I wouldn't recommend this pet hospital. Dr. Devitt is amazing, however the front desk staff are not helpful and do not schedule appointments correctly. Going elsewhere.

Really disappointing with our last visit here. They said to my wife that It will take a couple of hours since our dog had a few things scheduled (as it has been for the past 4 visits here). They then called my wife 20 minutes after she left saying that they finished and that our dog turned aggressive when being put on the crate, that my wife needed to turn around and pick him up immediately. 1. That's never happened before (he is 5 years old) 2. He is a small dog of 20 lbs 3. They are a vet, why don't they have the tools or training to keep a disgruntled pet in a crate. 4. Why would you finish a 2hr procedure in 15-20 min. Previous times it takes around 2hr for the vet to be done with everything. 5. When I asked for a description of what happened the staff was very vague and offered zero details of the incident. They just keep repeating that he came at them and they can't have that. Right now I have very little trust on them and I am not even sure that they actually put any vaccines on him. We will probably avoid this location for now.

We get two cats vaccinated here. They've good for all routine services. If you have an emergency go to a private pet hospital if you can.

They have been taking care of my cats for long long time. Their wellness plan is great way to keep my cats healthy.Very accommodating for urgent meeds. Friendly staff & very informative doctors .

I've been a hospital guest in Nolsville, Michigan for a long time.I ordered medicine for my dog.I didn't even get an order, so I thought your attitude toward customers was a mess, and you turned off the phone saying you were the same.Anyway, the counters are so unkind and they're nothing but people like that's all.I don't know if it's too much.That doesn't mean the hospital bill is cheap.If it's not corrected this time, I'll advertise it on the Internet.I spoke to a woman on the phone at 3:39 p.m. on August 11th today.

Was able to get me in quickly for vaccines. Very friendly veterinarian.

Dr. Wheat is really a one in a million vet. My oldest dog was diagnosed with lung cancer and she has been with us every step of the journey. Counseling us on our next steps, what to expect for his last few weeks and how to best keep him comfortable until he was ready. She even came in on her day off for his last appointment, to make sure that she was the one there with us and him when we said goodbye. Her compassion is what puts her above all else, I'm so grateful Bear had her as his doctor.

Expensive and so busy you can't get through to speak to someone

Pretty busy place, but that tells ya something. The staff are very friendly and they really enjoy the pets that come in. I fully trust them with my kids( : pets)

Easy to change cat food that my cat didnt like and get puppy pads for my nephews aging dog. Sadly 10 days later she passed.

Like all the selections there got my cats food and left I always look at all the kitty items

Horrible!! From front end to the actual vets completely mean. My pet was mistreated and hurt! They didn't even read her notes before her procedure and damaged her leg!

Called 2 weeks ago and spoke with Erin about a RX refill. Was told that the prescribing vet was on paternity leave and an email would be sent to attempt a refill, never heard back. Called last Wednesday and spoke with someone who stated that they had two doctors in and she would talk with them and get it called over, never heard back. After the RX another getting filled and being left in the blind I called for a third time today and was told that my pup needed to be seen first “because we can’t just had our prescriptions without refills”, of course I don’t expect that but this information would have been vital TWO WEEKS AGO. So now I am told “well we are booked out for a week.” OKAY!? So now it’s been 2 weeks since I called and she has to wait ANOTHER week for her meds?? For what? Because the office staff did not care enough to check this information from the start? Or because they did not care enough to call with this information since it wasn’t what I was told on the phone. When I stated that clearly your office does not show that you care and I will just seek out a different vet I was told “that option is always available to you”. The only reason I chose Banfield was for their affordable plan because my girl has some preexisting conditions, but I’d rather pay more money for an office visit to guarantee my girl is being cared for.

This place has great plans and are so well worth it I take all 4 of my dogs there. They are amazingly friendly and great with my babies.

The staff is always so friendly and caring. I had pet insurance with Lemonade, but switched to their plan because I love them so much that I couldn't imagine taking Nova to any other vet! They always make sure to call the next day after an appointment which I think really sealed the deal for me. Anytime I have a question, they are always happy to answer and provide any guidance needed without any issues whatsoever! Thank you Banfield!!

Took my dog in to the emergency vet on Saturday for diarrhea, they discharged me saying in he doesn’t get better by Monday morning to call my regular doctor in bansfield. I called first thing Monday morning 2/15/21 they turned me away. Also called the Livonia location and couldn’t see my dog. Has to go back to the emergency vet, my Stewie passed away 2/17/21. This is not the first time bansfield turned my dog away in an emergency.

This is a great place to take your pets

Dr Wright, Nichole (sp?) and the whole staff were exceptionally compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process for my little kitty, when she was suffering from a UTI. They explained every step of the process, including costs, while comforting me, too. If I could give more stars, I would. Great staff and service. Thank you so much for all of your help. It means the world to my kitty, Dharma, and our whole family.

Love this place very fast n friendly services and clean also love all animals that come in we will take care of them no matter the issue we can and will help!
