We boarded our dog for a weekend for the first time recently. The staff were definitely pet people and treated our dog well from the start. The price was a bit high compared to other places we have looked at but it wasn't outrageous. I think the staff were relatively new and possibly a product of fast employee turnover. They all seemed unfamiliar with the system. I got a reservation confirmation for a 3 night stay even though I only wanted 2 nights so I called and asked for it to be corrected before the stay. When we picked our dog up we were still charged 3 nights. They corrected it without much fuss but there was clearly confusion with the system and how it works. Just be patient with them and hopefully the kinks get worked out in time.

We take our trip of medium-size dogs here and they always come back happy, fed and tired from socializing! Super clean facilities and we love that our dogs can all sleep in the same “cabin” together during overnight stays. One of our dogs is slightly dog-aggressive in stressful situations, and the team here at CBW works with her to give her the best experience (even when isolated). We love them!

Camp Bow Wow went the extra mile to take care of our pets while we were away on vacation. We really appreciate the extra attention.

I thought I might get a job here but I didnt get it

Recently tried their Ulti-Mutt grooming experience and our pup loved it! She was super soft and smelled great when picking up, her nails were trimmed at an appropriate length, and her teeth were nice and pearly white. It was easy to get the appointment scheduled and we'll definitely be treating our dog to this on a monthly basis.

Not a huge fan of the unregulated play for hours on in. Have a large breed pup who is susceptible to many growth and developmental issues so something more structured with more downtime is what I'm looking for. However, the stimulation treatments are awesome. (Sniff and seek, agility, cuddle time) they are the things I loved most about this place. Also, wish there was a location closer to the metropolitan area.

This location has been an exceptional partner in taking care of our baby girl Paris! They genuinely care about the well being of Paris and working with us and her to make her visits and boarding a wonderful experience. Our Pug Zoe loves going to camp! We like that they have an app for the web cams so we can log in and see her playing with her friends. Staff is great, they take great care of our baby girl and all her friends. Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow if you're looking for a fun safe place for your fur babies!

I love how friendly the staff is! Also, I think the cameras are a great idea as well as the quiet time and play yard areas. My Maggie girl was very happy!

Camp Bow Wow is always friendly, always responsive, and they always put my dog first. Tyson is absolutely obsessed with the employees at Camp Bow Wow (Commerce), and seeing how excited the staff gets to see him in the mornings makes me feel so much better about leaving him on a long day of work. I can’t recommend their team enough.

The staff is AMAZINGGGGGGG. Misty and I have tried MANY other centers and this one is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!The place is clean, they actually show you around the building, they actually remember your fur babys name, they are willing to help extensively, and Misty loves it there! I’m more upset I’ve wasted my money at other places. Large building, tons of play, and just down right great. I could literally go on and on about this place!

I like how the Camp Biw Wow staff treats my dogs. The staff is all very nice and they seem to really care about dogs. My dogs are very well cared for at Camp Bow Wow while I am out of town.

I Love Camp Bow Wow because they offer all day play with spacious indoor and attached outdoor play yards. The dogs have a nice cool indoor space, but can access an outdoor play yard at all times during play sessions. They are rested in large dog cabins with a raised cot and room to move around for their comfort. The staff is well trained and have Certifications in dog First Aid and Dog CPR. This Camp Bow Wow is well established in the Community with a great amount of poistive reviews. I highly recommend that you call for a tour of the facility to see if it is a good fit for your dog!
