i’ve been to this store multiple times, the employees always seem miserable, the customer service reflects that. i’ve been to other petsmarts, none as miserable as this one seems to be. employees don’t seem eager to help customers with their needs, but when they do help, their “advice” seems to often times come off as condescending and rude.

Staci in the grooming salon is the best! My dog looks wonderful and she was very accommodating and friendly!

Visiting the store today was very busy, today was adoption day for all the kittens and big cats. It was fun to watch the children check over the animals.

Didn't buy anything here but they definitely have a wide variety of items, and a good place if you're specifically looking for mice or birds.

Absolutely amazing customer service! We just adopted a dog and we wanted to make sure we got everything she would need but needed some guidance. There were multiple employees that helped us. I would definitely recommend others to go here. We will be back for our every need for our new family member!

Micheal helped us get our fish and was rude while doing it. He didnt listen to what we wanted so we ended up with the wrong fish, we were made to stand behind a line that we did not have to stand behind a few days ago. Also flopped our fish on the table and didn’t hand it directly to us

Looked for specific dog bed that was on their website. This store did not have, but did purchase another one that was on sale. Fresh pet food bags were almost gone. Usually Pet Smart is a one stop for us but not this day.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t ever take your dog to the grooming salon. They don’t know how to schedule appointments, they’ll tell you they have openings, and when you go in they don’t have anything available so it was a huge waste of your time. You’ll finally schedule an appointment but then the techs will LUNGE at your dog and corner it to “see if it will attack” her. They’ll grab at their faces and touch their teeth and cheeks when you go in for a nail trim… Unacceptable behavior from “groomers.” No other grooming salon will do that to your pet. I have done a lot of work with my rescue dog to make him okay around strangers and she might have just undone all of that work. (Not all the techs are like this, but it’s enough for me to never come back into the store)
