I love Dr. Lubana! He’s been Podo’s vet for years. Podo was diagnosed with diabetes, which he went undiagnosed for months prior to Dr. Lubana. The level of attention and care is unparalleled here! My other cats have also been here and they love him! Wouldn’t go anywhere else ????

My regular vet of 20 years couldn't see my cat. They said to take him to the emergency vet because it could be very serious. This was the second time I had this experience. My friend recommened NAH and Dr Lubana. I was so appreciative that they managed to get him in. The doctor was very kind and explained everything to me including showing me the x-rays. The staff is very kind too!

This time service was terrible. My dog had ear infection the doctor gave me a flush fluid to clean the ears but no antibiotics and my dog is still suffering so i took him to Banfield and they treated him with antibiotics

Dr Lubana is very kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Always with a smile, his love and dedication for his craft shows. Through losing a furry companion and gaining another, he has always treated us wonderfully.

I am really thankful to them, they gave me next day appointment while every other vet office refused to take my fur baby, they were totally booked that day still Dr Lubana managed his time and saved my puppy, even next day when I called them and vet was away, the technician was also helpful, knowledgeable person she listened to me so patiently and guided professionally , this is getting rare after pandemic time when most vet offices loosing their patience and manner they are the vet office in the neighborhood doing their duties lovingly. I felt that way for sure. only thing they need to work on is cleanliness/smell.

The Vet initiate non essential tests, the Vet fabricated results and x-rays. The Vet refused to give a copy of the X-ray results that he charged for. When pet was taken to ER all his tests was wrong. Pending legal actions.

I was very impressed with Dr. Lubana and his team. They helped my golden doodle puppy recover from vomit and diarrhea.It was a tough situation for us as our primary vet was overbooked, we were asked to go to emergency instead. We tried almost all vet offices near us when we got hold of NAH. Dr. Lubana and his team were a life saver for CHOCO!

First visit was today with an ill cat. Dr. Lubana was patient and completed a quality exam. Reasonably priced and I was able to purchase prescribed medications at this location. Will be taking my other pets to Northville Animal Hospital in future.

Thay take rilly good care of your pets

I have taken two of my cats here, and both times we were able to get a next day appointment. In both instances the price for services (labs, X-rays and anesthesia) was WELL below what I expected. Both animals recovered quickly, and the procedures were done the same day as the consultation. The office is very busy, but seeing as they squeeze appointments in weeks, if not months before the other vets, it is appropriate. I would recommend Northville Animal Hospital.

Dr. Labana did surgery on my puppy 10 months old leg did a great job. She is healing very well. We have decided to keep him as Molly's vet, from now on.

Caring staff, very fair and does everything by the book. Does not overcharge and takes great care of pets. Switched to this establishment a few years ago and haven’t had any problems. Definitely recommend.

Great caring staff! Our dog has been going there for the last 8+ years for routine appointments. Even when she was extremely sick over the last week for the first time in 8+ years, Dr. Lubana knew exactly what to prescribe to get her back to 100%. Even with my occasional calls throughout the week, the staff and Dr. Lubana were compassionate and helpful regardless of how busy they are. Highly recommend!

Our first few experiences at Northville Animal Hospital were awesome - friendly staff, Dr. Lubana was knowledgeable and explained things well, prices didn’t seem totally outrageous (although still a bit high); everything seemed great. That is, until we went in for a routine checkup and vaccination re-up for our dog. I took him in without my boyfriend, and all of a sudden it felt like I was only there to be pitched outrageous sales instead of checking in on the well-being of our dog. It is very difficult to trust a doctor when they incessantly push expensive preventative treatments on you the entire appointment, until you put your foot down and say NO for them to finally turn around and say they have cheaper alternatives with the same results. After this, I took a look around and wouldn’t you know it! Posters EVERYWHERE for the exact expensive products he was trying to sell me. I decided to do some research after our appointment and figured out that he did in fact sell me an ear cleaner for $20 that you can buy at Walmart for $8. And the expensive product he had been pushing could be bought for $50 less on Chewy. I understand that as a small business, you have to have a little bit higher of prices in order to maintain, but I completely lost all trust in any advice from Dr. Lubana after that visit. We will not be returning for fear of false diagnosis in the future for the sake of his wallet over the well being of our dog. It sucks because we really liked it there originally and now we can’t trust them. I don’t normally leave bad reviews EVER, but if this makes them change their business practices or keeps someone else from buying ridiculously marked up items, then it was worth it.

