AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Scheduled an appointment for a neutering, showed up for my appointment, was told there was no appointment. My cat is very much so ready to be fixed, and I'm not going to allow him to spray in my house, so Cat Care Clinic may be directly responsible for another stray cat. Thanks guys!

My cats need flea treatment. I haven’t been able to afford to bring them into the vet due to personal debilitating health reasons making it difficult to work a lot of the time, and two surgeries my dog had to have done. I was told coldly that unless the cats are seen by the vet, they refuse to provide flea treatment. When I attempted to explain my financial situation and that I cannot afford to bring them in but that they need the treatment, I was given the same answer. I do not understand what flea treatment has to do with vaccines, and this feels much mire like they are out to make money than that they care about the well being of their patients. If it were left up to them, my cats would essentially just have to stay itchy and miserable as the issue grew worse all because I have a chronic illness that frequently affects my financial situation. It makes me feel like a failure of a cat owner and as if I’m being looked down on; if only rich people had cats, we’d have an even worse population control issue, so they should probably not act superior to those of us who are not fortunate enough to always be financially stable.

Beyond saddened of how poorly and unfair I was treated due to their mistakes. The overage for services that were not done, the stating I cannot get refunded- is illegal, and the rudeness of the staff acting as if they were angry at me because they got caught for trying to overcharge me excessively. Check your detailed receipts if you ever go here! I recommend you do not, they are not kind and are completely unfair and unprofessional.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! The lady at the front desk is rude, and the prices are way too high!

Wasn't very happy with this place. I needed to make an appointment for my cat to be neutered. After listening to an opening statement from them which was recorded and then following the prompts that they told me to follow, then I was directed to another website to where I could make an appointment for my cat only to find out that once I made the appointment that there's none available so that was pointless to even do that. Bottom line is I still don't have my cat neutered and I'm really wanting to get this procedure done

The staff there are very kind and dedicated to getting to the root of a problem and creating great advice on the over all wellbeing of the cat.

I had a very good experience with Cat Care clinic. I always do. They are the best in the area.

Totally respectful and caring staff with great pointers and advice on how to care properly for a feline and are also very attentive to the cat's needs when in the vet's office. Good deals on shots and neutering I must say too ! Thank you Cat Clinic !

Dr. Reesor is very knowledgeable when it comes to kitty's. She always takes the time to explain what exactly is wrong with my cat and to answer any questions. Her manner can come across as a bit curt, but I don't mind that when I know my kitty is getting the best possible care.

Have taken my cats there for almost 20 years. Dr Reesor is the best doctor and the staff is just as great

These people CARE about cats, and they don't do the hard sell. You get what you want and if you want special food, or treats, you can get them too. I love CCC, so do Pokie and Lilly.

I have been taking my cats here for at least 15+ years. They usually will get my cat in withen a day or so for checkups, shots or even surgery. Been quite pleased.

It's the only place I've taken my cat. The vet is very kind and even when I was concerned with certain things, she would explain them so I could understand. She cares for my cat just as much as I do. The staff are all kind and know my cat by name. They are very friendly people and I highly recommend going here.

I called to speak with someone about my new kitten and the lady on the phone who answered was extremely rude and acted like me calling was an inconvenience for her. Did not appreciate it.

CC Clinic has been my vet of choice for many years, they r good to my family, kitties, honest when the time has come for me to put my pet down, compassionate and extremely thorough w/any questions we have.

Always there for my kitties. This place is great! The vet is caring and educates us about our kitties health and how to take care of them.

Dr. Reeser saved my kittys life a few years ago, and she recently did a surgery on his foot! Hes happy and healthy now, she did an amazing job and nurse lisa is amazing as well and was so sweet and loving to my fur baby..wont go anywhere else! Reasonably priced as well

In it for the money, my vet recommended that we buy meds from this clinic and they refused unless we paid for a full visit. It’s clear from other reviews that they are greedy.

Dr. Reeser and her staff are the best--very friendly and professional! They've taken exceptional care of our cat for 12 years. Dr. Reeser is very knowledgeable, listens to you and readily answers your questions. We are relocating to another city, and we wish we could take Cat Care Clinic with us. We will miss it!

My first visit. They did a good job grooming my cat, even though the person checking us in wasn't to happy when she couldn't find the appointment. I will bring my cat back ????.

My cat is seen by his loving and great vet, but was out of a liquid supplement to go alone with his food for his feeding tube...but even with my vets call or discussion of how my cat really NEEDS it they would not sell a couple cans without a full vet visit. $$$$ so sad, shame on them.

Dr. & staff are very caring. Great service. They took great care of my old cat. Price is fair. Always got answers when I called on his progress. He stayed for a week recovering from his injuries.

Pro: Dr. Reeser and her vet tech are very knowledgeable and caring with my cats. She worked well with diagnosing my cat and sharing knowledge on how the disease worked. Cons: The office is unapologetically disorganized. I've been there for about a year and in that time I've had vet reminders sent but no record of the reminder when I call, mislabeled medicine, and appointments scheduled for the wrong cat that ended up not being cancelled after I called. Overall, this place is great to take your cats if you have an urgent or tricky health need. However, I have not had a positive experience with the administrative side. If the workflow improves this could be a great clinic.

DONT BRING YOUR CAT HERE!!! They charged 3 times the quoted price. Had my cat for 3 days and killed it. No one told the same story when we would call up get updates on progress. If you love your pet DO NOT bring them here!!!!

Dr. Reesor is a fantastic vet to my two cats and her staff are all wonderful when handling them. The vet I took them to prior was extremely judgmental and rude, but Dr. Reesor is very patient and explains every stage of treatment to where I feel able to make informed decisions.
