Great staff here that truly care!! Very controlled and safe environment for your babies!!! After trying several facilities that didn't work for us, we finally found a place we both love!!!

The dogs are always eager to arrive but happy to come back home. Generally friendly staff that seem to enjoy animals. I dont love to board my dogs but sometimes there are few other options. This is a good place if you need to leave your furry family member behind.

This is without a a doubt the best place for boarding and grooming.

Sara has been our dogs’ groomer for many years and she is absolutely the best! Our girls always come out looking amazing. She give them great cuts and also treats them like her own pups. Our family highly recommends her.

I’ve been going to paw print inn for 12 yrs. my dogs have been treated extremely well! The facility is clean and well run. Miss Sara has been grooming my dogs for 12 yrs and I would never go anywhere else.

I’ve been going here for years and they are wonderful. Sara is the best groomer we have ever used (she has groomed 3 of our family dogs now). The dogs love her abs I’m constantly asked by people in the neighborhood who we go to for grooming. We have also used them for boarding and daycare.

Sarah has groomed our two golden doodles for over 6 years. She is gentle, caring with them and always calls me before clipping them a little shorter because of matting.. I’ve never had a surprise cut nor have I been disappointed. She is accommodating and kind, I highly recommend!!

Horrible grooming. Took my Havanese in there today for a grooming. Looks like they just used a shaver and cut way too much of her hair off. She looks like a terrier now. There was NO thought to her looks. Just a quick "buzz cut" all over. Also, staff there need to be retrained in customer service. Absolutely NO "people skills"! Ugh! Will definitely not be returniing.

I paid for a private play session and a ton of extras. Recorded his time there and he got none of the extras. Disappointed, and expensive place. Might be ok for dogs but not for cats.

While the staff is friendly and professional, they have put us in a very tough spot. I called months ago to board our senior dog with medical issues to get ahead of the rush for upcoming trips (including over the holidays). When I inquired about medical needs on the phone I was instructed to fill out the forms and bring them when the first boarding date came. In person they asked about her needs and were surprised to hear what was required (bladder expression). They still took her in for that night and everything went fine, and no issues were mentioned at checkout. I received a call today telling me that they can no longer take her because of their staff's inexperience with bladder expressing. This is only a couple of weeks ahead of two separate planned trips we had booked with them (including putting deposits down), so now we're left scrambling trying to find another place that will accommodate us accordingly. I wish we would've been notified of this sooner, and think that this type of information should be more clearly advertised on the website if it's something they're not able to offer. I'm very disappointed in the situation at hand.

I wouldn't board my Chihuahua just anywhere , that's why i chose Paw Print Inn !!! This Business does an excellent job of caring for my dog almost as well as I do . Whatever you request for your pet , you can be sure they will make it happen , par excellence !!! I have been using PawPrint Inn for the the past 8 years . I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else because of the afore mentioned qualities plus the cleanliness , the great people that work there who all seem to love the animals ! Also, it's very secure for my dog , and I can call and ask about his status during the boarding and the front desk is always accommodating which is as impressive as a 5 Star Hotel !! Everyone is friendly and helpful

Our puppy (now 7 years old) has been visiting the Paw print Inn for those same 7 years! I love the services this team provides from group and individual sessions, and of course grooming -- more importantly the passion the team has around their "guests."

We boarded our cat this past week for the first time and the folks at Paw Print were fantastic. Highly recommend their services. The owner was there when we picked up and was clearly involved and new all about our kitty. They took great care of her and we all couldn't be happier. We'll be back.

My toy poodle got groomed here and they did a fantastic job! Not only did it take only an hour, the staff was great and the price is very fair. Will be coming here from now on!

Nice place for your dog to stay...day care or overnight. Have vaccinations before you go. Call ahead.

Fantastic place to take your beloved family members of the canine and feline race. We had to travel and couldn’t take Pig (our dog) along with us. Paw Print Inn R&S was immediately our first choice, providing an instant feeling that Pig would be taken care of like family during his stay. *Don’t forget to ask for live video steaming! Excellent way to get a peek while you’re out ;)

Take great care of our dog. Very kind people. However, they only take dogs as early as 6:30 am which can be a little problematic for working folks (I work early). Even if they did 6am it would be better. Additionally, the daycare hours around holidays are terrible so we have to use Petsmart at those times. The only thing I wish they would do is add a dog pick up. My cousin has a daycare in Chicago that does this and it is a "game changer"

Friendly staff, and you don’t need an appointment to get your dogs nails trim and the the price for nail trim is only $10.00!! I have been going there for almost a year and never a bad experience

I love taking my dog here. The women who help you out at the front desk are very polite and I feel comfortable leaving my dog daughter here because the staff here are wonderful. They are always so kind and loving to my dog daughter and she loves them, too. I would highly recommend this as a place to board your dog if you're willing to pay a little extra. Well-trained staff who are polite and friendly + a very clean and warmly lit shelter = a very happy dog mom.
