Friendly staff who just love animals. Been taking my dogs and cats there since 2002.

We have been taking our pets to Briarpointe Vet Clinic for over 25 years. Dr. Parker and his team are both professional and extremely compassionate and provide excellent care. I would highly recommend them for all of your pets health needs. 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5.

Such a caring and accommodating office who put the safety and well being of your pet first and foremost. The time, attention, and guidance they give is truly extraordinary. Everyone is so kind and so willing to help and accommodate my busy schedule. I love the pet portal, too. Thank you, Briarpointe! Keep up the great work and service you provide. We appreciate you!

I have been a cat owner for years and years. The staff at Briarpointe is friendly, knowledgeable and they make you feel like you are their only patient. Every time. And Dr. Parker is truly the cat's meow. He keeps up with research and shares it, thereby educating me. He, like his staff, also makes me feel like I am the only client and takes his time explaining things to me, never rushing me off the phone. I know that he really cares about my pets' well-being. I can't say enough good things about this clinic and would recommend Briarpointe to everyone.

I took my dog here for a decade, they always bordered on cold & overpriced but it was convenient.... Now, the "curbside appointments" are reminiscent of a drive-thru money grab conveyed through an uninterested receptionist rather than the vet.

Excellent job. My dog was in to be fixed and have rear dew claws removed. His cone came off and we went back, and were quickly helped and back on our way, even though they were closing shortly. Thank you!

Have been taking Harley there since he was 4 months old. Dr. Parker & everyone there is extremely nice. The thing I like about this practice is they push unnecessary procedures/medications on you. Jude at the front desk is so nice. A very calming affect especially when you are worried about your pet. I would highly recommend them. Harley loves Dr. Parker as he gets yummy treats from him & is very kind & patient. I wouldn’t trust Harley’s care with people I don’t think are excellent in what they do.

They understand curbside. Took our Senegal in for nail and feather clipping. Friendly and quick as usual.

Oral surgery on my cat. I felt reassured by Dr. Parker and staff. Procedure went well, several calls to follow up on my cat's recovery. Staff work well as a team. I've been coming here for 10 years and highly recommend.

The doctors need to give the dogs perceptions, flea/tick treatments when prescribed and provided in the office. Every time I have asked they say no. Other then that they are honest and straightforward forward. They really do care for my animals.

I highly recommend them, they are a small facility, but so kind and helpful. They treat you like family, like in the good old days.

The two vets at this clinic, Drs Parker and clinic are AWESOME. We’ve been taking are pets— dogs and cats — to them for almost 20 years. That says it all! Receptionist and staff are friendly and professional. The one negative review is bogus.

Dr. Studer and the entire team at Briarpointe deliver top notch care at every level! They are so nice and accommodating to get our animals in (even at last minute sometimes). The Dr's and vet tech team treat our animals with such care (even when our dogs are a little scared) they take the time to guide our pups through the process you can tell these are animal people! Thank you, Briarpointe, for all the years of fantastic service and care!!!

I love dr. Parker! And all the staff are so very friendly and so very helpful. It really do help to relieve your stress about your pets. And there's a lady there by the name of Jude and she's always very helpful and very friendly.

Had my pup vaxed and examined here. Informed them I would be boarding. They did NOTHING to inform me of the risks associated with vaccinations, much less advise not to board until at least 10 days after. When pup came home from boarding with parvo, dx plus antibiotics that lasted two weeks and nausea meds that lasted 24 hrs were $300+. Rx food and additional meds were $60+. Only option offered was hospitalization (costing thousands) vs vets of friends and associates providing IV kits and other intensive in-home supports as options. These vets may suffice for routine care without complications. If you encounter complications, look elsewhere.

I will never take my dog to this vet clinic again. The first time I took her to Briarpointe was to get stitches out from when she had been spayed. The doctor and nurse both looked like they had never handled taking stitches out before as they awkwardly adjusted my dog and tried 5 different angles on her before finally getting the stitches out. I would have expected an experienced vet to do this much quicker and with much more ease. Against my better judgement, I went back again because there was clearly something wrong with my dog’s outer ear, the skin was crusty and flaking off, in addition to the fact that clumps of hair were falling out in the affected area. I took her in and had the doctor look at it, he simply said to put Vaseline on the area. The vet spent more time trying to sell me expensive medicine for my dog than he did examining her ear. I went home and did some research of my own, found another vet, took my dog there, where she was instantly diagnosed with ear mites.

My mother just took my dog here for the first time the lady in the front was horrible to her. Her dog ate medication and needed to get some urgent help the front desk lady didn't even look my mom in the face and ignored her completely had no intent to help. GET A NEW FRONT DESK LADY RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! My mother called me up crying she had to drive her dog all the way to west bloomfield to the best Vet Dr. Guild vet but this was emergency so my mom wanted urgent help. I am shocked on the way this lady acted towards my mother and her dog. Did not care if our dog died or anything would not intrupt the doctor to see what to do. Word of advise never go here!!! Go to Dr. Guild in West Bloomfield, he took care of my mom and was amazing. This place should be shut down or at least need to fire the front receptionist. If I could give this place 0 starts I would!!!

A 45.00 vet exam entailed looking into my dog's ears. Vacs, heartworm, damn near 400.00. Got a quote to have a feral kitty spayed - 610.00. Really?????

Dr. Parker and Dr. Studer are phenomenal. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and always know the best approach in caring for our precious Lola. Best of all, it is clear that the doctors and staff just plain LOVE animals. It comes through in all they do for our pets. When one of our dogs had to be euthanized, we all shared the heartbreak together. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else!

Highly recommend. Dr. Parker is especially great. We have taken our lab to them for over ten years. They have seen it all. Love the staff here.

This veterinary clinic has helped our three pets a great deal - one really bloody cauterization on our dog, and one cat that chronically vomited his food. They were present, patient and problem-solvers! I highly recommend this location and veterinarians. An extra bonus is the top-notch staff; it makes a world of difference!
