I really liked when we had the wellness plan before we moved from Oklahoma. This location uses it like a scam though. Don't bother getting it because they just refer you elsewhere and still make you pay for their stupid plan. Not worth it at all.

Canceled our vaccination appt for our cat before our wellness plan was over, didnt call us and left the wellness plan run out. They are just scammy people and left our cat constantly with fleas or worms after each visit.

It would be nice if you made the website so you can't make a appointment if you're not accepting new patents. I put new patient got a email just to get turned away.

They cancelled an appt the day before after I waited two months to get in. They called to remind me of my next appt but gave me the wrong day and time good thing I wrote it down. They hurt my day and he is in pain after a teeth cleaning. I feel they gave him too much anesthesia and did something that hurt him. Two days later he is still not able to jump on and off the bed or couch and cries. He is Rottweiler and this is not normal. When I called they tried to tell me it’s his ear infection. He has had ear infections before even worse where his ears had a terrible odor. His small ear infection does not cause this. They also said they are too busy to get him in to be seen. Not today not tomorrow and she could look at the schedule but they are SO busy. He is their supposed patient in pain and they could care less. They also sold me 12 months of flea/tick and heart worm meds but then I noticed only ga e me 6 months worth, when I asked for the rest that’s when they said oh we only give 6 months worth, come back in 6 months and we will give you the rest. They kept him from 8am till 6pm. It was a total mess. They didn’t give a good explanation of what happened or how things went. If you care about you pet please think twice about going here. This made me so upset. I love my dog so much and hate that I chose this place and put him through this :(

I sent $200+ dollars for an appointment to get some ear infection medicine for my cat. When it didn't work, they told me to just come in and try again. I told them I can't afford to spend that much money every two weeks and asked if they had any other ideas, and they just said no and cancelled my appointment. I am going to have to find another vet that actually cares about my cat, and not just making money.

Although the assistants are very friendly and can usually get you checked in and out quickly, a lot of them come off as a bit inexperienced because of the worries they might have with your pet. A lot of the times they want to charge you for things you don't really need, it almost seems like a large portion of their job is being a salesperson for the products they want to sell you.

I have been bringing my cat here ever since he was a kitten. The vets know him very well. I dropped him off for his comprehensive exam, and was told he was not due for any vaccinations until December. Only for them to call me hours later, to let me know they gave him a vaccine. That he is allergic to. And they know this. They did NOT give him his allergy medicine until AFTER I reminded them that he is, in fact, allergic. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm just floored that the supervisor said that it's completely okay for them to administer vaccinations without informing their owners.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was and I believed that they actually cared for my cat, but they can spring prices on you sometimes and/or not tell you that they want to run certain tests and do vaccines before coming into the office. I’ve spent at least $1000 here trying to figure out what’s going on with my cat since January. When I told them I was going to look around for a local vet, they hung up on me… but I did always feel like they cared for my cat and was surprised at how good their care was, given that Banfield is a chain.

I would not take my dead animal there for treatment. I found out today the eye surgery they did on my dog is considered "malpractice" in the real veterinary world. Also, misdiagnosed my dog's eye at another time. They misdiagnosed a corneal ulcer and gave a medication that exacerbated the ulcer, which led us to a big vet bill at MSU Small Animal Hospital. I would not even pick one star, but I can't post without picking a rating.

This place is awful. They are NEVER on time and constantly trying to place extra charges that they do NOT discuss with you until last minute. Do not recommend.

When I called to make my appointment for my dog who is suffering from an allergic reaction her face is puffy and she’s throwing up she needs to be seen immediately. They did not tell me that I needed to have paperwork for my dog to be seen. I am out of town I live two hours away also my dog is a rescue I have not had her that long and I do not have any of her paperwork with me but she is up-to-date on everything. They proceeded to tell me that they were going to give her vaccinations that she has already had instead of just administering the antihistamine shot and the steroids as promised when I called originally. This place is awful they have no idea what they’re doing I should have known that a “vet” inside of Petsmart was going to be shady

Friendly staff. Like being able to leave my pet so I can run errands, etcc. And pick her up at given pick up time. Love Dr. Lane.

All of the staff here are wonderful. We have been coming herr for years and there have been several instances where the staff have gone out of their way to make sure our pets needs were met.

Workers are not friendly. I was rushed off the phone. Tries to pressure you into get the wellness plan. I felt like the place is all about getting your money. Overpriced compared to other vets. Wait time to pick up dog is insane. Overall not pleased

Highly recommended!! Staff is unbelievably awesome, very caring, sensitive to your needs, comfortable environment and to top it off a financing program / care plan that helps most all individuals that are tight on cash!!
