Animal Medical Center Midland, Michigan

I have taken two dogs to this veterinarian... I have always received great service from them for a myriad of issues. I've moved out of the city and I will make the extra drive back to Midland for any veterinary needs!!

They're service is so good I would trust them with family if they were animals

Excellent visit! We were allowed to go inside the clinic with our pet, which reassured us immensely. This allowed for accurate communication, assuring no mistakes. We are ecstatic to be able to vet at Animal Medical Center.

Took good care of girl friends cat

They are very unreliable when it comes to filling prescription refills. They're blaming it on a system upgrade gone horribly wrong but even when they say they will personally call it in, they don't. They don't answer their phone and if they do, they're very short and don't really want to answer your questions.

This vet and his team are the greatest ever. They have always been there for me. From the stray cats that I brought in to my son's dog. They are kind, gentle and truly caring. I can't thank them enough for all that they do.

They were not accepting new pets. One other time I took an animal there. They were very nice.

I've been going to Animal Medical Center for over 30 years. I have never had a complaint or problem with them. 5 + Stars!!! Also I have noted that Dr White's son is now a veterinarian. I find it wonderful that he followed in his Father's footsteps.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this veterinary office. They have even called me with updates when I was unable to go with m baby to the clinic. This is above and beyond I truly appreciate it. Thank you for all you do for our pets.

Would not see my Irish setter

Only place I take my animals and I was in luck last time I had to go there to put my poor pupper down cause Dr. White himself was in and did it. Such a kind, humble man .

I made a wellness visit for our dog. Was never told to stay in our car and call to check in. Had to park at another business across the street, as the parking lot was full. Walked in with pup just as it started to rain. Saw sign on door asking to check in, (had no idea they had this rule) but since it was pouring outside, we walked in. Waiting room is divided into two sections. There was only one other dog in the other section. We were rudely asked if we pre-registered via phone, and I explained that we didn’t know the ‘rule’, so we didn’t pre-register. We were asked to leave and go back to our car….in the pouring rain. I asked if we could wait on the porch, which they allowed. After 15 minutes past our appointment time, I made an appointment with another vet and we left. By the way..it’s now over 3 hours since our appointment time, and we still haven’t received ‘the call’ allowing us to go inside. I admit I was not real pleasant to them, but never raised my voice or said anything inappropriate. They made me feel like a total idiot, and after this experience, would never let them touch my dog. I work in a medical office and would be fired on the spot if I treated a patient how I was treated. They should be ashamed.

I contacted the office regarding my cat who has a swollen ear with fluid filling her outer ear. They checked to see if we were clients and then said no you are not clients. Is there anything else we can help you with? I said well I called not to see if we were clients but for help. Help was denied for my cat Houdini.

Dr. White is a great vet. While I received sad news about my cat, the vet worked with me to give him the best care.

I was never here. Google us forcing me to make a review before I check my E-Mail. I think the server glitched... not sure...

We recently moved back to Midland and were told by several friends and family to consider Dr. White as our primary vet. Today was our first apt. I was very impressed with the customer service/friendliness from the vet tech and Dr. White was very professional and answered all my questions. Plus! My new puppy was able to get all his booster vaccines and a check up for a very reasonable price!

Great place to take your legged family members. The vets are very friendly and take great care of my furry friends. The prices are reasonable and it's easy to get an appointment. The only bad part is with COVID-19 you can't accompany your pet for the visit.

The absolute best... they take care of my pets as big they were their own.. and unfortunately when its time to help them cross the rainbow bridge...their compassion is beyond measure

My first time taken my new puppy. The whole experience was great. From tje wonderful lady who came and got my puppy. To the wonderful Vet explaining everything they did and what I need to do. Also they answered all my questions without me feeling pressured to hurry up. Will be my pets vet from now on

The staff have done their best to adapt to the covid era. They send someone out to get your pet from the car and take them inside for the exam. If you have questions, the vet comes out to speak with you or talks over the phone. Payment over the phone. Good job, everyone at Animal Medical Center.

Great staff and awesome Dr.s. We have had several emergencies this year and the staff was quick to figure out the issues and get the pups taken care of. Highly recommend
