Quoted between. $45.00 to $55.00 depending if it took one hour for a lion haircut on my cat.literaly took 20 minutes but still charged $55.00.I thought it was misleading considering how little time it took.

My dog Titan was a VERY CLEAN AND HAPPY FURBABY when I picked him up after his first bath there ???? He was squeezed in at the last minute, which was VERY nice... PlUS My girlfriend got hers in at the same time so I could give her a ride

Yesterday our baby boy had his first ever appointment at the Dog Groomers! We took him to Sitting Pretty in Lakeside, and they were AWESOME! He was really nervous I’m the beginning and they reassured me, and I couldn’t bring myself to leave the parking lot, just in case he needed me. When I picked him up, they said he really relaxed once he realized what was going On and he was a good boy! They did exactlly what I asked for, cleaning Up his ‘pants’ and toes, and getting rid of the matted hair behind his one ear, while leaving his coat intact. If you’re ever worried about a groomer not knowing what to do your Aussie, go here! They understood exactly what I was looking for, and now he’s fresh, free from a lot of shedding hair, and as Handsome as can be!

Very enjoyable experience for my beautiful Teddy bear Sylvie who I was concerned for as she was initially very timid acting upon arrival. The staff obviously are passionate and devoted animal lovers who go above and beyond to deliver exemplary service. I will be teturning for sure

the employer’s are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. i suggested you take your money and loyalty to another business because i believe this entire company needs to be shut down for multiple reasons. i wish a could rate 0/5 stars. if an ex employee leaves that kind of review then i’d probably trust that they’re telling the truth, considering they have nothing to lose. masks were worn carelessly, dogs who upset employees were rarely treated with care, food is eaten and left around the place and sometimes even given to the dog without the owner knowing. the name wasn’t “cowardly” or “so sad”, my friends and i actually found it irresponsible to leave my own name due to previously being employed here. this is the cold hard truth and my name doesn’t change that.

If you have a double coat dog I do not recommend! I have a Great Pyrenees he went in with a beautiful full coat, when I picked him up he was shaved and looked like a poodle! The problem is my dogs fir is his protection from cold and sun, it serves as a protection from the outside eliminates. Maybe it was lack of knowledge of each breed and what the purpose of the coat is!

Just had my puppies nail grinded. It was my puppies first time at a pet grooming and they were patient and kind. They were quick and inexpensive.

Friendly staff and excellent service.

We took her sheepdog and for a grooming and haircut. When we picked him up he was completely shaved and a mole on his face was bleeding. It was shocking and extremely upsetting. This was a Friday and we were able to get into the Vets on Monday. The mall was partially removed and bleeding stopped with a powder and our dog was giving a 10-day course of antibiotics. The vet said groomer had traumatized the mole. We had been to this, before so they were aware of any moles and had also done summer cuts before that were appropriate. But this time it was so shocking shave with all facial hair removed. In this case, we felt that a truly professional service should have called us and given us the option to save his face.
