The lady who took my call was very rude and not empathetic at all before telling me they aren't accepting new patients and promptly hanging up. Very poor look.

Very friendly and they try to be accommodating with getting pets in early if urgent.

The people here really care about animals , Thank you for saving my Sisters kitty's life , and fitting him in the last min. Lt Dan is still in recovery, but is moving now and doing better every day.

Very kind and gentle with my pup aka my baby. I enjoyed the staffs knowledge and giving the option and info of extra vacs. I felt informed and safe to make my own dission to administer or not. Genuinely polite and professional. Well put together place. Happy to have um as our vet.

I took my pet here. My concerns were not heard. I asked for pain meds for my pet and was not given a reason why it wasn't ok to prescribe them even though it was needed. I ended up having to put my pet down and after the medication was given the vet immediately took my pet from my arms and was swaying him back and forth. It was my first time losing a pet so it didn't occur to me at the time that this wasn't ok and I should have been able to hold onto him at this time. It is a moment I will never get back and to think that I wasn't the one to comfort him as he passed will always break my heart. I will NEVER bring another pet to this place and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Please please consider somewhere else for your pet. I unfortunately didn't have a choice because of covid or I would have went somewhere else...

We couldn't go in but at the time of the appointment a vet tech came out to get sprocket. The vet himself called us to explain the issue. I have always used this vet.

After 20 years of patronage, I am done! I have an elderly basset that is deathly afraid of the vets office. He had what we think is a stroke. They will not allow me to accompany him inside. I refuse to put the added stress on him. Found an office on Apple that will allow one person in with their pet. Extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion for my old guy.
