Dr. Moin at Bell Veterinary is one of the best. Her assistants and staff are very good as well. The facility is new, very clean and up to date. Covid-19 protocol was followed with everyone wearing a mask. My dog unfortunately had a seizure. Bentley was perfectly healthy one moment and had a seizure unexpectedly. It flipped our world upside down. We called to let them know what happened. Dr. Moin didn’t hesitate and told us to bring him in. They let me stand next to my dog for over an hour while they got him examined to help calm him down. She took care of him for over 6 hours. Even let us go home to take our 2 girls to their grandparents. Amazing doctor! She is very thorough, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She recommended emergency care to further help our dog but was also considerate of our budget too. She let us know how much to expect to spend and was willing to help us the next day if we took Bentley home instead. We decided to take him to The AEC Rochester for further care under her recommendation. On her own without asking her to do so, she called AEC to follow up on Bentley. She actually helped them adjust Bentleys pain medication based on her experience with him. Afterwards he stopped whining and howling which helped in his recovery. After speaking to them Dr. Moin called us to see how we were doing and fill us in on what AEC told her. How many Doctors do that? Dr Moin’s medical knowledge and care helped save Bentley. While we don’t know how much time we have left, we firmly believe he wouldn’t be with us without Dr Moin’s help. The best part was her staff was just as helpful and caring as her. It’s nice to know you have an excellent Vet Clinic nearby to take care of your loved pets. Even though she is close, If we moved, I’d drive an hour or more to have my pets under her care. I definitely recommend her to anyone asking for Vet recommendations. Excellent Doctor with an excellent staff!

After 20+ years with another vet, we wanted a change. After doing research, we decided on Bell and couldn't be happier. Dr. T. Moin is a ball of energy and extremely knowledgeable. She treated our 13 year old Maltese with extreme care. In addition to offering a holistic approach, Dr. Moin has a background working with K9 Officers as well as other working/sporting dogs. The staff is very professional & thorough, from taking the appt to walking out the door. I highly recommend Dr. Moin, Katie & the rest of the staff at Bell.

I was very pleased after taking my black lab there for a regular check up and some other things. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly with my dog Keiser. They are all very professional And do their job well up there! Oh, and very reasonable! I will always take my loved critters to them. ????

Dr. T is the only doctor I will see. She is down to earth, loving, caring and will go above and beyond for not only animals but people too! She recently started here and I was going to drive all the way to Chesterfield where I first got to meet her to take my puppy. I found out she was closer and am so happy! Wherever she goes, I will always follow. She is hands down the best doctor and the only one I trust with my dogs! ????

Spending hundreds of dollars here, yet they still charge a credit card service fee without even giving me notice to warn me. The office staff was rude and did nothing when I complained about it

Wonderful vet and great staff. Very kind and goes out of their way to help you when you’re stressed out with a sick or injured fur baby. I know my Coco was more at ease there than the other places she has been. They just feel like family. Love the place.❤️

I had always taken my cats to a certain vet's office, but when I had a situation that required immediate attention with one of them, my vet was unable to see my cat. When I called Bell veterinarian clinic, they were so nice about the situation and got us in a.s.a.p. the entire experience was really great. I will be going here from now on.

We have been taking all of our pets here since we moved to Oxford. The staff is very friendly, and they take a sincere interest in your family and your pets. Prices are fair as well. I highly recommend Bell in you are in the North Oakland area.

Dr. Bell is the best veterinarian. He has taken care of my dogs for over 10 years now. He is very kind and compassionate.

My puppy seemed "off" this morning and I was extremely worried. I called my normal vet they were booked. I called another vet in the area and they were unable to get her in. I called Bell and they told me to come up right away. They were absolutely amazing with her, and with me. They were understanding and helpful. I would recommend this vet to absolutely anybody. They are now my new vet. Thumbs up to these guys, they rock! Take your pet here, you wont be sorry.
