Wonderful clinic, very kind and professional

An NAC employee verbally threatened and bullied my autistic son in Walmart, yesterday. My son said NOTHING to him. He rarely goes out and he was only getting his rx. Nice job representing yourselves in the community.

Dr. Eby and the staff are the most caring of any veterinarian clinic I have been. They went above and beyond to treat and help my fur baby and they treat her with such care and compassion, right to the end. I cannot express my gratitude for everything they did.

I love Northern Animal Clinic! I drive from Bay City because they are that fantastic. Everyone there is great: the doctors, techs, and office staff. They truly care about your pets and even call to check in the next day. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

NAC is the best! We've worked wiyh Dr Eby for more than 15 years and she's the most perceptive and trustworthy vet out there. There are other excellent ones, but for us NAC is incomparable.

Great place with very friendly staff and veterinarians. They came and did a house call for a euthanasia. He was too big for me to get in the car. I also preferred it to be done at home so I wouldn't be crying at the clinic

I have been a client of NAC for almost 25 years. Everyone, kennel workers, vet techs, veterinarians, schedulers, is wonderfully kind, caring, and professional. Over the years, they have cared for my 5 dogs, 5 rabbits, and a guinea pig, from wellness visits to emergencies to end of life. I highly recommend Northern Animal Clinic.

Always great service including the follow-up! A extremely friendly and caring staff with Dr. Eby as my preferred Doc. If I lived within 1-1.5hrs of Northern, I would drive the distance to keep her as my primary vet! Unfortunately I had to move to Detroit, but I still end up bringing my weinies to Dr.Eby yearly! We've been delighted with Dr Eby for years, including most recently, rush surgery/dental work including a triple tooth extraction and the removal of a small, fatty lump on her belly. Everything went better than expected, price was fair, work was impeccable. Highly recommend this outfit for your pets!!

They are absolutely the best. When you need to get in quick they always find a way. They will not do unnecessary tests, and they have true feeling for the animals (in our case 3 dogs) and their owners.

I have taken my boys to NAC for more than 10 years now. While all of the doctors have helped us at one time or another, and we love them all, we mainly see Dr. Eby who is just awesome! The entire staff is wonderful and they care so much about their patients and their patient's parents. We would never think of going anywhere else!

Very understanding people. I recently had to put my kitty down because she got cancer, it was already in it's late stages when it was caught, and any real treatment for it would have just been too stressful for her. So when it got to the point that she simply didn't have the quality of life she deserves, I made the choice to put her down. They were very helpful with my questions, setting up an appointment, and very respectful while putting her down. Then, after they sent her to be cremated, I received her ashes back with a clay imprint of my baby's paw prints. They also sent my family a card. They really helped to make a difficult time easier.
