I was there to have my dog spayed. I dropped her off at 8am. I was told by the lady that Bernice(my dog)would be one of the first animals to get their surgery. I stayed in the parking lot with not knowing anything at 11:30am when I called the clinic and asked for an update. I had told the receptionist that I am in the parking lot and I would stay there due to living in another town. I was told that she had not gone in for her surgery yet. Around 3pm I called again and they said she was doing OK and she would be able to be picked up at 4pm. I again told the receptionist that I was in the parking lot so I would be there whenever she was ready, so I stayed in the parking lot at 4:15 pm my phone rang and said that they had thought I was gonna be there at 4pm (very rude) I told her I haven't left the parking lot due to living in another town. They finally brought her out. She was so upset I wondered what had really happend. No communication is huge deal when you are from out of town. I am very upset with this clinic and hope that you never experience the disrespect and ignorance that I had to deal with. I sat there for 8 hours and tried to start some communication to no avail. Worse experience I've ever had. My dogs are my kids which is the case with most animals. The communication should have been there from the start when I initiated it. Bad experience for anybody who loves their pets.

Highly recommend for all pet care! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I saw Dr. Siebert for a follow up issue for my kitty that even the ER vet was unsure about. Dr. Siebert was thorough with her exam and could tell she is very knowledgeable, pinpointing what was going on and why. She answered every question I had and really took her time to speak with me about my concerns. Overall wonderful experience.

It was the first visit for my older dog and he was happy going in and coming out. They did a great job explaining what was done and how to care for some of the needs of an older dog.

I take my senior dog to see Dr. Johnson for acupuncture for a multitude of issues. Dr. Johnson, the CSRs, assistants, and tech are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you for taking care of our Khloee. <3

We've been seeing this vet for our 3 animals for 5+ years. They have always been amazing to our animals and friendly. They know our pets by name and make us feel comfortable and our pets love visiting with this office.

The staff at Midland Animal Clinic are wonderful and kind. They do an amazing job. I have worked with both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Manley and would recommend both. My dog is my baby - I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Midland Animal Clinic is the only place I trust to take my pets. They are quick, courteous, and helpful with all questions. They really care about each and ever pet that comes to see them!

We take our pooch to Dr. Johnson and she is so kind and knowledgeable. Recently my cat became ill and the receptionist helped us to get him in right away. Dr. Siebert saw him for this emergent situation. She is very honest, very helpful and also so kind. She spent a lot of time helping me to "digest" the situation and in the information she was sharing with me. That's great care. I have always thought the pricing might be high. But the service is great, the docs are great.

The Midland Animal Clinic has a great staff. They are super friendly are great with my families kitten (the staff love her to death lol) and the vet techs and vet that I have met so far have been able to answer all my questions and like that I have some (even though its limited) knowledge about cats/kittens. We do our best to be responsible pet owners and the staff can tell and do a lot to help us with that. I also like how they are taking the safety of both pets and people seriously with everything thats going on with covid. The steps thats they have taken may annoy people but I would rather take extra precautions to keep my self and others safe than risk getting sick.

The level of customer service and care from start to finish has been beyond my imagination and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the very first phone call I made to walking out after my first appointment was absolutely full of love, concern and care for our boy JD. Dr. Johnson and Nicole spent time evaluating and asking questions and reassuring us that they would do their best to find answers and the best plan of care for our JD. Dr. Johnson gave us all the time we needed to ask questions and express concern. She was not rushed and was extremely caring and sincere. She is passionate and loving in what she does and I could not have been more impressed. JD was evaluated from nose to tail and not a detail or concern of ours was missed. We are so grateful and blessed to have found such a great place to care for our Veterinary needs. Thank you Dr. Johnson, Nicole, and staff for such an amazing experience during a very emotional time. We are customers for life!

My boy had a limp....they took him on short notice and worked him in. They were great with My Kitty Boy found out the problem and gave me some solutions. Thanks so much for everything!!!

Midland animal clinic is a great place to take your pet. Dr. Manley is a very caring, personable and knowledgeable veterinarian, and the staff have always been helpful regarding scheduling, filling medication and anything else we’d need. Would definitely recommend.

They were prompt and answered all my questions and called later to let me know the results of a blood test. All the staff really care about the patient and owner.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! After giving a positive review 3 yrs ago I'm now changing my review and opinion of this so called " veterinary clinic" that is now used strictly for maintenance purposes ONLY! This place won't admit to that but I've just experienced my 2nd time trying to get an emergency appointment for my pet, only to be turned away and told to find someplace else to take my 13 yr old dog with health problems. Dr. Laura Siebert and associates, including office staff suffer with a severe case of greediness and prefer to only perform maintenance pet health care due to the fact that it brings in guaranteed income. They really have no concern for your ill pet.

Midland Animal Clinic has the most caring, attentive, and detailed staff! I can't say enough good things! Extremely compassionate and accommodating, and take fabulous care of my pet. All of the staff is fantastic, but my pet rabbit sees Dr. Manley so we're partial :) She is awesome!

Dr and staff were very thorough. I was given an in depth explanation about what was going on and what to expect. They were able to get my dog in right away even though it was a very busy Monday morning.

My grandpuppies get their annual checkups, license. The staff is about preventative care, immediate care, aftercare and follow-up. The staff explains procedures and results along with a call the following day to check on their present status. Yes I highly recommend Dr Mikols and the team at Midland Animal Clinic.
