating, patient, sympathetic, understanding, helpful people I could have asked for as I said goodbye to my furry child.

Dr. Steep and his entire staff are so compassionate to both the pets and to the pet’s parents :-) . They care so much. We’ve been going to Dr. Steep for 15 years, for our two black labs and every time, whether we’re there for small or huge issues the attention and quality of service is always the best. Look, I know vets are overwhelmed with Covid regulations but at the same time I still expect some level of service for my money and business. Wasn't very happy when my dog was seen. Disorganized, nurses and desk workers cut me off when I'm trying to explain the issue with my animal. You see, this is essential as you don't get to see the doctor before the visit, or during it. Just after. So fine, I chalk it up to Covid. Call them a couple days ago as my dog is having a flare up of pancreatitis and they were just super cold, mean and rude. LIke, this is my vet. One sentence is all I got. You'll have to take her to an emergency vet. Seriously, all they will do is bloodwork, possible fluids and some stomach meds. All should be possible at a normal vet. I regret choosing this vet when I moved here and will be going elsewhere.

Great care for my dog for her entire life from Dr. Steep, Dr. Matyas and the staff. When the time came to sadly say goodbye Dr. Matyas and all the staff involved were very compassionate, kind and understanding.

Good people, good service for good animals. They have treats for nervous doggos and are friendly when answering questions, and will field calls with at-home concerns. They also have a cute, soft office cat, which is always a plus
