They are so helpful and friendly!

I absolutely loved how well this salon is. The staff is super friendly, at least in my opinion. I've noticed as long as you cooperate and listen, you should have no problems with your visit. My beagle-dachshund mix was rescued from a bad place and has major trust issues, but Becca was able to get everything done with ease. He has a snake bite on one of his feet which makes him very sensitive to nail trims and she took her time to be able to work with him and easily cut/grinde his nails. Thanks for taking care of my baby, guys!

The workers are really hard working! I got a discount when it didn't read it in the system. They were glad to process the refund. There's so much going on like dog grooming fish cats small animals. I love all the selections and the store is huge. The groomers are great!!! My dog got a really cute haircut by the lady in the glasses. Gotta go back for grooming but too bad we are moving to California.

If you are going to look for reasons to turn animals away, then update your site and policies. Dog had a chip in the nail and you want to cancel the entire appointment. BS... I will not recommend PetSmart sub par grooming services to anyone. Do better

Don’t take your dog to PetSmart unless they are show quality. I have an eleven year old Westie who has allergies. His tail area has always been pink but no breaks on the skin, no crustiness or sores on the tail or any other area of his body. He doesn’t scoot and the vet said it’s nothing more than allergies, which Westies are known for. He is bathed at least once a week. I was refused on three occasions. The last time was today and he was JUST bathed this morning. I had been coming here for several years. It’s like they now look for any excuse since COVID to refuse a grooming appointment. It took me four weeks to get this appointment only to arrive and be refused. (The man in front of me had his dog refused for a nail issue on his front paw.) SMFH

I brought my 2 pit bulls here to get groomed and we called they didn’t say ANYTHING about vaccine records and said we could walk in and when we got there they asked us for them and said “oh he’s too big ,no” and he is the sweetest boy and the other woman was petting him too. This is unacceptable this is the only place we could get into tonight and they denied us because he is a “vicious breed”

Best place to buy live aquarium fish

Good place to get supplies. In regards to the live fish though, do not buy them. They have visible ich every time in more tanks than not. Look closely especially at the koi tanks for yourself and save yourself the headache of dealing with it. I've pointed this out to them and they don't even pay the mind to check or stop selling fish from those tanks. Great for buying equipment, dog stuff, etc. Just consistently not reliable for any live fish.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This place doesn’t even deserve a star and should shut down the grooming salon for the Rudeness and disrespectful staff. I have never had the urge to write any reviews but I had to do in this one. They have groomed my puppy and said we’re not going to finish her up today. The way she was groomed her was hideous they only did not even one side of her and it’s not even finished. I would never ever in my life ever bring any of my pets to PetSmart or recommend. Becca was her groomer and she was horrible! Please take it from me, don’t take your pets here for grooming they’re a lot of better places.

Carrie is an amazing groomer at the Pet Smart on 6 & Hag. She is professional, friendly and our fur babies look fantastic when she is done. ????

Took my dogs for grooming, they do a good job, prices seem to have gone up lately.

I use prescription cat food and they carry it It's full of toys ,bones and food for everyone.

The place was dirty. No one at the carry out. Nothing in place (Menu or Card). Customer upset over her order. I had to wait til they finish to place my orde. Our food was very bland. I would not go back.

Salem did an absolutely amazing job on trimming my dogs nails!! He is also so nice!! I will 100% always be coming to him from now on!

Shannon is by far the best groomer ever! She does exactly what we ask for and also gives us great recommendations. She is very gentle and caring with our little princess. We would highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a caring groomer. We love her!

Clean, well stocked shelves with an enormous selection. I went there to pick up dog food and doggie treats for my grand puppy. I never knew there are so many different dog foods available. Wow! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The store is clean. Unfortunately, they are often out of the senior lamb and rice dog food my dog needs. Hit or miss on the inventory.