My cat Raven, of 15 years was very sick. Our regular vet would not fit her in. I called this vet and the Dr did not hesitate and made me an appointment for a few hours later. The whole staff was very compassionate and caring. The Dr gave me his diagnosis straight and did not try to do unnecessary tests. Even though I had to put her down the full staff was caring and compassionate. One girl petted my cat and loved up on her. A week after she passed away my daughter and I received a very nice card from the staff. They even took time for each of them to a write a kind saying. That warmed my heart. I would go back to this vet and recommend him to anyone.

I started using this vet because they have great hours! Also, I was looking for a vet that could handle my difficult dog (who sometimes has bad manners, especially at a vet visit). My dog does not take shots well. My previous vet wanted to put him under anesthesia just to give him shots. The clinic has a super dog friendly staff and they handled my dog like a pro.???? I have used this vet over the past year for help with caring for my Cats (Knight and Knox). After an appointment ends, I leave feeling cared for (my Cats too, I'm sure), well informed and most importantly for me Confident (about treatments, etc). Plus on a few occasions it felt as though they were going above and beyond what is normally expected.

Dr. Lubana and his staff went above and beyond for us when we had to make the difficult decision to put our 18 year old beloved kitty, Josie, down. Dr. Lubana and his vet tech came to our home and made a very difficult time as loving and peaceful as possible. We can never thank them enough for their care and attention.

I brought my dog here for a growth on her paw. The Dr. could tell I was not comfortable with surgery so I was given other options. He did not have to tell me about the other options. I recently switched vets as my first vet did not show the care I expected for me and my new puppy. My first time calling Dr. Lubana was for a UTI and he got us in the same day even though they were slammed when I arrived as it was a Saturday afternoon. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in all the way through multiple follow up calls to check on my puppy. We are still seeing Dr. Lubana for all vaccinations, check ups, etc and are so happy with him and his awesome staff! Thank you!

Our puppy got ran over by a golf cart on 22/8 and we searched on Google map for the nearest and highly rated animal hospital. After we arrived here, Dr Lubana quickly did an exam and arranged X-ray. They did not charge emergency visit cost but provided emergency medical services that day. Dr Lubana sent our puppy home with some medicines and explained clearly the functions and what should be expected in the next couple of weeks. Instead of doing a surgery to fix the tail bone, he adopted a more conservative method and prescribed some medicines to give the puppy some time to recover before any surgery. I can definitely see the improvements on my girl day by day and I also decided to transfer all the remaining vaccinations here. The team is patient and very professional. We took our puppy to another hospital previously who does "drop off and pick up" (human contactless service) during this time, but it makes the difference to talk to the vet in person and see your girl all the time. As a first time puppy owner, I feel very comfortable choosing this hospital, and thank you for saving my girl's life!

Our 2 year old, 65lb Lab/Hound mix pup needed surgery on both of her CCLs (acl in humans). Doc did a great job and she’s running around like her old self again. We liked them so much that we stopped going to Banfield and made NAH our regular vet.

I used Doctor Labana 4 years ago until I moved. I switched vets out of convienience, just be have a shorter drive. Let me tell you....peace of mind is so much better than convienience. After several unpleasant experiences, I began looking for Doctor Labana again. I am so glad I found him in Northville. He listens, he cares, he has reasonable prices and is very knowledgeable. He thoroughly answers all my questions and puts me at ease. I will gladly drive the 35 minutes to get to his office and will never switch vets again!!!!
