Took our dog in for an “emergency” visit with a large lump on her neck, she wasn’t seen until 5 hours later, the vet did a test and sent it to a lab and scheduled another visit a week later to go over lab. Over the weekend the lump spread all the way around her neck, until she couldn’t breath and had to be put down. After she died we found out it was an infection, not cancer and if the vet had prescribed antibiotics when she looked at her our beautiful Belle would still be alive, the other vet that saw her said the Lincolnway vet should have done that first thing. Don’t go there.

They were wonderful with Gracie and took their time with her and to answer all my questions. The acupuncture treatment was great, Gracie didn't even flinch. They also worked with me to find a treatment I can afford.

Brought them Cece today! She's 14 and so so old. Did some blood work and gave her the rabies shot. They are very kind to her ❤️

First off, I should have went my separate ways when they ripped me off on a “PUPPY PACKAGE”. They failed to mention that it self renews and they charge you monthly for services not provided! But I liked the Female Veterinarian, she’s very smart, and very professional. I liked her so much I overlooked the behaviors there for far too long. But the staff there is simply unbearable. They create so many conflicts with customers, and refuse to take ownership in their unprofessional attitudes. Not to mention you better not even leave the parking lot to use the restroom or it’s additional charge! They actually are watching you wait! I know I’m not the only person that has issues with the staff. I noticed the last time I was there they had posted notes all over the walls stating if you complained about anything you would not be allowed to return. WOW! The OWNER should wake up and ask why are all these conflicts occurring. Maybe the owner should record the calls, and actually listen to how the customers are being talked too! NEWS FLASH! It’s the lying, conniving, narcissistic Office Manager, and the emotionally fragile people they have answering the phones! When I bring MY PET to you to be cared for, I expect to be respected, my complaints listened to and addressed, and to be made aware of all procedures, and why! Not at this place, the notes on the wall clearly state your not allowed to have an opinion or say in your Pets care. You had better not question the Pet Gods! I’ve taken my pets elsewhere, and paid an additional erroneous $70.00 charge for nothing! Enjoy that last rip-off, I’ll never be back, and I will tell everyone I know not to ever go there.

Missed appointment fee is absurd, these are animals not humans, even I pay a more reasonable fee for missing my Dr appointment my dog will never go back to this place!! Pretty sure their just upping the fees like crazy because of COVID you businesses that do this make me sick ????????????????

The staff at Lincolnway has always treated my animals so well. My first time going was when my dog had a stroke and had to be put to sleep. Our normal vet wasn't available but when I called and explained the situation they worked him in right away. Their kindness to him and me during this time was so appreciated. They were so gentle and caring with him. When I adopted another dog shortly after I decided to continue going there because of how well we had been treated during that difficult time. I drive almost a half hour to get there and there are closer vets, but I continue to go there because of their great service. They are so caring and kind to the animals!

We have been using Lincolnway Veterinary Clinic for nine years. I enjoy that they are up front with the cost of things, I love the renovation that was done, the staff is friendly, and the vets are knowledgeable. We will continue using them!

When my cat simba needed an emergency visit they were able to get him in and diagnose what was wrong with him and get him back to his usual self with some meds and now we have a plan for his asthma could not be more happy with there services

If you do not have any papers for your pet they instantly cancel your appointment. Since I have no papers for my pet that means that this place doesn’t want to see my pet? And they send you this message after they close so that you are unable to call them and find out why they are refusing your pet. Terrible business. Clearly this text is sent after they close and it clearly says that my pet is not being seen due to not having papers that I do not possess. So no papers means this vet will not help your pet

Never again! This place will upsell you on everything and ignore the reason for your visit. It’s all about $ and they could care less about the wellness of your pet!! After reading the other reviews I’ve noticed they respond by blaming their customers and not owning their shortcomings. Can’t wait to see the response for my review.

I brought my sweet cat here because he wasn't eating, was lethargic, and was hiding as well as just not looking healthy. They told me he had severe liver problems and prescribed him prednisolone that I was to give him every 12 hours. They told me to start treatment right away when I got home. I gave him the first and second dose and noticed he wasn't getting any better, so I called the next day and they stressed to me to keep giving him the medicine. I called the day after because he was getting PROGRESSIVELY WORSE fast and I wanted to know the side effects of the medicine. They were eager to take my payment and card info but couldn't tell me WHY he was getting worse. A few hours pass and they call me, I answer, they hang up. They call back again and let it ring once and hang up. Shortly AFTER THAT my cat started having seizures. I call back and they're closed so I text their number and tell them to please call back because my cat is seizing and they tell me "There's no doctors here. Take him to the Emergency Vet." Like what? So he starts seizing almost every hour. I had to take him to the North Central Veterinary Emergency Clinic and sadly, have him put down. Please take your baby there first. They were very caring and sweet.

I rushed my dog to Lincolnway Veterinary Clinic after my dog had a bad seizure. They did lab work, and found nothing to cause the seizure. The vet insisted that she didn't feel comfortable starting him on any anti-convulsants without an MRI, BUT INSTEAD SUGGESTED ZILLIS ULTRACELL CBD for 150$ a bottle. I called the company and confirmed that they're ambassadors/salesmen for the company so they benefit by selling the CBD. My dog had THREE MORE SEIZURES that night, worse than before after leaving LINCOLNWAY. We didn't know what to do so we took him to a new vet immediately the next morning. She informed us that he should have had anti-convulsants and anti-anxiety meds the day before. After seeing that vet, my dogs seizures are under control, but due to the thrashing from the three he had AFTER LINCOLNWAY he is so much weaker in his hind end and is sore on his back. We have to consider a wheelchair for him. Since the incident, we have had nothing but problems getting in contact with the "practice manager". She told us she would call us last Monday, because she had proof in a phone call recording it was our fault that we turned down the meds and opted for CBD.....we never did that...she never called and hasn't responded. We will be filing with the Attorney Generals office. I strongly suggest you take your animals elsewhere.

It was the most unprofessional and insulting service to date. I called ahead to see if folliwup visit had a charge. No one Joey called me back to tell me if there was a charge or not I took my dog to the appointment and at the end check out they wanted $47 I said I didn't have my sons card with me and they said I had till 4:30 today to pay it or they were turning me over to collections I called with his card number and paid the $47 I will never again take any of my animals to that veterinarian clinic nor will I recommend them and I will tell all my neighbors who have pets to avoid this place like the covid virus.

If you care about your pet, & want to take them somewhere where the ENTIRE staff cares as much about your pet as you do...take them to Lincolnway Vet. I have never seen a staff go above and beyond to make us feel like family. Not just a paying customer. They saved my Luna’s life and her puppies and comforted, & updated me every single step of the way. The biggest shout out goes to Lyzz. I will never forget everything she did for me and my family. I will never take my pets anywhere ever again, but to Lincolnway Vet, & you should too. When they say they treat you and your pets like family, they absolutely mean it. Thank you to the nurses and the doctors and the entire staff. You all are angels.
