Absolutely fantastic. The most caring, sweet, amazing group of people to bring your pet to.

My regular vet got Covid and had to cancel my appointment. I called Lisner on a Friday and got in on Monday morning. They ran blood work and urine in house so no waiting for results. Dr. Lisner was personable, communicative and helpful. The receptionist and vet tech were friendly and professional. I was in vet med for many years - I can tell you that Lisner Animal Hospital is the real deal. If I didn't already have a regular vet, I would be bringing my animals here. Thank you all for a great experience - stay safe in these crazy Covid times.

Very average vet...... will probably never be back had to put my puppy down and couldn't go in.....do it due to covid my fur baby died with strangers.....Lisner very money greedy!

We just had to make the hardest decision of our lives, and had to send one of our kitties over the rainbow bridge. The staff were very caring and accommodating through the hardest time of my wife and I’s lives. They took amazing care of our much-loved fur baby through the whole process, and truly cared about all of us. I can’t say thanks enough to the staff, you guys are truly amazing. We can tell that you care deeply for the pets that come through your doors, and also for the people that love them. Mater will be missed deeply, but your team made his passing easier. My parents were both veterinarians. I literally grew up in and around their clinic. Because of this, I'm probably more picky than the average customer. This is the BEST veterinary office. It gives me that same kind of feeling as my parents' clinic. Dr. Lisner is wonderful and so is his staff.

Staff are knowledgable, friendly and caring. Dr Lisner and staff take time to make sure you know exactly what is going on with your fur babies.

Dr. Lisner and his staff treat pets and people like family! I appreciate the fact that he explains in detail what he sees what to expect and what to watch for. Also that he does not do more than necessary for any circumstance and there is no judgement on decisions made. My dog is older, I wanted a license. He explained what my city required. Then I mentioned the city dog park and he let me know what the park would require. I appreciate that he knows so we can take care of stuff in one visit and be done. Thanks for the great care for our pup!

If you love your pets, look elsewhere. We had 3 pets with this vet over the course of more than 10 years. We found Dr Lisner's lack of care & attention to be highly negligent. Do not pay for a physical exam, or any medical advice from this vet. He took no accountability on many levels. He is being reported to the state veterinary board. Do not expect any compassion, kindness or reimbursement if your pet dies. He avoided our calls and woudn't even talk with us over the phone.

Been taking all my bird dogs (around 13 of them) to Lisner for close to 17 years. Super friendly staff up front, kind and compassionate techs in the back. Very little wait time, never have been double booked. Dr. Lisner is a thorough vet, starting at basic treatments and escalating as needed so we aren't spending needlessly on tests/proceedures. Totally recommend Lisner!

My Boston terrier had a seizure and my own vet wouldn't take him. I found Dr Lisner he was fabulous. He ran all kinds of blood work .He is our new Vet the staff are very nice.

These guys saved my cat. My dog- Roxy- had a stop in just to get vaccines from a nurse, but I called ahead that morning to ask if I could bring in my Male cat, Bernie Sandpurrs, because I thought he was acting odd. They were very willing to squeeze him in, and thank God because turns out he had a bladder blockage that would have killed him if I had waited a day or two. 5 days and 2 follow up appointment later and my kitty is back to normal, happy and healthy. Their willingness to squeeze him into my dogs vaccine appointment saved my cats life, and I'll never forget that... ...even if they keep trying to push science diet on me. ;) (don't worry, review readers, Kitty is still on a diet designed for feline bladder and uti issues- just a higher quality brand)

Great Vet office. Offers exceptional care at a reasonable price. We went to another place that took our 'Pet Insurance', but they itemized everything and turned our $80 benefit into a $350 bill. At Dr. Lisner's, they have a $35 starting fee with minimal additions unless there are shots, xrays, etc. Even then, they are way less, and everyone there is competent and exceptionally professional. I would not go anywhere else for a non-emergency.
