I loved bringing my cats here over the years. (Recently moved) but under Dr. Jackie Sprague's care, my cats were always treated well. I never had a bad experience with the staffing either. My boy cat was diagnosed here with an allergy disease. They gave me information and educational print outs in regards to his diagnosis. They could get him in for his steroid shots and anti biotics during flare ups. My girl cat even got fixed and microchipped too! anyways, love this place and I will dearly miss them as my vet.

We had made an appointment for our dog to get his 16 week shots. 6 days before the appointment I received a phone call from Diane and she said they needed to move our appointment to Tuesday 11/16. I said that was fine. She then called me back to tell me she would get him in on the original date scheduled. When we showed up to his appointment they told us we have an appointment on Tuesday not today. I told them I still had the voicemail from the receptionist that said we could keep our original appointment (see attached photo). I am beyond disappointed my family has used this vet for years!

The service is great, and they're great with my pup. Unfortunately, they're pretty pricey but that might just be the way of the world now. Either way, been taking my little guy, Hubert, here since 2018.

When you think of the word hospital, you think that it would be to where you can bring your pet in for and emergency. Called here this morning and the person that answered the phone was more than rude not what she said but how she said it. It was my first time ever calling here because I thought it was a hospital for pets…. But I guess that it is just a regular clinic, but the business name says hospital not pet clinic lol. But for some reason this rude lady on the phone thought that I should have known that you need to be a client of their vet practice even though I did not know that it was just a clinic and not a hospital.

It was my dogs first visit with them and from what I was told he was unaware that he even got shots and was trying to lay in their laps.. thats my silly boy! Thanks for making him feel relaxed and at ease.

This place is consistently closed during what they list as normal business hours. I am guessing they have a lunch hour, but it's not advertised anywhere. You only find out when you pull in to pick your items up before work multiple times and can't get a hold of anyone. Terrible service, I'll be switching vets.

Had to have our precious dog put to sleep. They were so kind and caring. Thank you all. Always hard to say goodbye.

In Sept 2020 when I was planning a trip home from Florida I called ahead, sent pictures and set up a schedule for needed surgery for my Yorkie. I completely trust Dr Ingrid and the staff and was willing to drive 1200 miles for my girl to have the best. They are family and truly care for our "kids".

We had to lay our sweet pug Lola to rest. They were very compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making it as easy on us and her as possible.

The staff does a great job with my animals but damn they about break the bank....

I've been taking my pets (cats & dogs) to Lakeshore Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Karen has been our go-to vet for this entire time and her love of animals always shows. She always explains things thoroughly and the office staff frequently follows up with a phone call. And speaking of the office staff, they are just as friendly and nice as they could be as well!

Was the second appointment for my poor Lollipop. They were so nice to her and took out most of her stitches but had to leave a couple in. The staff is great and they truly love animals.

Everyone was so awesome with Snickers. I felt he was in very good hands. They brought me in to show me how to give him his insulin.

I only take my babies here! They go above and beyond.

The entire staff is amazing. My 14 1/2 yr old cat was diagnosed with diabetes last year & they have been so helpful in his treatment & care. I have taken other furbabies of mine to them as well & I high recommend this practice. A most caring & compassionate staff...

Love this office. Nice and friendly staff. They care about you and your animals! Never makes me feel dumb for not knowing everything about animals ☺️
