First time I boarded my dog and cat. I had a death in the family and I was in a jam. They were able to accommodate us and I will be forever grateful. The staff was kind and friendly. Thank you so much, I appreciate you!

They are amazing. Dogs are out and being played with a lot. Any special needs your pet has is taken seriously. Wouldn't take our 3 dogs anyplace else.

A trusted caregiver for family members (pets) for over 10 years. Friendly, caring and warm, our dogs loved to go on "puppy vacation".

I have taken my dog Elmo here for about a year and a half and have never written a review, so it's about time! From the time I took a tour and every day since, I thank God that He brought me to this place because it is so wonderful. Everyone is truly caring and you always know your pet is loved and cared for like it's their own. I use the daycare and grooming services and both are amazing! All the little touches they add, like theme days, pictures, telling you who your dog played with- are all so wonderful and everyone from the owners to all the workers are always so pleasant and nice. I could not want for anything more for my precious dog!

Professional, friendly, dog-loving (cats and rabbits, too!)...we utilize their amazing day care services to help our dog socialize and get used to other dogs and people. They work with your dog to find a friend- it's a wonderful place! Highly recommend Flying A...they offer boarding, grooming, and have special parties, too. They will also send you reminders about your animal's vaccine dates. (Check out the discounted rate for buying 10 visits at a time!) ❤❤ Your dog will thank you! ❤❤

Enzo spent his first day at Flying A today. He was a little unsure at first but the staff were great at working with him to make him feel comfortable. I did a lot of research before choosing this place and every time I spoke to any of the staff they were all very kind and informative. The staff that took in my dog and sent him home were all so friendly. Enzo can’t wait to go back to see his new friends.

Had our two boys there for the first time over this weekend. Absolutely great experience. Communication was spot on. And we really enjoyed the photo updates.

From the poor communication in trying to call the business, the lies told by the owners response goes to show the poor communication inside the business as well. The review was left for the sole purpose of unreturned calls, saying they would call back and never did, and allowing me to book a reservation (never did they deny the reservation), and canceled it the day of drop off due to vaccinations that were need two weeks prior to boarding. When making the reservation a week ago, it was made known that I had to update the shots before coming, it was also made know the vet that was being used, in which they let me know they would know all that I needed. I’m all for the safety of others animals and mine and stand by protocol, but leaving someone in charge that does not know how to communicate effectively or handle a situation is very poor business. No one was ever hung up on, and 12 hours from boarding a plane with a “your dog is not allowed here” expect anyone to be upset. The lack of professionalism in this response is exactly why this will remain posted. It would be terrible to make a call and apologize for the misunderstanding and offer some help after you know a client is upset. F for Effort.

I picked my boys (2 beagles) up today after a 2 night stay. They were not stressed, not dirty nor thirsty, they were just their normal selves, and that means everything to me. Beautiful facility and taken very well care of, courteous staff. I would recommend.

Flying A is a dream come true! The team members treat you and your pup like family! Not only do they give my pup tons of attention, love and playtime, they host fun parties you can follow on Facebook. Safety is one of their top priorities and that is why I love supporting this small business. The prices are beyond reasonable for the quality of care that they provide. P.s their grooming service is a huge plus!

It is a very cool and clean looking facility. All of the staff that we face-to-face interacted with were kind and courteous. Our dog is large, and was having neck/breathing problems so we requested she not be led by her neck. She still came out with the leash attached to only her collar. That was strike one. Whey changed 100% over to slip collars for COVID I understood but was concerned for my dog's safety around the neck pressure. When I called and expressed my concern the owner said that there would be a note on my dogs file to loop her around the chest. Each time she came out she still had the lead around her neck. Strike two. Finally, my dog is very fluffy. She was bred for harsh winters, so on an 85F+ degree day I would have expected her to be inside expect for potty breaks (as I had already spoken to the staff expressing my concerns for her over heating). The staff had her out several times playing, proof on their facebook page. She came home with a dry mouth (she is also a slobbery breed), dry heaving, and runny stool. We took her to our vet the next day (they had advised us to up her fluids and take away food the night before) and they believe it was from overheating. We kept her on rice and chicken with laxatives for three days in hopes that it was something that she had eaten that had upset her, but after straining through whatever came out for a week...overheating. Use caution. You love your fur babies. Keep them safe. ***Edit to respond to response of owner. They left out myself reaching out to inform her that I was so upset after feeding my dog rice and chicken for several days along with sifting through her poop to confirm it was nothing she ate to later get a vet confirmation that it was very likely that my dog’s response to overheating was the cause of her final ailments. As a pet owner, I trusted them and gave them a chance. I expected the best, that was not delivered.

I love Flying A Ranch and all the staff! Cooper gets the best care there and has fun playing with the staff and other dogs. They really do love your dogs! I love being able to see pictures on Facebook almost every day so I can see how much fun he is having. He is well cared for and comes home happy. I also love their day care program and their generous drop off and pick up hours! They have an indoor and outdoor play area. I am also happy to know they have a nice warm facility with heated floors while we were away during the snow/ice storm and polar vortex. Thank you Flying A for taking such good care of Cooper and providing a worry free place for me to leave my boy. And I also have to give a shout out to Felicia the groomer, she always does a great job on Cooper’s difficult coat.

I have been taking my cat Lucky to Flying A for over a year for grooming. I am able to drop him off before work (7am) and pick him up on the way home (4:30pm). They do a very good job and have not been disappointed yet. The groomer even put a little bandana on his this last visit ???? Pictures are before and after. Mancoon/ tabby.
