Glenpark Animal Hospital Muskegon, Michigan

They were all very nice, and even let me and my husband come in if we wore a mask. It was our first time going there, but they're now our new vets. I think I'm going to be happy going here with all our cats and dogs.

The staff of employees was great. they made the best, of a bad situation. Very informative, and professional. Treatment was effective, with a set of short term goals. potentially, a good decision for no long term effect

They are terrific with Rudy. I absolutely love bringing him here.

They made our final moments with our beloved Buddy very comfortable. We had a private space and was with him thru the entire process. Caring and compassionate staff.

My experience with Glenpark has been very heartfelt. They have always went above and beyond to assist me with giving my two fur babies the best loving care. The staff and everyone in that office are kind and very loving people that truly understand how much are pets/ babies mean to our lives. When Dr H is not available then I have had Dr O’Brien which I absolutely appreciate and really love the compassion she has. That office is a winning team in my book. Very friendly and quick service very nice to my dog

We had a positive experience at our last veterinarian appointment. Used to be able to wait for treatment in the lobby which is a much more customer focused, and pet friendly protocol than waiting in your car. Why the change? Thanks ????

I took my 6 year old bearded dragon in a little scared of the veterinary knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised the staff and veterinarian was kind, knowledgeable, and got me in quickly. Thank you so much you guys do a great job!

Came here for an emergency about my dog’s nail and the front desk lady was very very RUDE. Not a care in the world! This place sucks when it comes to being professional or showing concern about your pet. Front desk lady told me to send my dog to Grand Rapids or pay $140. I asked to speak to a doctor and she gave me an attitude. I will never bring my pet here ever!!!!

Love this veterinary clinic they have helped my little Yorkie through a scary eye problem and heart condition.

Always helpful, very knowledgeable & they have a great puppy plan. Their Assistant Lejaye is so good w/every animal. I know my puppy is always in good hands.

We’ve been taking our dog to Glenpark Animal hospital since she was a puppy. She is an unusual breed and kind of high maintenance and they are always so patient w me and helpful when I bring her in.

Dr. Houser is fantastic, and all the staff are so friendly and professional. I would trust them all implicitly with the care of any animal. They are great with all animals but especially reptiles. Hands down, they are the most knowledgeable herp vets in West Michigan!

They squeezed my injured puppy in between other appointments for a drop off. They called a few hours later and explained everything they saw and did to help her heal.

I could not get an appointment for weeks out for my elderly mom's cat who was very ill. I was disappointed but I found the them to be very friendly and polite on the phone. A very kind staff members at another place were weeks out but let me do a drop off and they would fit her in between appointments. I will still try to use Glenpark due to the nice front desk people.

They took excellent care of my cat. They had wonderful contact with me. They answered all of my questions and the price was not super high. They are my new vet!
