Meadowbrook Veterinary Clinic Novi, Michigan

Been taking my 3 dogs since we moved to the area. The staff is always friendly and of course, always friendly to my dogs.

Called because my cat is vomiting with pink fluid in it, not eating, not drinking, and the receptionist said she could get me in the next morning... THEN she notices I'm a new patient and says "Yeah, that's a problem, we aren't accepting new patients." You just said you had an opening! Handled very poorly. Find somewhere else.

Staff here are terrific! Dougal had a great stay at their doggy resort!

Service good, food was OK. Atmosphere was genuine Key West. But, I expected just a bit more.

We've been going here for many years, and have always been pleased with the staff members and the service. They were very kind when our last fur baby got very sick after swallowing a rubber glove, let me make payments for the surgery bill.

The Vet and all the staff were exceptional and so compassionate which is why they have been our Vet of choice for more than 30 years.

Please don't take your pet here, very greedy and poor care! Made my dog's ACL injury worst , when took him for xray but the doctor performed manipulation while my pet was under anesthesia without my consent and wanted to surgery on his leg. He also gave him too much anesthesia and sent him home immediately causing more complications. When questioned, the doctor laughed on the phone and stated that my German shepherd look too hefty so he might have given him more anesthesia!!! How rude and inconsiderate! I wish Karma get back with that vet and his team for such an awful service....

When your special kitty is not feeling well and Dr. Jawad takes great care of her and takes the time to answer all your questions. It is the best feeling. The staff at Meadowbrook is helpful, caring and kind. Thank you for always be wonderful.

This is an amazing clinic. I have had my dog here for just under a year and have had to use them more than I would have appreciated, but they have been amazing. They work hard to help with my pups issues and took extra special care when he came down with a mysterious lung disease. They have been so attentive, calling to check in, scheduling emergency procedures for same day, and also have seen him in a moments notice. Dr. Britten is an incredible guy who shows so much compassion towards not only the animals but the owners of those animals. I am moving soon but will make the 35 minute commute to stay with this clinic.

Great service here. Been a customer for years. We moved 10 miles away but still come back here for our pets. After major events they have called us just to check in and see how things are going.

We have been using Meadowbrook (as well as its conjoined branch on Novi Rd) for over a decade, and we can only recommend them highly. The team was already truly spot on before the pandemic, but during the COVID-19 crisis, they have done a superb job at being careful, attentive, and professional in caring for our cats. One we had to put to sleep (at age almost 19), and while that experience is never pleasant, the team at Meadowbrook really made it an important moment rather than just routine. As for regular kitten care, they are tops, and we encourage anyone to give their offices strong consideration.

I brought my dog Quinn in for her first visit yesterday. She needed a checkup, update on vaccinations, and flea and heart worm preventive. The staff here were friendly and professional. They provided excellent service for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend. Thank you Meadowbrook VC.

We love Dr. Britten! We also see Dr. Osbourne and like him, too. They explain everything in detail and give their honest opinions. One of my pets goes in relatively often for a chronic health issue and Meadowbrook has always been accommodating and helpful. I recommend them if you’re looking for a vet!

I took my two cats in for their first vet appointment during COVID - as you can imagine I was nervous and uneasy about not being able to go in with them. The staff was so patient with me, answered all questions, called me to ask if I wanted certain things during the appointment, and updated me - my boys were back to their normal selves as soon as we were home. I think I was more traumatized than them! Thank you for your patience with me and my babies

This veterinary clinic has always been good to our dogs! The staff is friendly and the veterinarians listen to our concerns and answer questions we might have. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic their procedures kept things easy while maintaining safety for their staff and customers. Thank you for taking care of our dogs for over 8 years!
